      內(nèi)容摘要

      從如何讓更多的瀕臨破產(chǎn)企業(yè)在激烈的競爭中繼續(xù)生存,以及以何種形式繼續(xù)在市場競爭中發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢而避開劣勢這個角度來談破產(chǎn)清算。企業(yè)破產(chǎn)清算是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下的一個永恒的話題。破產(chǎn)清算作為長期存在的事項,其財務(wù)問題則是一個不可回避的問題。本文通過對我國國有企業(yè)破產(chǎn)清算的各個階段,如破產(chǎn)財產(chǎn)的確認(rèn)、估價、變價、分配為主線,論述其有關(guān)財產(chǎn)問題,使清算后企業(yè)通過清算實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)、經(jīng)營和財務(wù)協(xié)同效應(yīng)等。本文認(rèn)為在破產(chǎn)清算實(shí)踐中,當(dāng)被清算企業(yè)在評估調(diào)賬后仍處于資不抵債、凈資產(chǎn)為負(fù)數(shù)的情況,會計上應(yīng)將資不抵債的數(shù)額列為遞延支出核算,這種處理方法有利于鼓勵優(yōu)勢企業(yè)清算資不抵債的企業(yè),減少因破產(chǎn)而增加的社會壓力。

      摘要

      深圳同創(chuàng)紙品包裝有限公司是一家主要從事紙品包裝的制造型企業(yè)。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成長為具有一定發(fā)展前景的制造型企業(yè)。近年來我國的消費(fèi)品從傳統(tǒng)的營銷方式逐漸地向綠色營銷不斷地發(fā)展,并且綠色營銷已引起全社會的普遍關(guān)注一些企業(yè)也在這方面也取得了良好開端,但從整體而言我國大多數(shù)企業(yè)還不具備綠色意識綠色消費(fèi)的理念在紙制品包裝中綠色營銷的發(fā)展受到諸多因素的制約。近年來,環(huán)保的呼聲越來越高提倡更多的是使用環(huán)保的消費(fèi)品。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高,包裝在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位越來越重要,與此同時,包裝所造成的環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞也日趨嚴(yán)重。人們越來越清楚地認(rèn)識到它對環(huán)境的危害,所以綠色包裝成為包裝界研究發(fā)展的方向。為了使同創(chuàng)紙品包裝有限公司得到更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,本文將主要通過對紙品包裝開展綠色營銷所存在的問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究,并為同創(chuàng)提高其綠色營銷水平提供建議和對策,以幫助同創(chuàng)紙品包裝做得更強(qiáng)更大。

      瓷器首飾的設(shè)計研究

      摘要:本文力圖通過對目前世界首飾設(shè)計發(fā)展趨勢的分析,希望研究出能夠代表中國特色文化的瓷器首飾。

      經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,科技的進(jìn)步,生活水平的提高,人們對首飾的要求也跟著提高,等等一系列原因?qū)е轮閷毷罪梻鹘y(tǒng)意義上的“ 保值 ”功能退居次要位置,代之而來的是審美、時尚、享受和健康。

      盡管如此,全球化,統(tǒng)一化使得各國的生活方式和民族文化相互融合并逐漸趨于一致,最終導(dǎo)致了民族界限越來越小,民族特色首飾越來越少。面對這種情況,作為設(shè)計人員的我們唯一能做的就是宣傳愛國意識,傳播愛國情懷。而瓷器首飾本身就有很強(qiáng)烈的民族特征,在加上青花的效果和 “龍”圖紋的襯托,使得瓷器首飾的民族特征更加強(qiáng)烈,更加有利于宣傳愛國情懷的宣傳和表達(dá)。

      雖然目前整個首飾行業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)邁入穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。但我相信瓷器首飾的出現(xiàn)將給首飾界帶來另一個無限的發(fā)展空間。
