【教學(xué)目標(biāo)】
(一)知識(shí)目標(biāo)描述血液的成分和功能;識(shí)別血細(xì)胞的形態(tài);說(shuō)出人體內(nèi)血細(xì)胞的數(shù)量和功能;描述血型的有關(guān)知識(shí)和ABO血型的鑒定;解釋ABO血型的輸血原則。
(二)能力目標(biāo)
1、掌握“使用顯微鏡觀察人血的永久涂片”的方法,嘗試識(shí)別紅細(xì)胞和白細(xì)胞。

(三)情感目標(biāo)
通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)血液的組成,形成生命物質(zhì)本質(zhì)的思想,初步建立唯物主義物質(zhì)觀;認(rèn)同符合獻(xiàn)血條件的公民都有無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血的義務(wù)。【重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)】

一、血液的組成
血液由血漿和血細(xì)胞構(gòu)成。血細(xì)胞包括紅細(xì)胞、白細(xì)胞和血小板。紅細(xì)胞里有血紅蛋白。
二、血液的功能
血紅蛋白在氧氣含量高的地方容易與氧結(jié)合,在氧含量低的地方又很容易與氧分離。紅細(xì)胞就是依靠血紅蛋白的這一特性,為全身細(xì)胞輸送氧。
白細(xì)胞可吞噬侵入體內(nèi)的病菌,對(duì)機(jī)體有防御和保護(hù)的功能。血小板有止血和加速凝血的作用。
除此之外,血漿是物質(zhì)運(yùn)輸?shù)妮d體,它不僅運(yùn)載血細(xì)胞,而且運(yùn)輸人體吸收的各種營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)及細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的代謝產(chǎn)物。血液不僅有運(yùn)輸、防御和保護(hù)的功能,還有參與體液調(diào)節(jié)及調(diào)節(jié)體溫等多種功能,所以,失血過(guò)多或患血液病會(huì)影響人的正常生理活動(dòng),嚴(yán)重的會(huì)有生命危險(xiǎn)。
三、血型
在血型系統(tǒng)中,人類紅細(xì)胞含有兩種凝集原,凝集原A和凝集原B,血清中含有與它們相對(duì)抗的兩種凝集素,分別是A抗凝集素和B抗凝集素。按紅細(xì)胞所含凝集原的不同,把人類血型分為四種:紅細(xì)胞
只含凝集原A的叫做A型;只含B凝集原的叫做B型;AB兩種凝集原都有的叫AB做型;AB兩種凝集原都沒(méi)有的叫做O型.即
A型(只含A凝集原)B型(只含B凝集原)AB型(含AB凝集原)O型(不含凝集原)
每個(gè)人血清中都不含有與自身凝集原對(duì)抗的凝集素。如果相對(duì)抗的凝集原和凝集素相遇,即AB凝集原與抗AB凝集素相遇,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)紅細(xì)胞凝集現(xiàn)象。
根據(jù)課本頁(yè)表中四種血型的人接受輸血后的現(xiàn)象,分析并總結(jié)其中每一種血型的人能接受的血有哪幾種?
四、輸血原則
同型血互相輸;O型血可以少量輸給其他三種血型的人;AB型血原則上可以接受其他三種血型的血。
五、血量
正常成年人的血液總量約占體重的7%——8%。由于創(chuàng)傷或手術(shù)一次失血超過(guò)30%(1200mL~1500mL),就會(huì)有生命危險(xiǎn);如果一次失血不超過(guò)血液總量的10%(400mL以下),血漿和血細(xì)胞可以在短期內(nèi)恢復(fù)正常。一個(gè)健康的成年人,一次獻(xiàn)血200mL~300mL,對(duì)自己的健康沒(méi)有什么影響,而且還有利于造血器官造血功能的提高。因此,為了挽救他人生命,符合獻(xiàn)血條件的人,應(yīng)自覺(jué)積極參加義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血。

通過(guò)本節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠根據(jù)三種血管的特點(diǎn)區(qū)別人體血管的類型,部分學(xué)生可以描述出心臟的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,對(duì)血液的成分和功能也有一定的認(rèn)識(shí),在這一基礎(chǔ)上能夠根據(jù)教材提供的血液循環(huán)的示意圖描述體循環(huán)和肺循環(huán)的途徑。
1、設(shè)計(jì)教法時(shí)能考慮學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況及心理狀態(tài)設(shè)置有效的教學(xué)策略,促使學(xué)生通過(guò)自主學(xué)習(xí)獲得知識(shí)和培養(yǎng)能力,但每課時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的教法顯得雷同,留給學(xué)生動(dòng)手的機(jī)會(huì)不多,使得部分學(xué)生不能自始至終關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí),從而使學(xué)習(xí)效果有所下降,在以后的教學(xué)中可充分利用教材提供的材料組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行自學(xué),應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)有層次的、和學(xué)生生活實(shí)際聯(lián)系緊密的、促使學(xué)生積極思維的問(wèn)題,使學(xué)生在一個(gè)真實(shí)的教學(xué)情境中主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),改變不良的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣及學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。
2、針對(duì)本章課復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容較多,如果在課堂上組織學(xué)生通過(guò)觀察模型學(xué)習(xí)心臟的知識(shí)占用時(shí)間過(guò)多,效果也不是很明顯,我想在以后組織這部分內(nèi)容的教學(xué)時(shí)不仿根據(jù)教材特點(diǎn)也設(shè)計(jì)成板塊式學(xué)習(xí),把學(xué)生分成不同的學(xué)習(xí)小組,通過(guò)培訓(xùn)每組小組長(zhǎng)使組長(zhǎng)可帶領(lǐng)本組組員利用課余時(shí)間到實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察模型學(xué)習(xí)心臟的知識(shí),真正使學(xué)生的觀察能力及合作學(xué)習(xí)能力得到提高。

教師活動(dòng):呼吸道對(duì)吸入氣體的處理能力是有限的,長(zhǎng)期吸入不清潔或有毒的氣體會(huì)對(duì)呼吸系統(tǒng)造成嚴(yán)重危害,如引起咽炎、氣管炎、肺炎、哮喘、肺氣腫、矽肺等呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病。因此,注意保持環(huán)境中空氣清新十分重要。保持環(huán)境空氣清新應(yīng)做到:經(jīng)常開(kāi)窗,保持空氣流通;經(jīng)常打掃環(huán)境和房間,及時(shí)清除污物,保持環(huán)境和個(gè)人衛(wèi)生;植樹(shù)造林,綠化環(huán)境。
