第一,格式上的錯(cuò)誤。書(shū)信的稱(chēng)呼,正確的格式應(yīng)該是“Dear …,”,而很多考生不用Dear,而且一般都是寫(xiě)成“Dear…:”。另外,在考研英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作中不需要寫(xiě)日期,最后書(shū)信的落款是“Li Ming”,而不是自己的姓名。考生不注意書(shū)信的格式,后果就是扣分嚴(yán)重。
第二,審題不認(rèn)真,內(nèi)容離題。一直以來(lái),在寫(xiě)作之前我們都跟學(xué)生強(qiáng)調(diào)要審題,很多考生一直不注意這點(diǎn),也有的認(rèn)為書(shū)信沒(méi)有什么值得仔細(xì)審讀的。但是最 后的后果就是,內(nèi)容偏離題目要求。小作文要如何審題呢?首先要仔細(xì)閱讀題目所提供的情景,確定寫(xiě)信人和收信人的關(guān)系即寫(xiě)信人的身份,進(jìn)而確定書(shū)信的口氣,這樣才能滿(mǎn)足大綱中對(duì)寫(xiě)作語(yǔ)域的要求。另外,還需要注意情景發(fā)生的時(shí)間和背景,注意書(shū)信的時(shí)態(tài)。
1.格式。稱(chēng)呼:英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用文稱(chēng)呼有這樣的特點(diǎn),如果是不認(rèn)識(shí)的人,一般稱(chēng)呼為敬詞+尊稱(chēng)。例如,Dear Sir or Madam 或者 To Whom It May Concern(需注意每個(gè)單詞首字母都大寫(xiě));如果是寫(xiě)給關(guān)系正式的某團(tuán)體或個(gè)人,稱(chēng)呼為敬詞+尊稱(chēng)+名。例如,Dear Mr.xx或DearMs.xx;;對(duì)于關(guān)系較親密的人可以直呼其名,即Dear xx。需要注意的是:1.稱(chēng)呼要頂格寫(xiě);2.稱(chēng)呼之后要加逗號(hào)或者冒號(hào)(推薦大家用逗號(hào),因?yàn)闅v年的高分范文都是用逗號(hào)的)。
正文:正文格式一般有兩種格式,一是縮進(jìn)式,即首段開(kāi)頭空四個(gè)字母,段落之間不空行;一是齊頭式,即每段開(kāi)頭不空格,但是各段之間空一行。建議考生采用縮進(jìn)式,因?yàn)槿绻谬R頭式,段間空行的話(huà)很可能答題空間不夠,導(dǎo)致字?jǐn)?shù)不夠。
2.語(yǔ)言。寫(xiě)作用詞準(zhǔn)確是最基礎(chǔ)的要求之一。其次,句型可以多變,例如既有并列句,也有復(fù)合句,還有從句,但注意語(yǔ)法運(yùn)用要正確。此外還要注意,正式 語(yǔ)言一般是寫(xiě)給具有正式關(guān)系的團(tuán)體或機(jī)構(gòu),這種情況不用縮略語(yǔ)和口語(yǔ)用法。除了正式的文體以外,其他的中公考研 http://

注意:

注意:
推薦信要多寫(xiě)優(yōu)點(diǎn),充分肯定成績(jī),篇幅不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng),但也不能三言?xún)烧Z(yǔ)過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單。

辭職信
寫(xiě)辭職信要說(shuō)明原因,又是需要說(shuō)明離開(kāi)的時(shí)間以給對(duì)方一個(gè)物色接替人選的時(shí)間,以免給所在單位造成不必要的麻煩。然后還要感謝對(duì)方曾經(jīng)給自己這樣的工作機(jī)會(huì)。
