      為實施對空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的《乘務(wù)英語聽說訓(xùn)練》課程的考核工作,我們結(jié)合分院空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)實際需要,提高學(xué)生動手操作能力而設(shè)計本考核方案。

      一、總體目標(biāo)

      綜合實訓(xùn)按照工作過程導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)模式,基于“以培養(yǎng)職業(yè)能力為核心,以工作實踐為主線,以項目為主體,用項目進(jìn)行驅(qū)動的理念。實訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計基于工作過程,從對學(xué)生的技能培養(yǎng)、所涉及的相關(guān)知識、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)要求去考慮。使學(xué)生在了解乘務(wù)工作專業(yè)知識的背景下,能夠熟練為乘客提供機上服務(wù)。

      四、實訓(xùn)考核詳細(xì)內(nèi)容

      實訓(xùn)考核內(nèi)容將以學(xué)生進(jìn)行角色扮演的形式進(jìn)行,6-7名學(xué)生為一組,角色分別為一名乘務(wù)長,4-5名處于不同號位的乘務(wù)員,每組15-20分鐘,依此順序輪流進(jìn)行。學(xué)生根據(jù)所設(shè)的英文情景,完成起飛前安全檢查,檢查內(nèi)容包括安全帶,椅背,窗遮板,行李架,緊急出口座位,電子設(shè)備;起飛后服務(wù)程序,包括致意,送報紙,雜志,餐前水,餐食供應(yīng),餐中水,餐后水等餐飲供應(yīng)全過程。降落前安全檢查,檢查內(nèi)容包括安全帶,椅背,窗遮板,行李架。要求整個實訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié),學(xué)生全部用英語完成。

      乘務(wù)長職責(zé)PS1:

      在整個航班中,乘務(wù)長負(fù)責(zé)全組協(xié)調(diào)需要進(jìn)行機上廣播(包括航線介紹,餐食服務(wù)廣播等),特殊情況的處理。負(fù)責(zé)和SS5送餐。

      2號乘務(wù)員職責(zé)(SS2):

      協(xié)助PS1工作,送報紙,和SS3負(fù)責(zé)送餐前水,SS2和SS5推餐 1

      車到前艙,SS2換PS1送餐。降落前收回報紙,雜志。

      3號乘務(wù)員職責(zé)(SS3):

      負(fù)責(zé)Y艙(經(jīng)濟艙)旅客服務(wù),送雜志,和SS2送餐前水,特殊旅客服務(wù),和SS5收餐,供應(yīng)餐后水。

      4號乘務(wù)員職責(zé)(SS4):

      負(fù)責(zé)后廚房飲料準(zhǔn)備,負(fù)責(zé)收杯子,和SS6負(fù)責(zé)送餐中水

      5號乘務(wù)員職責(zé)(SS5):

      負(fù)責(zé)后廚房餐食準(zhǔn)備,負(fù)責(zé)和PS1送餐, 和SS3收餐,供應(yīng)餐后水.6號乘務(wù)員職責(zé)(SS6): 協(xié)助廚房工作,負(fù)責(zé)和SS4負(fù)責(zé)餐中水服務(wù)。負(fù)責(zé)降落前收杯子。

      五、總結(jié)學(xué)生實訓(xùn)考核情況

      最后,當(dāng)所有的學(xué)生輪流考核完成后,考評老師對每組學(xué)生的優(yōu)點進(jìn)行點評,指出不足之處,并給予打分。

      工作流程(詳細(xì))起飛前檢查

      1)PS1播航線介紹廣播,同時,SS4和SS6回后廚房準(zhǔn)備冷飲車(餐前水),SS5在后廚房準(zhǔn)備餐食。

      SS2, SS3從前往后巡視客艙至后廚房。(SS2送報紙服務(wù),SS3送雜志服務(wù))。2)PS1 播供餐廣播,此時,SS2和SS3送餐前水(SS2在前,SS3在后)3)餐前水供應(yīng)完,等SS2和SS3回到后廚房,SS4 收杯子(從前向后)

      4)SS4 收完杯子后,SS3特殊旅客服務(wù)(特殊餐食)5)SS2和SS5推餐車到前艙,SS2換PS1 送餐,SS2在前客艙值班做航線廣播

      6)送餐結(jié)束后,SS4和SS6 送餐中水(SS4在前,SS6在后),PS1從后往前迅速返回前客艙,處理特殊意外情況。7)餐中水供應(yīng)結(jié)束后,SS3和SS5收餐,并供應(yīng)餐后水(SS3在前,SS5在后)

      8)SS4和SS5負(fù)責(zé)廚房整理,同時,PS1播下降廣播,SS6收杯子。SS2收報紙和雜志。
