《新概念英語(yǔ)青少版》是專門為中國(guó)814歲青少年以及英語(yǔ)初學(xué)者編寫的,作為一名英語(yǔ)教師,我在教授這門課程時(shí),在秉承其先進(jìn)教學(xué)理念的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合班級(jí)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,總結(jié)了一套教學(xué)方法,加入了一些自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1.突出復(fù)習(xí)。由于本教材是參照語(yǔ)法大綱、循序漸進(jìn)的編排的,由淺入深,注重新舊知識(shí)的結(jié)合。所以,課堂上前二十分鐘的復(fù)習(xí)十分關(guān)鍵。突出復(fù)習(xí)的作用就在于讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)前鞏固所學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí),這樣才可以在良好扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,更容易、更清楚的接受新知識(shí)。尤為重要的是,每堂課的復(fù)習(xí)并不只局限于上一次所學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容,是可以以分類式復(fù)習(xí)來(lái)溫習(xí)所有相關(guān)的知識(shí)的,正符合本教材的特點(diǎn),即語(yǔ)法內(nèi)容以線性的形式呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生,從而持續(xù)不斷的復(fù)習(xí)并重復(fù)所學(xué)內(nèi)容。例如,《新概念英語(yǔ)青少版》1A Unit1Unit7中都在不斷學(xué)習(xí)特殊疑問(wèn)句,在學(xué)習(xí)Unit 8前我給學(xué)生列出了所有學(xué)過(guò)的特殊疑問(wèn)詞:what, which, who, whose, where, when, how等,讓學(xué)生回想所學(xué)過(guò)的有關(guān)句型,并舉例練習(xí)。這樣,學(xué)習(xí)Unit 8時(shí),相關(guān)知識(shí)就可以“不點(diǎn)即通”了。這樣就可以讓學(xué)生真正靈活掌握所學(xué)知識(shí),而且可以用舊知識(shí)去學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)。
2.突出課文。由于本教材配有大量彩色插圖,人物形象活潑生動(dòng),并配有DVD光盤和MP3。為此,我校還配置了相關(guān)設(shè)備,筆記本電腦、投影儀、音響等,這樣就可以讓學(xué)生課堂上觀看課文內(nèi)容,刺激他們的聽(tīng)覺(jué)、視覺(jué),從而促使他們主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言。所以,利用現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備突出生動(dòng)的課文,是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和動(dòng)力的關(guān)鍵。突出課文的作用是可以讓學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境中學(xué)習(xí)單詞、句子、段落、對(duì)話、文章,從而更好的理解文章的意思,記住關(guān)鍵句的語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)。教學(xué)步驟如下:首先看DVD光盤,了解整篇課文接著跟讀句子,模仿光盤中的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào),這樣既可以使學(xué)生的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)更加純正,同時(shí)也能學(xué)會(huì)生詞的發(fā)音;再次,看DVD溫習(xí)文章,盡量記住句型;最后,學(xué)生逐個(gè)回答有關(guān)課文的提問(wèn),從而檢查每個(gè)學(xué)生理解課文的情況,并鍛煉學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。

A:《新概念英語(yǔ)青少版》3個(gè)級(jí)別的語(yǔ)法難度大致相當(dāng)于《新概念英語(yǔ)》第一冊(cè)并略高一些。但是《青少版》的詞匯量更大,《新概念英語(yǔ)》1的詞匯總量大約是1000,而《青少版》每個(gè)級(jí)別的單詞量為600左右,3個(gè)級(jí)別的詞匯總量超過(guò)了2000。
因此,我們建議學(xué)習(xí)完《新概念英語(yǔ)青少版》3個(gè)級(jí)別后,程度好的學(xué)生可以直接學(xué)習(xí)《新概念英語(yǔ)》第二冊(cè)的后半冊(cè)(Unit3-4);程度一般的學(xué)生還是應(yīng)該從頭學(xué)習(xí)《新概念英語(yǔ)》第二冊(cè)。
