第五篇：高級(jí)口譯心得

總算把期末考試的事情搞完了，飯后敲敲鍵盤來積點(diǎn)德，希望能夠幫到想通過高級(jí)口譯考試的同學(xué)，望牛人見到不要拍磚。山外有山，人外有人，英語牛人這么多，還輪不到我們來沾沾自喜，寫這篇文章目的是希望能讓后來者少走彎路。在考高口之前，外界評(píng)論將這考試說的神乎其神，一度搞得我沒有信心，但好在堅(jiān)持下來了?？荚囃ㄟ^之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己其實(shí)也沒有多大的提升，還是會(huì)有很多不懂的地方，聽不懂看不懂也猜不懂，前幾天給人講過去完成時(shí)態(tài)都搞不清楚，還要去百度。

不過，通過考試，轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)之間，真不是運(yùn)氣。如果說別的考試還有技巧可言，高級(jí)口譯考試當(dāng)中，小技巧固然是有，可都是以實(shí)力為依托。

高級(jí)口譯考試全稱《上海市外語口譯證書》高級(jí)，是個(gè)職業(yè)資格證書，也就是說只有過于不過之分，最近幾年很熱?？荚嚪止P試口試，筆試300分中考到180分者可有4次機(jī)會(huì)參加口試。筆試是專業(yè)八級(jí)的難度，而口試的綜合性超過專八。筆試聽說有裸考過的，口試還真沒有。筆試的通過率為百分之20左右?？谠嚲捅容^悲催了，一般只有百分之10，不過今年上半年聽早于我半年通過考試的master wen 說，杭州上半年去了300個(gè)考口試，只過了19個(gè)，淘汰率可想而知。

個(gè)人認(rèn)為高級(jí)口譯考試是大學(xué)英語六級(jí)之后的對(duì)英語的一個(gè)極好的補(bǔ)充，筆試口試涵蓋的面包含聽說讀寫譯5大方面，對(duì)英語能力的拔高很有好處。高級(jí)口譯雖為高級(jí)口譯，可其實(shí)沒那么高級(jí)，專業(yè)性并沒有那么強(qiáng)。

花了余1000小時(shí)準(zhǔn)備考試，并人品爆發(fā)一次通過筆試口試，筆試215.5。本文涵蓋筆試口試的準(zhǔn)備以及一些小技巧小心得，和筆試時(shí)間的控制（精確到30秒）。好，廢話少說，切入真題。走你......筆試

筆試教材：《高級(jí)聽力教程》 《高級(jí)翻譯教程》 《高級(jí)口譯真題匯編》 《中/高級(jí)口譯詞匯必備》（其他兩本口語和閱讀教程不需要）

筆試分上下半場，上半場時(shí)間很緊，下半場還行。

上半場順序：聽力（32分鐘）--翻譯（18~20分鐘）--閱讀（38~40分鐘）下半場順序：聽力（31分鐘）--翻譯（19~20分鐘）--閱讀（其余時(shí)間）翻譯盡量在20分鐘之內(nèi)完成，其余的時(shí)間全用來做閱讀。

必須注意一點(diǎn)，上半場考試聽力從開始到結(jié)束是30分鐘，也就是說你還需要額外的時(shí)間去填答題卷，這會(huì)占用你后面的考試時(shí)間，高口考試中A couple of minutes do count!最好的辦法是，擠時(shí)間，spot-dictation 有2分鐘時(shí)間，抄寫20個(gè)選項(xiàng)一般需要3分30秒左右，不可能全部抄完，一般抄到第7到8個(gè)選項(xiàng)就開始看后面的選擇題。在做Q11到Q20時(shí)，有時(shí)候問題與問題之間聽力原文的廢話較多，這時(shí)候可以將選擇題答案寫到答卷上，并看看別的題目。Anyway,做到section1結(jié)束時(shí)，只留12個(gè)左右的spot-dictation答案待填到答卷，這樣頂多占用2分鐘！

平時(shí)在做主觀閱讀時(shí)，保證至多9分鐘一篇，到9分鐘了就不要留戀文章，直接看下一篇！這樣4篇需要36分鐘，聽力32分鐘，翻譯20分鐘，就可以至少留下2分鐘的意外緩沖時(shí)間。（我考筆試時(shí)，發(fā)卷老師由于沒有以往監(jiān)考高口的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一直到spot-dictation的英文介紹讀完，開始報(bào)文章第一句話時(shí)才將卷子發(fā)到我手上，所以考試時(shí)候的緩沖時(shí)間需要留?。?/p>

Section 1聽力（聽到什么是什么，不做任何層次的延伸和遞進(jìn)）：

一、spot-dictation 拿到題目趕快讀下大概意思，并將可能的中心詞劃出，因?yàn)橹行脑~匯會(huì)多次被讀到需要我們?nèi)懀梢杂脠A圈代替。spot-dictation 念完后，有2分鐘時(shí)間，抄寫20個(gè)選項(xiàng)一般需要3分30秒左右，不可能全部抄完，一般抄到第7到8個(gè)選項(xiàng)就開始看后面的選擇題。

可以利用簡寫符號(hào)來代替聽到的內(nèi)容，但必須做到一一對(duì)應(yīng)，否則等到你將答案抄到答題紙上去時(shí)會(huì)搞不清楚。4for 2to expln v explain expln n explanation >more abt about mn many smn so many θ the $money hv have hs has *special Cos children Co child

二、Q1-Q5,一般問的那個(gè)人每問一個(gè)問題就對(duì)應(yīng)一題。（一問對(duì)應(yīng)一題，同樣也適用于Q11-Q15或Q16-Q20的采訪類文章）在問時(shí)抓住關(guān)鍵詞，能得到提示。

*：有時(shí)Q2會(huì)在Q1之前出現(xiàn)，不過一般這種情況Q2的選項(xiàng)都比較短。有時(shí)Q5回問關(guān)于整篇文章的內(nèi)容，也就是說問全文大意之類。

三、.如果沒有抓住聽力的內(nèi)容，不能僅依據(jù)自己的常識(shí)來判斷答題。根據(jù)一般常識(shí)最可能得出的結(jié)論往往不是正確答案。

四、新聞聽力Q6-Q10。新聞聽力可以先找BBC練習(xí)，找找感覺，等能跟得上BBC的速度時(shí)，可就不會(huì)覺得新聞聽力速度快了，可聽懂是容易，邊聽邊看選項(xiàng)做判斷不易。所以需要借助小技巧。一般聽到的第一個(gè)信息點(diǎn)就是答案，可也不一定完全是這樣，有時(shí)選項(xiàng)會(huì)有換詞（聽力原文的主語不變?cè)谶x項(xiàng)中能看到，而把形容詞或者動(dòng)詞換掉，所以需要會(huì)判斷。）做的同時(shí)要將聽到的信息在選項(xiàng)后面做標(biāo)注，這樣可以幫助選出答案。

Section 4 聽譯

一、5句句子聽譯中往往有1到2句包含數(shù)字（百分比，日期，金額等等）段落聽譯2段中，定有1段包含數(shù)字。

二、在實(shí)際做段落聽譯時(shí)，可有意識(shí)的將整段分成幾個(gè)小段，幫助記憶。只要抓住這幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)并將其一一譯出，得分不會(huì)低。只要寫出每小段大意，老師就會(huì)酌情給分。所以，有的句子聽到只有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)info，也要寫下，不要放棄，一個(gè)信息點(diǎn)根據(jù)上下文的意思扯出一句話。

三、聽譯題只要求考試譯出原話的主要內(nèi)容或者大意，并不要求逐字逐句翻譯（教程原話）。因此，在考試時(shí)應(yīng)集中注意力，理解整句或整個(gè)段落的主要內(nèi)容，譯出大意即可，有些細(xì)節(jié)可省去不翻譯。

四、段落聽譯時(shí)一定要同步。從聽到第一個(gè)信號(hào)詞開始就馬上記錄。Otherwise,第一句慢0.5s，第二句慢1s.....后面即使聽懂了也跟不上了！

Section 2主觀閱讀

一、在問到態(tài)度時(shí)，答案大部分與中立客觀有關(guān)。

二、最重要的信息在開頭部分，尤其前三段。主題句很可能出現(xiàn)在第一段或者第二段開頭。主題句判斷：1.用詞和含義抽象概括，一般無具體內(nèi)容2.出現(xiàn)first,foremost,latest,extraordinary,striking,essential,critical之類以及，最高級(jí)、序數(shù)詞或特殊意義的詞，多半是主題句。

三、與事件直接相關(guān)的信息被認(rèn)為是最重要的，因此位置靠前，而后才是次要的信息。

四、作者通常在最后加上一兩段和該消息有點(diǎn)關(guān)系，但又不是很重要的信息作為結(jié)尾。

五、長句在快速閱讀中只抓主干，舍從屬。從句，并列結(jié)構(gòu)，插入語可以迅速掠過。

六、重要內(nèi)容叫主題，次要內(nèi)容叫支持性細(xì)節(jié)。高口大部分是論說文，說理為主，說明為輔。細(xì)節(jié)支持主題，為主題服務(wù)。諸如具體數(shù)字之類的內(nèi)容屬于支持性細(xì)節(jié)。

七、并列平行的內(nèi)容是支持性細(xì)節(jié)，其具體內(nèi)容沒必要重點(diǎn)閱讀。八、一個(gè)人的觀點(diǎn)在一個(gè)段落中通常不改變（除非but...）所以當(dāng)碰到“...can be replaced by...”時(shí)可按照這一原則，上半節(jié)說好，下半節(jié)肯定也是維護(hù)個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)，說好。

九、議論文第一段和最后一段精讀，其中會(huì)有作者的意圖。

十、學(xué)會(huì)定位詞，題目和文章順序有時(shí)不同。

Section 5主觀閱讀

有人把主觀閱讀稱為高口筆試中最難的題型，就題型的設(shè)計(jì)來說，的確是最難的。不過，以前在聽老師說，這類題目改卷老師根本不會(huì)去看你有沒將原文的詞換過還是直接抄下來，改卷老師只是根據(jù)他手上拿到的信息點(diǎn)，踩點(diǎn)給分，有幾點(diǎn)給多少分。所以做題時(shí)，時(shí)間抓緊，定位好了，不要組織什么語言，換什么詞，直接抄吧，答題卷上有4行空格，那就抄4行，多抄不會(huì)扣分！但一定注意卷面整潔，否則老師改卷很累，你寫的一塌糊涂老師不愿意仔細(xì)看你的內(nèi)容，你就栽了。

Section5 英翻中

一、修飾語較長必須加以切分，將修飾語單獨(dú)成句。林超倫說過，一個(gè)句子當(dāng)中如果有2個(gè)以上修飾的“的”，就是不正常，需要拿掉其余的單獨(dú)成句。這樣才符合中文的口味。

二、每篇英翻中都至少有一句長句需要拆分，注意在該點(diǎn)拿分。

三、中文中被動(dòng)使用頻率不高，在翻譯時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換成主動(dòng)句。

四、不論英翻中還是中翻英，做之前先找長句子、成語習(xí)語、專業(yè)詞匯和抽象含義居多的詞匯，后再確定翻譯技巧，切忌一上來就動(dòng)筆，難點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)不分。

五、英翻中時(shí)，篇章熟悉則還能應(yīng)付，如不熟悉，一定不要被文章英文的寫法和思維方法牽著鼻子走，這時(shí)候盡量意譯。（以平時(shí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)去猜，然后意譯）

六、不熟悉的詞組和單詞只能按照常識(shí)聯(lián)系上下文譯，這樣反而會(huì)譯出意譯的效果。eg:genetic carbon copies of adults 這里的carbon copy是個(gè)詞組，是“及其相似的人或物”的意思，如不清楚，將整句譯成：“成人基因的碳拷貝”，就弄巧成拙了，還不如直接譯成“成人基因”。

七、預(yù)讀時(shí)，主抓大意，遇到結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的句子，把關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)劃出。比如：shift away from....toward....,pit....against....這樣，如果需要短句，就不會(huì)把這個(gè)詞組斷開，而不知道各自意思了。（由于時(shí)間緊，后面翻時(shí)很可能搞錯(cuò)結(jié)構(gòu)）

Section 6中翻英

我那時(shí)候考試沒有總結(jié)什么技巧，反正就是，翻吧

口試

口試分口語和口譯兩部分。

我是去的上外考的口試，口試前一天去的上海，在虹口足球場旁邊的漢庭開了間房，旁邊就是地鐵3號(hào)線，交通比較方便，距離上外虹口校區(qū)走路也就10分鐘左右。

第二天考試來到上外進(jìn)門往左的一幢小紅房子里，來到三樓，關(guān)手機(jī)，用牛皮信封將手機(jī)封起來，進(jìn)場。坐在一個(gè)大教室里，等一組組叫號(hào)，結(jié)果我是第10組被叫到的，被叫到的時(shí)候我已經(jīng)在那坐了2個(gè)多鐘頭，期間上過3次廁所，因?yàn)榫o張。并且把口譯教程課后的8篇實(shí)戰(zhàn)來回口譯了兩遍，做了下小熱身。

叫到號(hào)了，和同組的戰(zhàn)友們被領(lǐng)進(jìn)一個(gè)小教室，給了一個(gè)話題，是關(guān)于地鐵性騷擾的，準(zhǔn)備5分鐘后，去各自的口譯考試小教室外等候。其實(shí)在等候的時(shí)候還是有時(shí)間來回串聯(lián)下剛剛的話題，因?yàn)榍耙粋€(gè)考生還沒考完。這個(gè)時(shí)候不要湊近耳朵去聽里面在講什么，因?yàn)槭欠辣I門，一來聽不清楚，二來就算讓你聽到了些只言片語，你也沒多大用處，只會(huì)給自己徒增壓力，反而還不如好好準(zhǔn)備下話題呢。

進(jìn)考場，是個(gè)小辦公室，兩個(gè)女老師坐我對(duì)面，我進(jìn)門說good morning,由于緊張，臉部僵硬，硬是沒擠出笑容。

開始說話題，由于原先參加過口語大賽，對(duì)這種模式的口語考試早已沒有多大感覺，因?yàn)槲抑览蠋熉牭氖俏艺f的順不順，不會(huì)太在乎我的觀點(diǎn)有多么美妙精辟，口語只是熱身。口語部分比較順利，說的老師都被我逗樂了，因?yàn)槲野l(fā)音很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，又有點(diǎn)英式口音，所以口語這塊沒問題，pass.口語說完就開始按下錄音機(jī)開始考口譯（按下的同時(shí)發(fā)的白紙，速度折成熟悉的4小頁）。英翻中前2段都是教程上的，翻的很順利，后最后一段基本沒聽懂，筆記只抓到了只言片語，不過本著寧爛勿缺的精神，胡說一通。

中翻英，都還行，第3段有點(diǎn)小磕磣，第4段一個(gè)中心詞翻錯(cuò)了，不過沒事。錯(cuò)2段，考完就知道自己肯定過了。

談下口試技巧以及準(zhǔn)備方法：

首先，在你準(zhǔn)備筆試之前，就應(yīng)該把整本教程課文和課后的內(nèi)容認(rèn)認(rèn)真真過一遍。在考完筆試之后，再過一遍，與此同時(shí)，用新東方的那本《中高級(jí)口譯口試備考精要》的高口部分做實(shí)戰(zhàn)練習(xí)，前面的文章都較難，從第10篇左右開始就接近口試難度了，但比口試難度稍高。將那本書練習(xí)完之后，期間配上口譯教程后面的8篇實(shí)戰(zhàn)練習(xí)（注意書上的每段翻譯時(shí)間只有30秒左右，比實(shí)際少15秒），口試沒問題?？谧g課文要做到看到就能一口氣翻下去，這樣做聽譯時(shí)候才能游刃有余。（注意教程中英文篇章較難，實(shí)際考試沒有那么夸張，將重點(diǎn)放在中翻英上會(huì)比較好?。?/p>

一、在考試時(shí)用簡單的詞把意思說清楚就可以了。

二、在譯員的口譯中，基本是看不見從句或分詞的，即使是要連接兩個(gè)句子，也基本是用and和but這樣的詞。

三、切忌追求花哨的句型，考官不會(huì)因?yàn)槟阌昧嘶ㄉ诘木湫投o你加分，或是用了簡單的句型而扣分，他注意的是你有沒有把意思翻出來。

四、學(xué)會(huì)“重復(fù)”，“重復(fù)”可以增加思考時(shí)間，讓語言保持連貫，讓語言表達(dá)更清楚易懂。

五、猜生詞。生詞是形容詞或者是副詞，不翻出來問題也不是很大。

即使是關(guān)系句子意思的生詞，也可以通過上下文推出，切忌聽到生詞就聽下來思考，這個(gè)時(shí)候，仔細(xì)聽下面的內(nèi)容其實(shí)更重要。

六、口譯的時(shí)候，一定要說完，每一句很簡單也要盡量說完，這最重要。沒說完，內(nèi)容不完整，是硬傷，一定會(huì)扣分，句子翻得好爛，老師都會(huì)酌情給點(diǎn)分。

七、英譯漢，重在聽力，盡量聽懂，不要太專注于筆記，可以直接寫中文，這樣翻時(shí)可以節(jié)省下組織語言的時(shí)候，可以快點(diǎn)。（只要聽懂了，腦中就記了個(gè)大概，基本都能說完）

八、漢譯英，重在記要點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榭隙苈牰?，但記不全，不要妄想都記下來。因?yàn)榫退闳浵聛?，也很難一字不漏的翻完。翻時(shí)切記把要點(diǎn)都翻了，不要管什么句型和結(jié)構(gòu)，關(guān)鍵是說完！
