第四篇:如何成功應(yīng)聘外企
一、外企面試的常規(guī)流程通常來說,外企面試分為三輪:
第一輪面試:一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官,他們會(huì)從你的個(gè)人簡歷出發(fā),請(qǐng)你用英語做一個(gè)自我介紹。試圖在短短幾分鐘內(nèi)吸引面試官的注意力,你的簡介當(dāng)然要是濃縮的精品。所以,前奏一般用一句話陳述自己的基本特征即可。然后迅速進(jìn)入正題,或選擇自己最引以為傲的經(jīng)歷敘述,或介紹自己的長處。
第二輪面試:由部門主管經(jīng)理出面,這時(shí)候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點(diǎn),所以英語面試也從個(gè)人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場部,則應(yīng)聘者通常會(huì)被要求談一談以往最成功的一個(gè)案例,或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強(qiáng)項(xiàng)等。

四、談吐的3p原則
自我介紹時(shí)應(yīng)該記住“3p原則”:positive(自信),personal(個(gè)性),pertinent(中肯)。
1.信心(confidence)代表著一個(gè)人在事業(yè)中的精神狀態(tài)和把握工作的熱忱以及對(duì)自己能力的正確認(rèn)知。有了這樣一份信心,工作起來就有熱情有沖勁,可以勇往直前。談吐自信,就是要積極地進(jìn)行自我肯定,讓面試人充分了解你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與潛能。所以回答要沉著、自信(lacks confidence and poise),而不是心神不寧(is nervous and ill at ease)。
2.突出個(gè)性(personal),就是要把自己與眾不同的特點(diǎn)發(fā)揮出來,強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的專業(yè)與能力。自我介紹應(yīng)簡潔明了,給面試人留下思路清晰、反應(yīng)快捷、邏輯性強(qiáng)的印象。時(shí)間不宜太長,最好控制在五分鐘之內(nèi)。不要一談起自己就口若懸河,滔滔不絕,給人留下自我標(biāo)榜、以自我為中心的印象。
3.語氣中肯(pertinent),就是要實(shí)事求是,不要言過其實(shí),夸夸其談,也不要涉及和自己無關(guān)的事情。
為了表達(dá)自己的誠意,某個(gè)問題發(fā)表完見解之后,可以附帶加上一句:i’d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。)
這句話表明了你對(duì)面試人的尊敬,很容易使他(她)產(chǎn)生親切感。當(dāng)面試人在試探你的應(yīng)聘誠意時(shí),應(yīng)該及時(shí)表態(tài):
so far as that is concerned,you must have understood my determination.(談到這里,你一定已經(jīng)明白我的決心。)
五、回避硬傷的三項(xiàng)注意事項(xiàng)
如果你有幸進(jìn)入到了面試階段,但是認(rèn)為自己的英語口語水平不濟(jì),在面試的過程中可能出現(xiàn)緊張、詞不達(dá)意或者其他各種各樣的問題,可以重點(diǎn)注意一下三項(xiàng)問題,回避你的口語硬傷。
1.回答語速切莫過快
英文面試的第一目的是讓國外主管了解你,甚至對(duì)你感興趣,最重要的是展示你的綜合素質(zhì),絕非單單的語言能力,所以應(yīng)該首先力求有條不紊、表達(dá)清晰。劍橋大學(xué)的一項(xiàng)調(diào)查顯示,語速快一般體現(xiàn)具備兩種不同特質(zhì)的人,一種是思維和語言反應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)且協(xié)調(diào)的人,一種是處事急躁的人。語速過快容易給人不自信、不穩(wěn)重的錯(cuò)覺。所以最好的語速是中速平和,既讓人聽懂,又給自己以思考的時(shí)間。
2.自由討論應(yīng)當(dāng)直白
在英語的口語交談中,不必太拘泥于語法,大膽表達(dá)清楚自己的意思即可。用簡單直白的語言表現(xiàn)最具魅力的自我,才是英文面試的至高境界。很多人恨不得在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官,習(xí)慣于堆砌華麗的詞藻,其實(shí)又犯了舍本逐末的錯(cuò)誤。
3.電話面試充分準(zhǔn)備
如果采用電話面試,而且你提前知道了電話面試的時(shí)間,則可以在面試時(shí)把簡歷、cover letter放在你旁邊的桌子上,直接運(yùn)用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題,你可以事先準(zhǔn)備好答案六、三類肢體語言
1.body language(肢體語言)
most interviewers greet the applicant with a handshake.make sure that your clasp is firm.being jittery about the interview can result in cold, clammy hands, which create a negative impression.therefore, make sure your hands are warm and dry.before leaving, try to find out exactly what action will follow the interview and when it will happen.shake hands as you say good-bye and thank the interviewer for spending time with you.(面試的雇主大都會(huì)與應(yīng)聘者握握手。要確保你的握手有力量。情緒緊張地來參加面試會(huì)使你伸出的手冰冷潮濕,會(huì)給雇主留下負(fù)面印象。所以,要讓你的手溫暖干燥。臨走之前,爭取問問面試后下一步該是什么,何時(shí)開始。道別時(shí)要握手感謝雇主花時(shí)間對(duì)你進(jìn)行面試。)
要注意:don't shake hand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand.(人家伸手時(shí)才握手。)don't sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer.(人家未請(qǐng),先別坐下。)
2.eye contact(眼神的交流)
always maintain eye contact with the interviewer.make eye-contact with the interviewer during the interview.show that you are confident by looking straight at the person.(和雇主要一直保持目光接觸。面試時(shí),眼睛要看著對(duì)方。直視對(duì)方說明你有自信。)
而不是fails to look interviewer in the eye不敢正視。
3.active listener(做一個(gè)積極的聆聽者)

thank you for your concern about our recruitment,we shall inform you as soon as we have made our decision.謝謝你對(duì)我們招聘工作的關(guān)心。我們一做出決定就會(huì)立即通知你。
we have known something about you.you know, we have to interview several applicants
we make our final decision.你的情況我們已經(jīng)了解了。你知道,在做出最后決定之前我們還要面試幾位申請(qǐng)人。
七、面試的三個(gè)大忌
第一個(gè)大忌:毫無準(zhǔn)備
there is not prepared for interview.(對(duì)面試無準(zhǔn)備)。當(dāng)面試官問到某個(gè)問題時(shí)說:i don't know for sure.(我不確切知道。)或者顯得lacks planning for career;has no purpose or goals.(對(duì)自己的事業(yè)沒有安排;沒有目標(biāo)和理想。)
第二個(gè)大忌:好高騖遠(yuǎn)
is unwilling to start at the bottom;expects too much too soon.(不愿從基層干起;要求太多。)或者overemphasizes money;is interested only in the best dollar offer.(只對(duì)最佳報(bào)酬感興趣。)
第三個(gè)大忌:舉止邋遢
不檢點(diǎn)自己的一言一行,這些都可能引起別人的注意,影響自己的形象。例
has a poor personal appearance.(衣著形象不佳。)
has limp, weak handshake.(握手時(shí)軟弱無力。)
don't talk with your mouth full.嘴里有食物,不可開口說話。

We are looking for a competent person to fill the captioned position:University graduate majors in Marketing Management.Prepared to develop career in the commercial field
-outgoing personality
-Able to communicate with different levels
-Good knowledge in PC operations-Proficiency in written and spoken English/Mandarin
