泰州市海軍小學(xué)
4月18---19日泰州市教研室和泰州海陵實小精心籌備了“星光大舞臺”活動。本次活動采取全封閉形式,通過三個環(huán)節(jié):誦讀、微型課和板書設(shè)計展現(xiàn)了英語教師的風(fēng)采,也真實地顯露了老師們身上存在的不同程度的問題。而再遇名師沈峰,更使我收獲良多。結(jié)合這次小學(xué)英語教師技能大賽,就沈老師的點評,我提煉心得如下:
一、教學(xué)要講究邏輯性。
這點在我們不少老師身上做得很欠缺。課堂上的每句話,每一個環(huán)節(jié)都應(yīng)該是有邏輯性的。引導(dǎo)教學(xué)要自然,符合情理,不能生硬突兀,令學(xué)生費解。我想這是作為老師必備的基本素質(zhì),而恰恰為許多老師忽視。
二、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)要簡潔明了,忌貪多冗長,拐彎抹角。
老師們在備課時,有時為了追求形式的多樣,刻意設(shè)計教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),導(dǎo)致與課堂主題偏離,課堂效率降低,教學(xué)流程不清晰。沈老師強調(diào)要充分利用教學(xué)資源,順著一根線走下去,而不是堆砌教學(xué)資源,走過堂。
三、關(guān)注學(xué)生,以生為本。
沈老師強調(diào)要關(guān)注學(xué)生已有知識和經(jīng)驗。這點我們從理論上都知道,備學(xué)生嘛!可是經(jīng)沈老師結(jié)合具體的課例點評后,空洞的理論就變得明朗起來。在教學(xué)設(shè)計中,我們要了解學(xué)生已有經(jīng)驗,并想法激活學(xué)生已有的經(jīng)驗。在現(xiàn)實教學(xué)中,經(jīng)常會聽到老師在講課時對著學(xué)生已熟知的知識在贅述。這樣就不能激起學(xué)生的求知欲和對學(xué)習(xí)的深層興趣。在教師提問方面,也要注意關(guān)注學(xué)生已有經(jīng)驗。學(xué)生能夠做到的,要讓他們主動去表達,而不是老師問一句,學(xué)生答一句。談話的內(nèi)容要以學(xué)生的生活為中心,這樣學(xué)生才會感興趣,才能拉近師生之間的距離。
沈老師還在板書設(shè)計方面做了具體細(xì)致的點評,讓我們第一次對板書設(shè)計有了具體明確的目標(biāo)。板書要簡明扼要,忌面面俱到;要抓做重點;要有動態(tài)生成。
沈峰老師自1985年走上工作崗位以來,一直在小學(xué)中高年級擔(dān)任英語教學(xué)工作。20年的英語教學(xué)經(jīng)歷,成就了她精湛的教學(xué)技藝。她是全國首屆小學(xué)英語優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽第一名獲得者,是南京市唯一的小學(xué)英語特級教師,是全省小學(xué)英語特級教師中唯一的青年同志。多年來,她還相繼被評為“南京市名教師”、“南京市十佳青年教師”、“南京市英語學(xué)科帶頭人”、“南京市優(yōu)秀教育工作者”,連續(xù)三次獲得區(qū)“中青年拔尖人才”稱號。跟通常頭上戴著許多光環(huán)的人不同,沈老師一出場,就引起了小學(xué)英語界幾乎所有老師的欽羨和喜愛。如此廣泛地被老師們推崇和學(xué)習(xí),這種情景實在是非常罕見。沈老師是小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的實踐家。大師身上有著這樣一些可貴的品質(zhì)值得我們學(xué)習(xí):
一.樸實、純真。
沈峰老師樸實無華,親切自然,言行之中不摻雜一點矯揉造作。她的每句話都那么實在。聽她的講座和點評,你就像在和一個知心朋友在談心。她絲毫不會為自己涂抹色彩,不會擺弄大師的譜兒。在點評時,沈老師事先并無準(zhǔn)備,她也是邊聽邊想,而基于時間原因,根本來不及整理。她沒有把自己裝成大師的模樣,而是很實在地向我們說明。她的每一句話語都是那么樸實,她的為人注定她和下面的聽眾,和她的學(xué)生靠得很近很近。提到板書,她笑說自己是畫什么不像什么的人,毫不掩飾自己的缺點。
二.睿智、幽默。
沈老師課堂上應(yīng)答學(xué)生和處理課堂生成非常巧妙、得體、機智。沈老師還很注重學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識的培養(yǎng)。在她的課堂上經(jīng)常會看到學(xué)生不是那么中規(guī)中矩地回答和提問。學(xué)生都很有自己的思想和創(chuàng)新。這一切都是由于老師自己富有創(chuàng)新,富于啟發(fā),才能激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維。沈老師還很幽默,幽默的老師很受學(xué)生的歡迎,讓我們聽課者忍不住發(fā)出會心的一笑。
沈峰老師不是能歌善舞,鮮艷漂亮的美女型教師。但她的內(nèi)在才能洋溢出無比的魅力,吸引學(xué)生們沉浸在知識的殿堂。這也為廣大普通教師樹立了成功的榜樣。并非只有多才多藝的老師才可以成為名師,好教師。只要我們刻苦鉆研,揚長避短,我們都可以做得很好!

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任八年級(9)、(10)、(11)、(12)班的物理教學(xué)工作,在教育教學(xué)工作中遇到了不少困難。針對這些情況,我在積極努力研究教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,虛心向有經(jīng)驗的老師及其他同行討教經(jīng)驗。為了滿足學(xué)生“一滴水”的需要,我在認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、上課之余,還盡可能地利用了大量的休息時間來自學(xué)各類知識,以提高自身素質(zhì)。在教學(xué)中,認(rèn)真鉆研新大綱、吃透教材,把一些先進的教學(xué)理論、科學(xué)的教學(xué)方法及先進現(xiàn)代教學(xué)手段靈活運用于課堂教學(xué)中,努力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于創(chuàng)新的等能力。另外,本人在搞好教學(xué)工作的同時,還很注重教學(xué)經(jīng)驗的積累,有了心得體會就及時記下來與同事交流,為以后的教學(xué)留下第一手材料。尤其是在教育局組織的優(yōu)質(zhì)課展示活動中及自治區(qū)青年教師講課大賽,我親臨目睹了老師們精彩的課堂教學(xué),使我學(xué)到了很多寶貴的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。他們大多都貫徹了新課改理念,為課堂教學(xué)注入了新的活力,基本都擯棄了傳統(tǒng)“一講到底”的教學(xué)方法,極大的調(diào)動了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動性。我還充分利用學(xué)校多媒體教學(xué)設(shè)施,輔助教學(xué),既形象、生動,又提高了課堂效率。
四、取得的成績 認(rèn)真落實學(xué)校教務(wù)處的一些要求,做到本學(xué)期聽課達70余節(jié),其實這也是老師應(yīng)該做的,通過聽課可以學(xué)習(xí)他人的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,補充自己的不足,利用課余時間學(xué)習(xí)理論知識,提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平。
本學(xué)期物理教學(xué),雖積極認(rèn)真落實學(xué)校教學(xué)常規(guī),努力完成教學(xué)工作任務(wù),取得了一些成績,但有很多不足和困惑:如何減小兩極分化;怎樣更好的提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣;怎樣提高課堂教學(xué)效率等都值得深思,還需要與同事們攜手共進。
2012年6月
