一、Pre-task Preparation
1、Review the words of animals
復(fù)習(xí)學(xué)過(guò)的動(dòng)物單詞。討論學(xué)生喜歡的動(dòng)物,引起學(xué)生對(duì)動(dòng)物的關(guān)注和了解。Stick the wall picture on the board.Ask students if they have been to a zoo before.Ask students to look at Student’s Book P18and point out the animals that may also be found in a zoo.創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,詢問(wèn)學(xué)生你去過(guò)動(dòng)物園嗎?你在動(dòng)物園中看到過(guò)什么動(dòng)物? 看書18頁(yè),說(shuō)一說(shuō)。
2、Introduce: lions, tigers zebras, elephants, giraffes, pandas, monkeys Introduce: lions, tigers, zebras, elephants, giraffes, pandas, monkeys using picture cards and word cards.Ask students to pair the word and picture cards up.讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到動(dòng)物是人類的朋友。世界各國(guó)都采取了有效的保護(hù)措施。來(lái)保護(hù)瀕危的野生動(dòng)物。從這些詞匯教學(xué)中,可以教育學(xué)生愛(ài)護(hù)動(dòng)物,保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境。
二、While-task procedure
(一)Listen and repeat 1.Play the cassette.Students listen and follow in their books.2.Play the cassette again.Students repeat.聽錄音熟悉句型,模仿語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào),復(fù)述內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)對(duì)句型的理解,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確看待人類和動(dòng)物的關(guān)系,認(rèn)識(shí)到動(dòng)物和人類共同生活在同一個(gè)家園。3.Divide students into groups.(二)Practise: Which animals do you like? Groups take turns to walk around the classroom and ask their classmates about their preferences of animals.Students take their books and write down their classmates’ name beside the animal they like 分角色表演,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型,豐富對(duì)話內(nèi)容。在對(duì)話中貫穿保護(hù)動(dòng)物的語(yǔ)言材料。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的環(huán)保意識(shí)。
(三)Make a class zoo Divide students into groups.Use photocopiable P9,10 and 11.Students colour and fill in the name board for the animals.Then they cut them out and stick them on the cages.Students then stick the cages on a big card board to make their own zoo.Groups may co-operate to make their class zoo.做活動(dòng)資料,交換所做的動(dòng)物圖,制成班動(dòng)物園,提醒學(xué)生保護(hù)動(dòng)物、愛(ài)我家園。培養(yǎng)合作精神,在情景中練習(xí)句型

熟練運(yùn)用There be句型表達(dá)存在句式.本課時(shí)的生詞較多,教師應(yīng)充分利用視頻材料及圖片讓學(xué)生大量的練習(xí),以便較好掌握.三,課前準(zhǔn)備

教師播放C部分的Let's sing的錄音,讓學(xué)生聽?zhēng)妆楹笾饾u跟唱.教師在播放錄音時(shí)可出示一些熊貓的圖片或一些有關(guān)熊貓的視頻資料,讓學(xué)生有感性的認(rèn)識(shí),從而也提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣.教師也可制作一些圖片:mountain, forest, panda, bamboo,在聽歌曲的同時(shí)教師把這些圖片逐一貼到黑板上,讓學(xué)生在唱歌的同時(shí)對(duì)歌曲的內(nèi)容有大概的了解,對(duì)歌曲中的單詞有所認(rèn)識(shí),為下面知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)做好鋪墊.⑵口語(yǔ)練習(xí)
教師出示第五單元Let's try部分的掛圖.教師用問(wèn)句提示:What's in the room ? What's near the close? What's behind the door? What's over the bed待學(xué)生回答

做本單元A Let's learn部部[page_ break]分的活動(dòng)手冊(cè)配套練習(xí).⑵出示Let's find out中的四幅圖,請(qǐng)同學(xué)來(lái)描述其中的一幅圖,讓同學(xué)猜一猜他說(shuō)的是哪一幅圖,看看哪位同學(xué)聽得最清楚,找的最快.⑶讓學(xué)生把新學(xué)的歌曲唱給家長(zhǎng)或朋友聽.5.板書
