建設(shè)集團(tuán)提前完成東歡坨礦副井新增管路敷設(shè)等工程

在集團(tuán)公司有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和部門，以及東歡坨礦各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持、幫助下，近日，建設(shè)集團(tuán)安裝一處預(yù)計(jì)工期提前10天完成了東歡坨礦300萬(wàn)噸續(xù)建副井新增管路等工程，并于9月25日順利通過(guò)了礦方、質(zhì)監(jiān)站和監(jiān)理公司的驗(yàn)收。

東歡坨礦300萬(wàn)噸續(xù)建工程共包括17個(gè)單位工程，是開灤集團(tuán)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙五”目標(biāo)的重要建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，也是建設(shè)集團(tuán)確定的重點(diǎn)工程。建設(shè)集團(tuán)，以及安裝一處領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子高度重視此項(xiàng)工程，為樹立企業(yè)形象，確保按時(shí)完工，在工程正式開工前，專門召開了誓師動(dòng)員大會(huì)。

面對(duì)工期緊、任務(wù)重、單位工程多、施工難度大等困難，建設(shè)集團(tuán)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重點(diǎn)抓好工程組織管理工作，將整個(gè)工程細(xì)化到各個(gè)單位工程，并為每個(gè)項(xiàng)目部負(fù)責(zé)的單位工程制定了節(jié)點(diǎn)工期，工程計(jì)劃安排精確到10分鐘以內(nèi)。9月24日，施工項(xiàng)目部圓滿完成了管路安裝，并于25日順利通過(guò)驗(yàn)收，比原定工期提前了10天。
