根據(jù)英才學校的實際情況,今年學校領(lǐng)導毅然決定在高三年段理科班采用平行班教學方式,這是一次大膽的嘗試,是為英才學校長期而穩(wěn)定發(fā)展奠定基石的一次大膽實踐,是一次挑戰(zhàn),更是一次機會。作為高三(5)班的班主任,肩負著領(lǐng)導的厚望和45個家庭、全段師生的殷切期望,我有責任、有義務將高三(5)班構(gòu)建成一個充滿朝氣、充滿活力的班集體,并帶動其它平行班共同進步。為此,特制定本學期班級工作計劃如下。
一、工作目標
班級現(xiàn)有45人,其中女生17人,男生28人。在未來的整個學期中,這45個人應是一個團結(jié)戰(zhàn)斗、刻苦學習、力爭上游的奮發(fā)向上的班集體。在未來的高考中,力爭有3-5人有信心、有實力向清華、北大做有力的沖擊!全班力爭有10人左右考上重點院校,有20人以上考上本二以上院校,超30人考上本三線,力爭100%的學生都能考上大專線,實現(xiàn)特優(yōu)生上重點、資助生上本
二、繳費生100%上大專的學校領(lǐng)導制定的目標。

以人為本、以多元智能理論指導自己的教學實踐,關(guān)注每一位學生的成長,引導、扶持、幫助每位學生的每一步成長過程,建立一個積極向上的班集體,創(chuàng)建一種團結(jié)、奮進、友愛、有為的班級氛圍,引導形成誠實自重的班級輿論。以嚴格的紀律和班級管理制度約束學生的不良行為,以坦誠相待、實事求是、求精求細的工作方法做好學生的思想工作,以良好的班級文化引導學生上進。團結(jié)全體任課教師,協(xié)調(diào)學科矛盾,集中學校家庭的各種力量,形成合力,使每位學生在身心、思想、才識都能得到最大的發(fā)展。
三、本學期班級管理要解決的問題
要達到預定的目標,本學期在班級管理上要努力解決以下問題:
1、學生基礎(chǔ)知識、基本能力懸殊很大,如何協(xié)調(diào)的問題;
2、部分學生學習目的不明確、學習動力不足的問題;
3、部分學生作風散漫、行為不軌的問題;
4、部分學生自卑、自信不強的問題;
5、部分學生的自我為中心、集體意識不強的問題;
6、大部分學生學習方法不當、學習習慣不良的問題。

a)在開學后三天內(nèi)建立一套切實可行、操作簡便的班級日常事務管理制度,加強檢查落實,在一周內(nèi)規(guī)范。
b)在開學后二天內(nèi)建立班干集體,明確分工、職責到人,并加強檢查監(jiān)督落實。
c)加強每天的巡視,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時解決。
d)在開學后二周內(nèi)召開一次家長會,調(diào)查了解學生在家表現(xiàn)情況提出班級要求,與家長形成共識。
e)在開學一個月內(nèi)與每位學生談心一到二次,了解學生需求,加強師長溝通,做好個體思想工作。
f)強制要求學生確定奮斗目標、制定奮斗計劃,并加強檢查落實。
g)主動了解每日每個學科的學業(yè)完成情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時解決。
h)在短期內(nèi)分階段引導學生掌握科學的學習方法。
