      您們好,首先提前祝各位家長春節(jié)快樂。歡迎各位家長能夠在百忙之中抽空來參加本次的家長會,我僅代表宿遷湖濱新城劍橋培訓學校的所有教職員工對你們的到來表示熱烈歡迎和衷心的感謝。

      召開這次家長會的目的是為了加強老師與家長之間的聯(lián)系,相互交流一下學生在校表現(xiàn)情況,以便老師能夠及時調(diào)整工作,提高教育教學質(zhì)量,同時促進家長也能夠積極參與到學生教育中來,總之一句話,就是“一切為了學生”,我相信,從這個出發(fā)點出發(fā),我們的家長會一定能達到預期的效果,并取得圓滿地成功。

      下面請允許我簡單的介紹一下今天的家長會安排。

      感謝各位家長能夠一直堅持到現(xiàn)在,這足以證明家長對孩

      子的教育是非常重視的那么現(xiàn)在我們開始開家長會,下面我們進

      行第二項,由我先各位家長談?wù)労⒆拥慕诘膶W習情況,首先,簡單的介紹一下預備級的大體情況。我們班有11位學生組成:班長王鑫淼,副班長王聰,勞動委員何宇凡,學習委員杭禹桐,吳思穎,學習標兵王雨言,葉凱,組長;周星宇,門窗管理員羅赫,檢查委員沈夢雨,班級在他們的帶領(lǐng)下,已經(jīng)變得越來越優(yōu)秀,我想這個出色的班集體無疑是與孩子的表現(xiàn)是息息相關(guān)的。那么我先從我們班女生說起。

      首先是吳思穎同學,我們班的學習委員,不僅人長得非

      常漂亮,而且成績在班級中也一直名列前茅,上課總是見到吳思穎同學積極舉手,這學期吳思穎同學進步也是突出的,不知道家長有沒有注意到吳思穎同學單詞字母寫得非常的漂亮,在班級中,他的字是寫得最好的,需要注意的是吳思穎同學的發(fā)音,有時不能發(fā)標準,希望升入一級時和家長共同努力下把發(fā)音改正過來。

      下一位是王雨言同學,人長得不僅漂亮,平時比較文靜,在班級中同學們都喜歡和她相處,并且學習成績一直是班級的佼佼者,接受新知識的能力特別強,可是有時候出現(xiàn)學過的知識忘記的現(xiàn)象,這里我希望家長能夠督促王雨言同學,多復習,這樣知識在腦中才會根深蒂固,俗話說溫故而知新,講的就是這個道理。

      下一位是杭雨桐同學,我們班的學習委員,上課積極發(fā)言,家庭作業(yè)也能夠及時認真的完成,雖然現(xiàn)在才三年級,成績在班

      中一直都名列前茅,課后也從不亂打鬧,亂調(diào)皮,一直深受同學們的好評,希望下學期能夠繼續(xù)保持。

      下一位是王鑫淼同學,現(xiàn)在是我們班的正班長,平時總能

      把班級的紀律管理好,而且成績是我們班女生中最棒的,課上總能聽到王鑫淼同學,積極舉手發(fā)言,讀單詞句子的發(fā)音都非常標準,希望以后能夠繼續(xù)保持。

      下一位是馬雨涵同學,是一位比較外向的小女孩,活潑,可愛,給人一種親切之感,本學期學習成績比較穩(wěn)定,課上總能積極回答問題,作業(yè)也能夠認真的完成,而且每次都有家長的簽名只是偶爾會和同桌說幾句悄悄話,希望下學期這個小毛病能夠改掉。

      下一位是沈夢雨同學,每天總能提前到校,到班級里認真

      讀書,學習成績在班級中比較穩(wěn)定,沒有太大的起伏,針對這一情況,下學期我將會對沈夢雨同學,多做輔導,相信她會有很大進步,最近上課有時候做一些小動作,比如咬筆頭,沒有認真聽課的現(xiàn)象,希望今后我能和沈夢雨家長的共同努力下,把這個小毛病改掉。

      下一位是我們的男生,首先是我們班副班長,王聰同學,正如他的名字一樣,很聰明,當然,學習成績也是班級男生中最好的一位,而且對老師每次都是彬彬有禮的,很有禮貌,唯一不足的是上課有時會走神,開小差,如果把這個小毛病改掉的話,相信王聰?shù)某煽儠兊酶谩?/p>

      下一位是周星宇同學,學習成績在班中一直能夠名列前

      茅,上課總能積極回答問題,積極配合老師工作,平時家庭作業(yè)也能夠認認真真完成,字母寫得也比以前有所進步,唯一不足之處就是有時上課會出現(xiàn)做小動作情況,希望以后和家長努力下,把這個小毛病改掉。

      下一位是葉凱同學,人長得非常帥氣,有時候還比較靦腆,學習成績在班中也一直很優(yōu)秀,上學期經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)遲到現(xiàn)象,不過這學期這種現(xiàn)象幾乎沒有出現(xiàn)了,成績比以前也有明顯提高了,單詞字母寫得比以前寫得更認真了,希望升入劍橋一級能夠繼續(xù)努力。

      下面一位是羅赫同學,羅赫同學是一位比較活潑外向的孩

      子,喜歡與人交談,同學都喜歡和羅赫一起玩,有什么事喜歡和老師、同學訴說,做事情敢作敢當,責任心也比較強,與預備級上學期時相比,進步是突出的。但是最近經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)請假情況,希望這個情況下學期能夠有所改善。

      下一位是何宇凡同學,是我們班的勞動委員,對班級衛(wèi)生

      認真負責,我記得何宇凡同學是后轉(zhuǎn)入我們班的,雖然英語基礎(chǔ)不是很扎實,但是經(jīng)過這一學期的輔導,成績有顯著提高,尤其在課上,總是積極的搶答問題,深受老師的喜歡。

      下面進行第三項:就當前教育問題談一談我個人淺薄的看

      法。

      尋到適合自己孩子的教育方式:1.家長要讀懂自己的孩

      子,有的人把孩子形容為一本書,為什么這么說呢,因為孩子的內(nèi)心世界實際上非常豐富,可惜很多家長并不留意去了解,也不給孩子表現(xiàn)的機會,這樣的教育就是缺乏互動,家長首先做到了尊重孩子,才會得到孩子發(fā)自內(nèi)心的尊敬和認可,因此,在日常的家庭生活中應(yīng)該養(yǎng)成平等協(xié)商或談判的風氣,凡事坐下來心平氣和的溝通一下,在難過愉悅的鴻溝都可以順利的抹平。第二點要尊重孩子,并且允許孩子犯錯。相信每個孩子最初的心扉都是向父母敞開的,但往往是因為不耐心的父母說孩子這樣子不對,那孩子向父母關(guān)緊了訴說心意的門,他們情愿和自己的小伙伴去訴說,也在不愿意向父母透露一個字,雖然父母您是多么愛你的孩子,卻始終不能走進孩子們的內(nèi)心。那到底該怎么辦呢,孩子在犯了錯誤之后,往往都會有些后悔,或自責,這個時候如果父母以寬容撫平孩子內(nèi)心的不安,并適合的進行教育,相信孩子一定能夠?qū)⒏改傅慕陶d牢記于心,父母不要奢望孩子不犯錯,因為當孩子犯的時候,正是是我們父母教他的時候,這是實行教育的黃金時刻,聰明的父母一定要抓好這最好的教育時機。第三點,對孩子的行為都要表現(xiàn)出寬容和鼓勵,寬容對孩子的感動勝過懲罰的教育,對孩子的鼓勵和肯定,會促進他發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的長處和能力,繼而對自己有信心。教育的方法不是千篇一律,而是要根據(jù)孩子不同的個性制定不同的教育原則,選擇適合的教育方式才是最佳的教育方式。下面進行第四項:由我談一下預備級升入劍橋一級問題。

      本學期我們一共學習了十六個單元,七十多個單詞,五十

      個動詞短語,三十多種句型,學生們都掌握的非常好,尤其是我們班的王鑫淼,王聰?shù)韧瑢W,學的非常棒,本學期升入一級的同學有:王鑫淼,王聰,杭雨桐,王雨言,葉凱,周星宇,吳思穎,沈夢雨,羅赫,繼續(xù)留在預備級學習的是馬雨涵這里要解釋一下,馬雨涵是考慮年齡太小,現(xiàn)在還在上二年級,升入劍橋一級有點太早,所以放在預備級繼續(xù)學習,下面要講一下家長最關(guān)注的問題,那就是升入一級的學費問題,一級總共分為三個學期,每學期448元,三個學期一共1344元,當然,為了照顧孩子們都是老學員,如果今明兩天就繳納全年費用的,我們送一張100元的現(xiàn)金券,今天的家長會已經(jīng)接近尾聲了,祝各位家長新年吉祥,萬事如意。

      預備級培訓總結(jié)

      今天我們培訓的內(nèi)容是預備級的課程,主要是26個字母的教學過程。從預備級的教學對象來看,它更需要老師具有活力、親和力和感染力。所以今天的培訓我們從教師的教態(tài),激情等方面都特別注意。由于預備級的學生年齡小,又是剛接觸一個環(huán)境,所以在培訓中,吳老師也提醒我們,在教學的過程中要特別注意學生良好學習習慣的養(yǎng)成,注意學生的坐姿,行為習慣等,以便及時幫學生糾正過來。

      在字母的教學過程中,要特別注意學生的正確發(fā)音和書寫。在呈現(xiàn)的過程中,要結(jié)合圖片或肢體語言,讓學生感覺到學習的是實實在在的東西,圖片和肢體語言也能讓學生容易回憶起學過的知識,課堂的學習也會更加有趣。

      另外,在板書這一方面,我自己還需要努力學習,包括書寫和簡筆畫等。在操練的過程中,也可以采用更多有趣的方法,讓學生積極參與到學習中來,這是我未來需要不斷努力的方向。
