為了使同學(xué)們更好的備戰(zhàn)大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試，從3月20日起至3月28日在31號(hào)教學(xué)樓219教室，分別舉行了四場(chǎng)關(guān)于如何備戰(zhàn)大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試的系列講座。本次講座由張麗老師策劃，土木系政語教研室全體英語教師共同參講。12級(jí)和13級(jí)學(xué)生分別聆聽了本次講座。本次講座介紹了2013年大學(xué)英語四級(jí)考試改革后的具體情況，包括題型設(shè)置、考試流程、相對(duì)應(yīng)的時(shí)間點(diǎn)，各題型應(yīng)答策略及解題技巧等。其中，董延萍和李美杰老師講授的“怎樣寫出高分文章”，幫助同學(xué)們學(xué)會(huì)了在有限時(shí)間內(nèi)寫出高分作文；張守鳳和付學(xué)敏老師講授的“聽力怎樣聽的準(zhǔn)確”，解決了大部分同學(xué)聽力難以突破的問題；邱新美和李瑩老師講授的“如何做好翻譯”，讓同學(xué)們學(xué)會(huì)了常用的翻譯技巧；張麗和姜麗老師講授的“怎樣理解閱讀”，使同學(xué)們對(duì)閱讀英文文章不再感到吃力。

本次講座為同學(xué)們備戰(zhàn)英語四級(jí)考試提供了具體有效的方法策略，有利于學(xué)生擺正心態(tài)，科學(xué)復(fù)習(xí)，增強(qiáng)信心。同學(xué)們反響熱烈，紛紛表示受益匪淺。

為了同學(xué)們?cè)诩磳砼R的英語四級(jí)考試中取得更加優(yōu)異的成績(jī)，為了同學(xué)們適應(yīng)四級(jí)考試流程并且輕松地應(yīng)對(duì)考試，理學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)英語學(xué)習(xí)部決定請(qǐng)外國(guó)語學(xué)院老師來我院進(jìn)行四級(jí)方面的講座。同時(shí)希望同學(xué)們?cè)谶@次講座中認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)方面的不足以及如何去備考四級(jí)，更加努力的投入英語的學(xué)習(xí)中去。

1.前期準(zhǔn)備：

（1）由戴主任出面請(qǐng)外國(guó)語學(xué)院老師來我院講座并預(yù)約時(shí)間。

（2）申請(qǐng)教室，并且在理科樓以及各宿舍樓棟下貼出通知和海報(bào)。

（3）英語學(xué)習(xí)部委員通知各班英語學(xué)習(xí)委員時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)告知各同學(xué)參加。

2．考試具體安排：

（1）講座開始前兩個(gè)小時(shí)，英語學(xué)習(xí)部負(fù)責(zé)布置會(huì)場(chǎng)。

（2）考試前半小時(shí)，英語學(xué)習(xí)部負(fù)責(zé)接老師。

（3）英語學(xué)習(xí)部負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)場(chǎng)秩序。

（4）講座結(jié)束，英語學(xué)習(xí)部打掃會(huì)場(chǎng)并且送老師。

3．考試后期工作：

（1）理學(xué)院學(xué)工辦負(fù)責(zé)給老師相應(yīng)酬勞。

（2）英語學(xué)習(xí)部總結(jié)此次活動(dòng)。

注意事項(xiàng)：

（1）活動(dòng)中參與人員要遵守紀(jì)律，一旦參加不得擅自離場(chǎng)，應(yīng)當(dāng)服從工作人員的調(diào)配。

（2）英語學(xué)習(xí)部要做好周全的通知，確保通知的廣度。
