教學(xué)計(jì)劃
新的一個(gè)學(xué)期又開始了,本學(xué)期我將完成八年級的英語教學(xué)。為了順利完成教學(xué)任務(wù),我特制定如下計(jì)劃:
一、課標(biāo)要求
以“英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”為宗旨,適合新課程改革的需要,面向全體學(xué)生提高學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng),增強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新精神,正確把握英語學(xué)科的特點(diǎn),積極倡導(dǎo)合作探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極的情感態(tài)度和正確的人生價(jià)值觀,提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和終身發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
二、教材編寫特點(diǎn)
仁愛版八年級下冊英語教材,全書共有4個(gè)單元,每個(gè)單元分為3個(gè)Topic,每個(gè)Topic分為Section A-Section D部分: Section A 主要是對話學(xué)習(xí),有語言目標(biāo),主要的功能項(xiàng)目與語法結(jié)構(gòu)及需要掌握的的基本詞匯;Section B 部分是Secion A部分的知識(shí)擴(kuò)展和綜合語言運(yùn)用;Section C 和Section D 都是閱讀課文,以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀能力,擴(kuò)大學(xué)生的閱讀量。本教材各單元話題靈活,貼近生活實(shí)際。
三、具體教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.讓學(xué)生受到聽、說、讀、寫英語的訓(xùn)練,掌握最基本的語言知識(shí)和語言技能,養(yǎng)成良好的外語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,為進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)用英語打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
2.通過對學(xué)生的鼓勵(lì)和輔導(dǎo),初步建立學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心。
3.課前做好充分準(zhǔn)備,努力營造學(xué)生喜歡的課堂,以調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性和興趣。
4.通過多做、多練、多聽、多寫,提高整體成績,減少低分率。
四、所教學(xué)生的基本情況分析
通過初中一年的英語學(xué)習(xí),只有極少數(shù)學(xué)生能聽懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的語段和簡短的故事,能與教師或同學(xué)就熟悉話題交換信息。但是由于學(xué)生有來自農(nóng)村,不好學(xué),整體英語基礎(chǔ)較差,學(xué)習(xí)很吃力而自暴自棄。另外,許多學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決的問題。例如:很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的,沒有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)英語的目的在于交流;有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識(shí);不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒有計(jì)劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,不注意知識(shí)的固定和積累。
五、具體措施
1.認(rèn)真鉆研教材和課標(biāo),精心備課,認(rèn)真上好每一節(jié)課。確定每堂課的基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容,預(yù)備內(nèi)容和擴(kuò)展內(nèi)容,滿足不同層次學(xué)生的不同要求。
2.充分利用現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)設(shè)備,加強(qiáng)直觀教學(xué),提高課堂效率。
3.在教學(xué)中根據(jù)目標(biāo)并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際的教學(xué)活動(dòng),吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語,完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。
4.關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍。多與學(xué)生溝通,了解學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況和需求,及時(shí)改進(jìn)教學(xué)中存在的問題和不足。
5.積極開展豐富多彩的英語活動(dòng),提高學(xué)生興趣。如單詞接龍比賽,朗讀比賽,英語手抄報(bào)比賽,學(xué)唱英
文歌曲,課前五分鐘活動(dòng)等。
根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容不同對不同層次的學(xué)生進(jìn)行分層教學(xué)。注重個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。在面向全體學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)上培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差。6.每天要求學(xué)生背誦課文的對話或短文,每天記當(dāng)天學(xué)過的單詞并在下節(jié)課進(jìn)行聽寫。每組成立2位組長負(fù)責(zé)抽查組員的背誦和記單詞情況。老師每天進(jìn)行檢查。進(jìn)行階段性檢測并且進(jìn)行檢測分析。
7.針對學(xué)生寫作能力差的問題,每周要求學(xué)生寫一篇英語作文,每周要求學(xué)生從課外閱讀兩篇英語短文,并準(zhǔn)備專門的閱讀摘抄本,教師定期檢查。
8.提高家庭作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的藝術(shù)。作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)不能局限在抄寫單詞短語、課文等項(xiàng)目,要布置有針對性和實(shí)用性的任務(wù)。
9.不斷學(xué)習(xí),加強(qiáng)自身素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)能力。

二、學(xué)生基本情況分析:
本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任八年級二班英語教學(xué)工作。掌握了英語學(xué)習(xí)的一些基本方法,能夠積極主動(dòng)認(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)成績較好。但還有少部分學(xué)生沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的,缺少學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和主動(dòng)性,自覺性較差,相應(yīng)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣也差。主要原因是沒有激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,學(xué)生覺得英語學(xué)習(xí)是一種負(fù)擔(dān),一部分學(xué)生沒有掌握記憶單詞的方法,連基本的單詞聽不懂,學(xué)不會(huì),但是學(xué)生整體的惰性還是很強(qiáng),自覺性很差。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的講解和基本技能的訓(xùn)練,讓學(xué)生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能;另外,注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對英語的興趣;讓學(xué)生掌握記憶單詞、聽力、寫作等英語學(xué)習(xí)技能,培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和自主探索、合作學(xué)習(xí)能力。充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性和主動(dòng)性,使每一位學(xué)生都能在學(xué)習(xí)中有所收獲、有所進(jìn)步。

三、教材分析:
教材針對性強(qiáng);體例,體系新穎,每個(gè)單元都列出明確的語言目標(biāo)、主要的功能項(xiàng)目與語法結(jié)構(gòu)、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的語訓(xùn)練,B部分是知識(shí)的擴(kuò)展和綜合的語言運(yùn)用。C部分是語言學(xué)習(xí)的補(bǔ)充,單元語法的再現(xiàn),結(jié)合練習(xí)訓(xùn)練。D部分是寫作部分,根據(jù)單元所學(xué)的內(nèi)容,完成相關(guān)話題的作文。這套教材是基于城市學(xué)生的狀況編寫的,對于我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生來說,由于小學(xué)基礎(chǔ)不好,到初中以后學(xué)起來的確有些吃力,光是一千多個(gè)單詞就嚇退了不少學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農(nóng)村的英語教學(xué)成績而努力。
本冊教材的重點(diǎn)是一般將來時(shí)用法;過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的用法;表感官和直覺的系動(dòng)詞的用法;動(dòng)詞不定式的用法;情態(tài)動(dòng)詞may might must can的用法。
