班工作總結(jié)

時(shí)間飛逝，一個(gè)緊張而又充實(shí)的學(xué)期又過去了。在院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)員的大力關(guān)心和幫助下，我們順利地完成了計(jì)劃中的每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。以下是我們班委會(huì)對(duì)我們這學(xué)期班級(jí)工作的總結(jié)，請(qǐng)老師批評(píng)，指正，并對(duì)下一學(xué)年的工作指導(dǎo)。

一、學(xué)習(xí)政治理論，樹立遠(yuǎn)大理想

本學(xué)期，我們組織全班同學(xué)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)了“兩會(huì)”公報(bào)和政府工作報(bào)告、《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃 綱要》（2010—2020）、《胡錦濤在慶祝清華大學(xué)建校100周年大會(huì)上的講話》以及學(xué)習(xí)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系等政治理論，學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，并在實(shí)踐中注重落實(shí)，達(dá)到了提高理論修養(yǎng)，堅(jiān)定理想信念，樹立遠(yuǎn)大理想的目的。

二、加強(qiáng)文化知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)，促進(jìn)同學(xué)們成績(jī)的鞏固和提高。

本學(xué)期，我們動(dòng)員同學(xué)們發(fā)揚(yáng)“比、學(xué)、趕、幫、超”的精神，營(yíng)造了良好的班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍；安排了學(xué)習(xí)委員負(fù)責(zé)牽頭成立高等數(shù)學(xué)、英語、計(jì)算機(jī)等興趣小組，各成員在課余共同探討學(xué)習(xí)問題，互相幫助；.針對(duì)晚自習(xí)，由副班長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)采取簽到簽退的措施，同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)積極性強(qiáng)，出勤率較高；在期末考試來臨之際，由班委商定在全班開展以“互幫互助，共同奮進(jìn)”為主題的一幫一活動(dòng)，同學(xué)們積極響應(yīng)，都力爭(zhēng)在期末考試中取得好成績(jī)。

三、加強(qiáng)班級(jí)凝聚力，豐富文娛體育活動(dòng)

本學(xué)期我們組織同學(xué)們參加大學(xué)生文明禮儀知識(shí)大賽、開展了“弘揚(yáng)雷鋒精神，開展志愿服務(wù)”系列活動(dòng)、組織同學(xué)參加校運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、開展社團(tuán)文化活動(dòng)月。通過這些豐富多彩的活動(dòng)，使同學(xué)們的精神世界得到充實(shí)，普及了文明禮儀常識(shí)，在一定程度上調(diào)動(dòng)了廣大同學(xué)參與集體活動(dòng)的積極性，充實(shí)了本班的校園生活。

四、參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐，是同學(xué)們成長(zhǎng)和體驗(yàn)生活的正確之路

本學(xué)期我們組織同學(xué)們參加了三下鄉(xiāng)活動(dòng)、義務(wù)支教和其他社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。社會(huì)實(shí)踐作為學(xué)生參與社會(huì)生活的一個(gè)主要途徑，對(duì)社會(huì)主義物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)和精神文明建設(shè)起到一定的積極作用：促進(jìn)學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的提高；促進(jìn)學(xué)生業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的提高；促進(jìn)青年學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。

五、積極開展班級(jí)建設(shè)與管理，形成良好的班風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)

本學(xué)期經(jīng)我們班委協(xié)商并在輔導(dǎo)員的協(xié)助下舉辦班級(jí)干部經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)、培訓(xùn)班，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)、完善了班級(jí)管理制度、積極開展 “和諧宿舍”、“黨員宿舍”等評(píng)比活動(dòng)，提高了班級(jí)干部綜合能力；促進(jìn)了同學(xué)們努力學(xué)習(xí)，并加強(qiáng)班級(jí)節(jié)假日安全穩(wěn)定管理；營(yíng)造了優(yōu)良的住宿環(huán)境，形成了良好的班風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)。這是我們尋找目標(biāo)、確定目標(biāo)并為之努力的一個(gè)學(xué)期，這是我們團(tuán)結(jié)友愛、收藏寶貴記憶、譜寫青春紀(jì)念冊(cè)的一個(gè)學(xué)期，這也是我們班委辛勤付出、與全班同學(xué)共同進(jìn)步的意義非凡的一個(gè)學(xué)期。下學(xué)期我們會(huì)繼續(xù)努力，把我們班辦的更好。

1、留學(xué)

Nowadays, going abroad for studies is enjoying a striking popularity among adolescents.Importance should be attached to studying abroad.There are a great many advantages of studying overseas.First and foremost, living and studying abroad offers students a different perspective of the world.On a university campus, international students are likely to encounter their counterparts from various countries and areas and are exposed to diverse ideas and values.What is more, overseas experience is the best opportunity for the real-life use of foreign languages.There is no better opportunity to improve second-language skills than living in the country in which it is spoken.Generally peaking, it is my view that although going abroad is expensive and perhaps painful, the payoff is worthwhile.In the first place, in addition to knowledge, overseas students can gain precious experiences that those who stay at home will never have.Furthermore, overseas experience, frustrating and painful as it may be, is conducive to the growth of adolescents.2、就業(yè)

Job hunting has always been a headache for college students.Though many graduates are employed right after graduation, some are not.Most serious of all, some still have no idea where to go working even a long time after graduation.The reasons for this phenomenon are various.On the one hand, a few years ago colleges and universities enrolled so many students in popular majors, such as economy, finance and so on that the number of graduates was greater than the need in the market.On the other hand, most graduates would rather stay in large cities without suitable job to do than go to the country.I reckon this problem can be solved if both colleges and students take measures.First, they should research the market and develop special skills to suit its need.Second, students’ attitude towards employment should be changed.They should go to small cities and country.There they can also give full play to their professional knowledge.In a word, if we pay much attention, the situation can be improved.3、網(wǎng)絡(luò)

In recent years, people are developing an inseparable relationship with Internet.As is known to all, it is convenient for us to click the mouse when surfing on line, either to entertain ourselves or to meet the work’s needs.On the one hand, no one denies that Internet is currently one of the most useful media in our daily life.As a college student, I get on line every day to exchange information through e-mails with my net friends.But on the other hand, a good many people admit that they are too much addicted to Internet to maintain a regular and wholesome lifestyle.Thus, it is necessary for us to use Internet in a reasonable way and restrain from overindulgence.After all，Internet is invented to enrich our life, and to improve the efficiency of our work rather than shackle us with a chain.4、考試

In most colleges and universities the examination is used as a chief means of deciding whether a student succeeds or fails in mastering a particular subject.Although it does the job quite efficiently, its side effects are also enormous.To begin with, examinations lower the standards of teaching.Since teachers are often judged by examination results, they are reduced to training their students in exam techniques.No subjects can be taught successfully merely through being approached with intent to take examinations.In addition, the most undesirable effect is that examinations encourage bad study habits.As the examination score is the only criterion for his academic performance, a student is driven to memorize mechanically rather than to think creatively.In fact, few of us admit that examinations can contribute anything really important to the students’ academic development.If that is the case, why cannot we make a change and devise something more efficient and reliable than examinations?

有許多的優(yōu)勢(shì)，海外學(xué)習(xí)。首先，在國(guó)外居住和學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生提供了一個(gè)不同的世界觀。在大學(xué)校園中，國(guó)際學(xué)生很可能遭遇來自不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)的同行和接觸不同的理念和價(jià)值觀。更甚的是，國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中使用外語的最好時(shí)機(jī)。有沒有更好的機(jī)會(huì)來提高第二語言能力比生活在使用該語言的國(guó)家。

另一方面，沒有人會(huì)否認(rèn)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是目前在我們的日常生活中最有用的媒體。作為一名大學(xué)生，我每天上網(wǎng)通過電子郵件和我的網(wǎng)友們交流信息。但另一方面，很多人承認(rèn)他們太沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)一個(gè)正常和健康的生活方式。

4、考試

在大多數(shù)學(xué)院和大學(xué)考試作為一種主要的決定學(xué)生是否掌握某一特定主題的手段。雖然它的工作很有效，它的副作用也是巨大的。

首先，考試降低了教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。從教師常常被檢查的結(jié)果，他們被迫訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的應(yīng)試技巧。沒有人可以僅僅通過接近成功的應(yīng)試教育。此外，大部分的不良后果是，考試鼓勵(lì)壞的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。由于考試分?jǐn)?shù)是衡量學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)好壞的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，學(xué)生是驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械的死記硬背，而不是創(chuàng)造性的思考。

事實(shí)上，我們很少有人承認(rèn)考試可以起到任何學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)發(fā)展很重要。如果是這樣的話，為什么我們不能做出改變，制訂一些比考試更有效和可靠的？

5、老師

在我的生活中我遇到過很多值得回憶的教師。但或許最難忘的一個(gè)我所知道的是我的英語老師。

常常使我回憶起學(xué)校的老師是他的特性。首先，他給了我們最大的禮物，老師可以提供一個(gè)覺醒的熱愛學(xué)習(xí)。他不僅LED我們的美麗和完美的英語語言文學(xué)的欣賞，也激起了探索更深的在這一領(lǐng)域有極大的興趣。第二，我就被他的活潑機(jī)智。我記得我們的學(xué)生總是期待他的課非常熱心，他講課生動(dòng)幽默，從不惹笑或大聲笑。

雖然我參加了他的最后一類是近兩年來，他是我們的老同學(xué)交談，我知道他已經(jīng)在我心里。

少年宮寫作班輔導(dǎo)總結(jié)

一個(gè)學(xué)期很快就過去了，學(xué)生們?cè)诰陌才诺慕虒W(xué)中快樂地學(xué)習(xí)，快樂地寫作?？粗⒆觽儗懽鞯呐d趣不斷濃厚，寫作水平不斷提高，我心里感到無比的欣慰，覺得一個(gè)學(xué)期的忙碌，一個(gè)學(xué)期的精心設(shè)計(jì)，一個(gè)學(xué)期的用心教學(xué)都是值得的。回顧在小記者活動(dòng)室的歷程，感觸蠻多。概括下來，有如下五點(diǎn)：

一、活動(dòng)情況

1．參與活動(dòng)的人數(shù)共有64人，都是四、五年級(jí)寫作班學(xué)員。

2．參加活動(dòng)的學(xué)員每人領(lǐng)取一個(gè)“小記者證”，活動(dòng)前準(zhǔn)備好一個(gè)寫作提綱。3．采訪對(duì)象為我宮藝術(shù)班學(xué)員，主要了解他們學(xué)習(xí)藝術(shù)的情況。

4．采訪活動(dòng)完畢后，每個(gè)學(xué)員回到教室寫一篇記敘文，內(nèi)容可以寫參觀活動(dòng)的情況，可以寫當(dāng)小記者的采訪經(jīng)歷，可以進(jìn)行任務(wù)速寫，還可以寫一個(gè)場(chǎng)面。5．老師進(jìn)行評(píng)獎(jiǎng)，發(fā)給獎(jiǎng)品，給予表彰鼓勵(lì)。

二、精心設(shè)計(jì)，合理安排。

在最開始輔導(dǎo)前，我就先在心里蘊(yùn)釀好要輔導(dǎo)的內(nèi)容，并想好如何讓孩子們學(xué)得開心又學(xué)有所成。然后就定下了詳盡的計(jì)劃，有明確的目標(biāo)和具體的執(zhí)行措施，給每一天的教學(xué)都安排好內(nèi)容，列出行事歷。最后，我還根據(jù)自己一直以來輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生作文的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，輔導(dǎo)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行整理，再加上在網(wǎng)上收集小學(xué)生作文的主要的幾類作文資料，編輯成一個(gè)寫作指導(dǎo)的本子，配上自己的作文和自己學(xué)生的一些作文作為例文，這樣用真人真事進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)，以提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，用這方式，以達(dá)到輔導(dǎo)的目的。寫作涉及的類型有很多：寫人、寫事、寫景、狀物、寫一場(chǎng)面、寫一種水果、童話作文，想象作文、看圖作文、寫信。在這短短的十五天里，合理安排，訓(xùn)練得當(dāng)，使課堂豐富而充實(shí)。

三、直觀教學(xué)，盎然興趣。

“作文難，作文難，提起作文心都煩”，這雖然是一俗語，但卻很直觀地告訴我們，寫作文，對(duì)于很多人來說，是很難的一件事。而且，一般作文的教學(xué)，都是先傳授作文的要點(diǎn)，注意的事項(xiàng)，多寫多練等，是最枯燥的最無趣的課堂，很多老師上公開課都不愿意選擇作文課的。但是，作文卻是在語文試卷里占比分最重的，老師和家長(zhǎng)，學(xué)生都不得不重視。為了不讓學(xué)生感到無聊，覺得寫作難于登天，我就根據(jù)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行教學(xué)上的設(shè)計(jì)和修改。（因?yàn)閳?bào)名的學(xué)生太多，而且年齡的差距很大，跨度大，所以在教了3天后就把學(xué)生分成了兩個(gè)班，一個(gè)是初級(jí)班，主要是二三年級(jí)的學(xué)生；另一個(gè)是高級(jí)班，主要是四五六年級(jí)的學(xué)生。）初級(jí)班的學(xué)生，我一般都是給他們看真實(shí)的物體、玩自己的游戲、嘗喜歡的水果等，通過自己真實(shí)地感受過，再讓他們說，再寫，這樣，他們寫起來就容易多了，在玩中學(xué)習(xí)，在玩中提高。高級(jí)班的，我也采用象初級(jí)班那樣的直觀教學(xué)，而且，再配合投影，從形、聲、影、感中，教與他們寫作的方法，要求要比初級(jí)班要高得多，但看他們寫起來，也不是很難，這應(yīng)該都?xì)w功于自己特別的教學(xué)方式。我記得，在這短短的15天里，我就給孩子們舉行過唱歌比賽、跑步比賽、畫畫、吃水果、說故事等多種形式的活動(dòng)，孩子們都非常喜歡上我的作文課，還有好幾個(gè)還跟我說，下一期的學(xué)習(xí)班，我還要報(bào)小記者活動(dòng)室！我聽的，打心里高興！

四、愛心導(dǎo)航，用心輔導(dǎo)。

愛，是融化一切堅(jiān)冰最好的武器，是打開心鎖最好的鑰匙，是課堂教學(xué)最好的捷徑……教了12年的語文，我深深知道這愛的力量。所以，在開學(xué)的第一天，我就用最美的笑容面向孩子，告訴他們，我是因?yàn)閻蹖懽?，愛教與別人怎樣寫作才來當(dāng)你們的老師的，在這三個(gè)星期里，相信我會(huì)愛上你們的，我也相信你們會(huì)愛上我的。孩子們都笑了，覺得都遇上一個(gè)很好很好的老師。之后的每天教學(xué)，我都用心教學(xué)，用心地關(guān)懷他們，讓他們感受到老師的那融融的愛心，從而喜歡上老師。

五．活動(dòng)感言：

1．通過這樣的活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生走出教室內(nèi)去觀察生活，感受生活，豐富寫作素材； 2．學(xué)生參與活動(dòng)的熱情高漲，提高了參與寫作學(xué)習(xí)的興趣；

3．學(xué)生通過與他人的交流溝通，鍛煉了小朋友的膽量，培養(yǎng)了語言能力，提高了學(xué)員的綜合素質(zhì)；

4．這樣的活動(dòng)，得到了許多家長(zhǎng)的認(rèn)可和贊許，大家認(rèn)為，在活動(dòng)中，孩子們開心的笑容、和諧的合作、積極與人溝通，讓他們看到了孩子們通過參加寫作班的學(xué)習(xí)，有了收獲，有了進(jìn)步，感到欣慰。

除了在平常中關(guān)心孩子們外，我更注重的是輔導(dǎo)他們的寫作，他們交上來的每一篇作文，我都細(xì)細(xì)地看，認(rèn)真地修改，從詞、句、段、篇，文章的開頭、結(jié)尾等，都進(jìn)行批改，在課堂里，通常沒時(shí)間幫他們修改，因?yàn)?，下了課的時(shí)間，我還是在課室里，和孩子們?cè)谝黄?，那么，只能犧牲自己的休息時(shí)間進(jìn)行批改了，有時(shí)候還工作到深夜，但看到孩子們一天天的進(jìn)步，我覺得所受的累是值得的。每進(jìn)行一類作文的寫作，我都把他們的作品在課室的固定區(qū)域里進(jìn)行展示，讓孩子們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)中交流，在交流中提高。最后，我還幫他們編輯他們自己的作文選，品評(píng)自己或同學(xué)的作文，為自己寫出來的作文感到驕傲！在寫作班的這段時(shí)間，孩子們學(xué)到很多，自己也學(xué)到很多。雖然很多方面自我感覺還不錯(cuò)，但還是有很多不足的地方，比如，對(duì)學(xué)生的詞語積累和運(yùn)用方面下的功夫不夠；對(duì)學(xué)生的句子訓(xùn)練方面做得不夠，在今后的教學(xué)工作中，我會(huì)不斷改正，不斷吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不斷提高自己作文的教學(xué)水平。
