這道問(wèn)題曾難倒不下百位候選人,回答“任務(wù)應(yīng)該逐級(jí)分派,我會(huì)拒絕他的要求”和“我會(huì)按領(lǐng)導(dǎo)吩咐執(zhí)行”都不是令人滿意的回答。還是重復(fù)了千萬(wàn)次提到的觀點(diǎn)—答案其實(shí)不重要,很多時(shí)候沒(méi)有完全正確的答案,重要的是展示我們的思路v12我們解決問(wèn)題的方法與智慧。只需做到“具體分析、區(qū)別對(duì)待”,不難回答棘手的問(wèn)題。
2009 年初,一家公司招聘部門(mén)助理,有幾位應(yīng)聘者非常優(yōu)秀,讓我們難以取舍。在復(fù)試最后我們問(wèn)道:“如果第二天就要投標(biāo)了,部門(mén)正安排您用復(fù)印機(jī)制作標(biāo)書(shū),突然總裁跑過(guò)來(lái)要復(fù)印很多資料,說(shuō)也要明天用,只有一臺(tái)復(fù)印機(jī),您會(huì)怎么做?”
直接回答“拒絕總裁復(fù)印,因?yàn)檎袠?biāo)對(duì)公司很重要,請(qǐng)他自己想方法”或者“先給總裁復(fù)印”的都被減分。理由很簡(jiǎn)單,遇到問(wèn)題想辦法解決是下屬的責(zé)任,無(wú)條件給總裁復(fù)印又多半會(huì)耽誤本部門(mén)的工作。
后來(lái),成功應(yīng)聘這個(gè)職位的Lily給出了讓大家都比較滿意的答案:“我理解部門(mén)任務(wù)很急,總裁的任務(wù)也很急,而且公司只有一臺(tái)復(fù)印機(jī),我沒(méi)有太多回旋余地對(duì)嗎?”此一問(wèn)在明確問(wèn)題的同時(shí)給自己留下了思考的空間,顯示出應(yīng)聘者的聰明,而接著她又說(shuō):“我認(rèn)為很多事情看起來(lái)是對(duì)立的,但實(shí)際上并非只是二選一。如果是我來(lái)處理此事,我會(huì)告訴總裁明天要投標(biāo)的事情,然后請(qǐng)他把要復(fù)印的資料留下,說(shuō)把投標(biāo)所需的資料復(fù)印好后,會(huì)盡快幫他復(fù)印,第二天一定可以用。如果資料是我不方便看的,我會(huì)請(qǐng)總裁把資料交給他的助理,復(fù)印機(jī)空下來(lái)后,我會(huì)馬上請(qǐng)他的助理來(lái)復(fù)印。”
Lily 的回答不但解決了矛盾,還分析出第二種情況,體現(xiàn)出全面思維的能力。經(jīng)過(guò)近一年的鍛煉,她已經(jīng)由部門(mén)助理升職為總裁助理。
“要不要做總裁直接交給你的任務(wù)?”這個(gè)問(wèn)題根據(jù)應(yīng)聘職位的不同,也要區(qū)別對(duì)待。比如我們應(yīng)聘初級(jí)職位和應(yīng)聘有管理性質(zhì)的崗位,處理此類(lèi)事情的手法有明顯區(qū)別。
應(yīng)聘初級(jí)職位,只要能回答出:“具體要看是哪些工作,我能否自己完成??偛冒才诺娜蝿?wù)我會(huì)抽時(shí)間盡力去做,如果自己力所不能及會(huì)向他說(shuō)明情況并尋求其他同事的幫助”,就可以算輕松過(guò)關(guān)了,因?yàn)樗呀?jīng)體現(xiàn)出了自己的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。但如果應(yīng)聘的是有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理性質(zhì)的工作,如此作答多半會(huì)被認(rèn)為不太稱職。管理者承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和壓力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于一線員工,要對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的每個(gè)人負(fù)責(zé)。管理者不可能“隨時(shí)抽出資源安排多余的工作”,因?yàn)檫@會(huì)影響整體的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和其他人的工作。
近幾年來(lái),我們聽(tīng)到過(guò)的最佳答案來(lái)自某研發(fā)部門(mén)經(jīng)理候選人,他說(shuō):“我會(huì)先考慮所管理的團(tuán)隊(duì)的資源是否可以滿足總裁安排的工作,再作回答。如果答案是否定的,那我會(huì)向總裁說(shuō)明情況,委婉拒絕此任務(wù)??梢钥隙ǖ卣f(shuō),大多數(shù)情況下答案是否定的。我團(tuán)隊(duì)中每個(gè)人的工作量應(yīng)該都很滿,能隨意安排員工完成額外工作,要么是此人工作不飽和,要么就是我工作計(jì)劃制訂得不好。如果團(tuán)隊(duì)有資源完成這個(gè)任務(wù),在開(kāi)始此工作的同時(shí),我會(huì)請(qǐng)總裁按公司流程通知總監(jiān),再由總監(jiān)安排給
我。公司有自己的流程和規(guī)矩,不能隨便破壞?!?/p>
最后補(bǔ)充一點(diǎn),如果有普通員工能在回答問(wèn)題時(shí)既從基層考慮,又站在管理角度提出自己的想法,會(huì)被認(rèn)為很有管理潛質(zhì)。而能否成為管理者,很多時(shí)候取決于面試的表現(xiàn)和給招聘方留下的印象。

我們現(xiàn)在的數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué),一般是按照提出問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題展開(kāi),是以問(wèn)題為本的學(xué)習(xí)模式或是教學(xué)模式,問(wèn)題就是學(xué)習(xí)的起點(diǎn),但教師往往重視“問(wèn)題”本身內(nèi)容而忽視何時(shí)去問(wèn),如何去問(wèn),忽視提問(wèn)的切入點(diǎn)。這種現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生,只是從總體上表述了教師在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)該注意的一些方面,而“問(wèn)”和“答”其實(shí)是一對(duì)永遠(yuǎn)的矛盾,而矛盾的解決就是學(xué)習(xí)能力不斷地進(jìn)步。如果把“設(shè)問(wèn)”比做一把鋒利的“劍”,那么它刺向何處才能取得最佳的穿透力呢?“學(xué)啟于思,思源于疑”,通過(guò)平時(shí)自己課堂教學(xué)的實(shí)踐,下面對(duì)設(shè)問(wèn)的切入點(diǎn)談一些體會(huì):
一、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向交叉處
數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中常常出現(xiàn)知識(shí)交叉的情況,此時(shí)各知識(shí)點(diǎn)會(huì)互相重疊、覆蓋,使學(xué)生無(wú)法理清脈絡(luò)、線索,陷入迷茫中,所以我們把“設(shè)問(wèn)之矛”投向這里,會(huì)產(chǎn)生“牽一發(fā)而動(dòng)全身”的作用,通過(guò)學(xué)生的思辨進(jìn)行概括、歸納和比較,以點(diǎn)帶面,積極建構(gòu)。
初中數(shù)學(xué)有一章是《平行四邊形》,其中平行四邊形、矩形、菱形、正方形這幾塊的定義、判定、性質(zhì)相互交叉,學(xué)生容易產(chǎn)生認(rèn)識(shí)偏差。在上單元復(fù)習(xí)課時(shí),就需要教師在這里有效設(shè)問(wèn),這時(shí)有些教師會(huì)提問(wèn)“什么叫平行四邊形?性質(zhì)、判定有那些?”,然后依次再問(wèn)矩形、菱形、正方形的情況,可是這樣的問(wèn)題學(xué)生雖然可以一一作答,但是四個(gè)問(wèn)題的關(guān)系是互相平行的,不能幫助學(xué)生對(duì)他們進(jìn)行橫向比較。所以,交叉處的設(shè)問(wèn)不妨提出一個(gè)“大問(wèn)題”——“這四種圖形各增加或者減少一個(gè)什么條件會(huì)成為另外一個(gè)圖形?”,這個(gè)問(wèn)題的解答就需要學(xué)生全面回顧各個(gè)圖形的知識(shí),并重點(diǎn)去理清它們之間的交融關(guān)系,使學(xué)生的思維在縱、橫兩個(gè)方向上開(kāi)展,使復(fù)習(xí)具有一定的深度和廣度。
二、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向反復(fù)處
當(dāng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)相似、相近的內(nèi)容或者語(yǔ)句時(shí),學(xué)生一般會(huì)因?yàn)楸砻娴闹貜?fù)而忽視其所包含的不同意義,造
成概念理解的偏頗,或者概念的外延丟失。比如,在華師大版的《證明再認(rèn)識(shí)》一章中,關(guān)于“角平分線”的內(nèi)容課本給出了2個(gè)定理,“角平分線上的點(diǎn)到角的兩邊距離相等”,“到角的兩邊距離相等的點(diǎn)在這個(gè)角的平分線上”,在實(shí)際教學(xué)中,教師多次強(qiáng)調(diào),反反復(fù)復(fù)地說(shuō),總是有部分學(xué)生覺(jué)得兩句話表達(dá)的是一回事,甚至認(rèn)為一句話要說(shuō)兩遍,是多余的。其實(shí)當(dāng)教學(xué)中碰到這種情況時(shí),就需要教師及時(shí)設(shè)問(wèn),用問(wèn)題鏈把思維引向深入,同時(shí)用學(xué)生的回答來(lái)代替教師的一再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)。教師可以從“兩句話是否相同?”開(kāi)始,層層推進(jìn),“文字表達(dá)上有什么相同和不同之處?”“兩個(gè)命題的題設(shè)和結(jié)論各是什么?”“你是否可以用自己的語(yǔ)言說(shuō)一下它們到底有什么不同?”其實(shí)只要學(xué)生能回答以上問(wèn)題,那么兩個(gè)貌似相同的命題之間的關(guān)系就一目了然了。所以教師反反復(fù)復(fù)地說(shuō),不如有效的一“問(wèn)”。
三、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向沖突處
當(dāng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容表面看來(lái)有沖突時(shí),或者學(xué)生在回答時(shí)有爭(zhēng)議時(shí),也是學(xué)生自主探究的困難之處,還是知識(shí)展開(kāi)、培養(yǎng)能力的契機(jī),此時(shí)此刻應(yīng)該及時(shí)提供進(jìn)一步的有效設(shè)問(wèn),以問(wèn)來(lái)代替教師的單方面評(píng)析,使學(xué)生的自我反思、自我糾正成為問(wèn)題解決主旋律。記得在上華師大版的《圓》一章時(shí),課堂練習(xí)時(shí)有一個(gè)判斷題“平分弦(不是直徑)的直徑必垂
直于弦”,開(kāi)始學(xué)生幾乎異口同聲說(shuō)“什么意思???”都認(rèn)為題目的語(yǔ)句有沖突,是個(gè)錯(cuò)誤的題目。在學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容感覺(jué)沖突、矛盾時(shí),就是設(shè)問(wèn)切入的良機(jī),所謂“不憤不啟,不悱不發(fā)”。教師就首先設(shè)問(wèn)“那么,我們就把括號(hào)里的四個(gè)字——不是直徑拿掉,再來(lái)判斷這個(gè)命題是否正確吧”,馬上學(xué)生之間又有了沖突,大部分的學(xué)生認(rèn)為是正確的,極少數(shù)學(xué)生認(rèn)為是個(gè)假命題。教師就應(yīng)該接著設(shè)問(wèn)“那么,那些判斷為錯(cuò)誤的同學(xué)認(rèn)為那個(gè)括號(hào)是否多余哪?為什么?”當(dāng)教師以設(shè)問(wèn)作為抓手,及時(shí)切入,能有效化解學(xué)生的認(rèn)知沖突,變矛盾為和諧。
四、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向發(fā)散處
數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中十分強(qiáng)調(diào)思想方法的滲透,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的開(kāi)放性思維,當(dāng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容具有一定的發(fā)散性時(shí),就是教師以“問(wèn)”導(dǎo)引,培養(yǎng)能力的良機(jī)。如果教師包辦代替,把開(kāi)放的思路分門(mén)別類(lèi),一一介紹,那么學(xué)生其實(shí)是在規(guī)定航道上航行,雖然不會(huì)越雷池半步,但想象力、創(chuàng)造力其實(shí)是被扼殺了。所以發(fā)散處巧妙設(shè)問(wèn)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力的重要手段。

這是一個(gè)添加輔助線的開(kāi)放式習(xí)題。教師如果能合理 設(shè)計(jì)、有效設(shè)問(wèn),以圓心、中點(diǎn)、直角、圓周角為關(guān)鍵詞,設(shè)問(wèn)在這些已知條件下,最常見(jiàn)的輔助線是怎樣添加的?它們的添加有什么規(guī)律?通過(guò)學(xué)生的探究,能夠基本上得出一般的規(guī)律,比如連接圓心和中點(diǎn)、比如構(gòu)建直徑以及它對(duì)應(yīng)的圓周角——直角。(如圖)
所以在發(fā)散處設(shè)問(wèn),于設(shè)問(wèn)后由學(xué)生歸納,可以更好地發(fā)揮設(shè)問(wèn)的有效性。
五、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向無(wú)疑處
有些概念、定理貌似無(wú)疑問(wèn),其實(shí)有重、難點(diǎn)隱含在里面,教師要及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),有效解決。例如在“圓”的教學(xué)中,圓的切線是非常重要的一個(gè)內(nèi)容,學(xué)生、教師很重視,對(duì)于它的定義和判定學(xué)生感覺(jué)還是比較清楚、沒(méi)有疑問(wèn)的。但是如果設(shè)問(wèn):“如果要說(shuō)明那是圓的一條切線,你到底有哪些方法,你能把這些方法總結(jié)一下嗎?”,這時(shí)學(xué)生往往會(huì)感到意外,不能全面總結(jié)說(shuō)明的方法。通過(guò)仔細(xì)思考,學(xué)生最后總結(jié)了關(guān)于切線的三種說(shuō)明方法:交點(diǎn)的個(gè)數(shù)、d與r的數(shù)量關(guān)系,半徑和直線的位置關(guān)系。所以在無(wú)疑處設(shè)疑,能激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,幫助學(xué)生反思和歸納,使知識(shí)的理解和掌握更加全面。
六、“設(shè)問(wèn)之劍”要刺向結(jié)尾處
一節(jié)課的結(jié)束,一般意味著一次探究的暫時(shí)結(jié)尾,意味著問(wèn)題的解決,設(shè)問(wèn)的結(jié)束。但是教師如果在結(jié)尾處設(shè)疑,提出本節(jié)還沒(méi)有完全解決的問(wèn)題,或者提出與本節(jié)課相關(guān)的后續(xù)性問(wèn)題,或者提出與下節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的前瞻性的問(wèn)題等,讓學(xué)生帶著問(wèn)題回家,以富有探究性的設(shè)問(wèn)繼續(xù)支持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。比如在上到《勾股定理》一節(jié)時(shí),教師除了充分利用課本中圖形來(lái)證明定理,還可以在下課前再出示幾個(gè)圖形讓學(xué)生課后思考,甚至可以請(qǐng)學(xué)生自己設(shè)計(jì)圖形來(lái)證明定理;在上到《相似三角形性質(zhì)》時(shí),課后可以問(wèn)問(wèn)學(xué)生“你能利用所學(xué)的相似性質(zhì),去測(cè)量操場(chǎng)上旗桿的高度嗎?”等等,這樣的例子比比皆是,而教師拋出的問(wèn)題要能引導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)的課后再延續(xù),有時(shí)并不是一定要學(xué)生做出正確的回答,如果他回去能思考了,有疑惑了,有答案了,那么就達(dá)到了我們的目的。所以以幾個(gè)有意義的小問(wèn)題結(jié)束一節(jié)課,應(yīng)該是教學(xué)中一個(gè)很好的選擇。
