請假的一般規(guī)定

1、一般的婚假5天，如果是晚婚（男26歲以上，女24歲以上），就再增10天。

2、一般的產(chǎn)假是98天（含節(jié)假日在內(nèi)），男子也有10天看護假。如果是難產(chǎn)的（剖腹產(chǎn)）再增30天，晚育的增15天，三個月內(nèi)取獨生子女證的增35天。

3、未婚生育的罰上月平均工資的2倍，在二個月內(nèi)補辦手續(xù)的可減免，女老師請長假前一定要查環(huán)。
