During the Spring and Autumn Period(770-476 BC), a very noble official caled Qi

Huangyang lived in the State of Jin.One day, the king summoned him to court and asked, “Now that the magistrate position of Nanyang county is vacant, who do you think is suitable for the post?”

“Xie Hu is the right man for the job,” Qi replied without hesitation.Surprised, the king asked, “Did you say Xie Hu? I thought he's your enemy.Why did you recommend him to take such an important position?”

Smiling, Qi Huangyang said, “Your Majesty didn't ask me my personal opinions o Xie Hu.You simply asked me who I thought would be competent for the position.Therefore I

recommended Xie Hu.the king followed Qi's advice and made Xie Hu magistrate of Nanyang county.And sure enough, Xie Hu administered the county very well and won respect from local people and his colleagues.Some days later, the king again asked Qi Huangyang for his opinions.This time, the king was trying to find a suitable candidate for a court judge position.Qi Huangyiang recommended Qi Wu for the job.Once again, the king was surprised again by the recommendation because Qi Wu was the son of Qi Huangyang.The king asked: ”Who do you recommend your son? Aren't you afraid people will gossip?“

Qi Huangyang replied, ”Your Majesty, you asked me who was the most capable person for the position of a judge, and I think Qi Wu is.“

過(guò)了一些日子，平公又向祁黃羊征求意見(jiàn)。這回，晉王想找個(gè)合適的人選擔(dān)任朝廷法官?！逼铧S羊推薦了祁午。平公又奇怪起來(lái)了，因?yàn)槠钗缡瞧铧S羊的兒子。他問(wèn)道：“你怎么推薦你的兒子，不怕別人講閑話嗎？”祁黃羊說(shuō)：“陛下只問(wèn)我誰(shuí)最是合適的，我認(rèn)為祁午是?！北M管晉王還有些猶豫，他還是派了祁午去做法官。事實(shí)證明，祁午是個(gè)正直，有才能的法官，很受人們的愛(ài)戴。孔子聽(tīng)說(shuō)這兩件事，十分稱贊祁黃羊?？鬃诱f(shuō): “祁黃羊是對(duì)的。他推薦人，完全是以才能做標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不因?yàn)閭€(gè)人偏見(jiàn)，便不推薦他；也不因?yàn)榕氯俗h論，便不推薦。像黃祁羊這樣的人，才夠得上說(shuō)”大公無(wú)私“啦！”

“大公無(wú)私”這個(gè)成語(yǔ)就是由孔子的評(píng)論而來(lái)的，用來(lái)形容那些公正無(wú)私處理事物的人。

英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過(guò)程，需要不斷地積累，不斷地練習(xí)。而且英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)水平需要在一定的環(huán)境下，在一個(gè)較好的英語(yǔ)氛圍中才能得到鍛煉和提高，作為大學(xué)生的我們英語(yǔ)的重要性不言而喻.本次英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)舉辦為大家提供一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的氛圍，讓大家充分參與進(jìn)來(lái)，感受英語(yǔ)的魅力。

活動(dòng)目的：

活動(dòng)主辦方：

英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)會(huì) 活動(dòng)主題：

戶外英語(yǔ)沙龍

活動(dòng)形式：

以游戲娛樂(lè)的形式添加英語(yǔ)素材，以達(dá)到生動(dòng)形象效果，讓廣大大學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)

活動(dòng)流程：

一：自我介紹大比拼（用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行自我介紹，五人為一組進(jìn)行比賽，然后由評(píng)委評(píng)分，優(yōu)勝者可獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)）

二：默契大比拼（雙人為一組一人看所定題目做動(dòng)作，另一人用英文猜出題目，組與組之間比賽，優(yōu)勝組可獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)）

三：搶凳子大比拼（以數(shù)人為一組進(jìn)行搶凳子，直至最后一人為優(yōu)勝者，優(yōu)勝者可獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)）

四：尋找配對(duì)大比拼（由所發(fā)字條尋找自己的隊(duì)友，有多組，尋找到最多隊(duì)者勝利）

宣傳方式：

部?jī)?nèi)有部長(zhǎng)向各成員傳達(dá)，嘉賓由外聯(lián)部邀請(qǐng)

邀請(qǐng)?jiān)u委：

有會(huì)長(zhǎng)向院英語(yǔ)教師做出邀請(qǐng)

活動(dòng)安排：

各部安排一定人員布置場(chǎng)地，獎(jiǎng)品由宣傳部負(fù)責(zé)，后勤由學(xué)研部負(fù)責(zé)，文藝部出才藝表演。
