第四篇：面試口語

你在辦理手續(xù)的過程中：首先要注意讓單位開出離職證明，要辦理好移交手續(xù)，然后讓人事科的人簽字，并把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交到你手上就可以了。這樣你就算辦完了離職手續(xù)。接下來不知道你是否已經(jīng)找到了新工作單位，如果找到了，很簡單，把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交給新單位萬事大吉。所有的包括用工手續(xù)，重新繳納社保還有檔案保管都是新工作單位人事部的事情。如果沒有找到新單位，你要做的就是把檔案放到當(dāng)?shù)氐娜瞬沤涣髦行?，你要自己跑一趟，還要交納保管費用的；另外自己繳納社保也可以在人才中心辦理，不過費用挺高的，這個可以不交，等以后找到了新工作再交。希望對你有所幫助。

辦理辭職手續(xù)程序

一、辭職人員首先應(yīng)向所在單位或主管部門提出書面申請，陳述辭職的理由和去向；

二、所在單位或主管部門收到辭職申請后，應(yīng)在3個月內(nèi)予以辦理辭職手續(xù)；

三、所在單位或主管部門經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)后，向市人才交流服務(wù)中心轉(zhuǎn)交《辭職申請表》和人事檔案；

四、中小學(xué)教師辭職，審批權(quán)限按調(diào)出教育系統(tǒng)的審批規(guī)定辦理；

*在回答問題不要用中文回答，因為面試的目的之一是要考察你的英文水平；

*在聽不清楚的情況下，可以要求主考官重復(fù)一遍，因為他們的口語不一定地道，最好是委婉的提出，謙和一點；（Sorry,could you please repeat?/Could you speak more slowly,please?）

*遇到需要用新單詞表達(dá)，而一時半會沒有恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~句時，采用迂回替代的策略，用常規(guī)語句回答。說錯了不要緊，可以再說一遍；

*自我表達(dá)時，在回顧與展示后，盡量采用主動方式，咨詢一些小問題，且多準(zhǔn)備些問題；

*在回答問題前，不要過分的強調(diào)答案的正確性，因為面試的很多問題，要的不僅僅是一個答案，它考察的可能是回答問題的機智、語言的組織、還有“德行”；

*回答問題時間有限，因而，語言要精練，遇到事先有準(zhǔn)備的問題，要適量發(fā)揮，把一些“靚句”、表情等表現(xiàn)因素凸現(xiàn)出來，以形成良好印象；

*進(jìn)入面試場所，應(yīng)主動與主考官打招呼，考完要感謝主考官，并希望考官以機會，以示誠意；

*面試的過程要向主考官表達(dá)：自信和良好的語言表達(dá)能力，以及本年齡段應(yīng)有的童貞；

*面試時衣著要得體，顯示本年齡段的服飾，顏色不要太顯眼；

在自我簡述環(huán)節(jié)，注意不要死背。因為這樣很容易讓考官覺得你是有準(zhǔn)備。答的太過流利會讓考官問到一些尖銳的問題。面試時不要細(xì)致地談自己的生活情況或者學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗，而是要想方設(shè)法地讓面試官對你有所了解，告訴他一些事情，這些事情應(yīng)該使你在眾多學(xué)生中具有優(yōu)勢。你可以主動問一下對方想知道自己哪方面的情況，這樣也便于你的回答更加有針對性。但是這種做法的前提是你對面前的這個面試官有一定的把握，確信這樣追問不會引起對方的反感才行。有了這些背景知識，再掌握一些基本的單詞和常用的句型來幫助理解對方的話和組織語言表達(dá)清楚自己的意思就足夠了。
