H7N9禽流感

上海、安徽相繼發(fā)現(xiàn)3人感染H7N9禽流感，其中2人死亡，1人病情危重。國(guó)家衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育委員會(huì)昨日通報(bào)，此次人感染的H7N9禽流感病毒，是全球首次發(fā)現(xiàn)的新亞型流感病毒，既往僅在禽間發(fā)現(xiàn)；因此，尚未納入我國(guó)法定報(bào)告?zhèn)魅静”O(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告系統(tǒng)。

On Saturday, the three cases were confirmed to be human infections of H7N9 avian influenza, based on clinical observation, laboratory tests and epidemiological surveys.上周六，根據(jù)病例的臨床表現(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)和流行病學(xué)調(diào)查結(jié)果，診斷這3名患者為人感染H7N9禽流感確診病例。

H7N9 avian influenza（禽流感）是全球首次發(fā)現(xiàn)的新亞型流感病毒。流感病毒（influenza virus）可分為甲(A)、乙(B)、丙(C)三型。其中，甲型流感依據(jù)流感病毒特征可分為HxNx共135種亞型，H7N9亞型禽流感病毒是其中的一種，既往僅在禽間發(fā)現(xiàn)，從未發(fā)現(xiàn)過(guò)人的感染情況。

感染該病毒的初期癥狀（initial symptoms）為發(fā)熱（fever）,咳嗽（cough）及呼吸困難（breathing difficulty）。專家認(rèn)為，根據(jù)目前對(duì)密切接觸者(anyone in close contact)的醫(yī)學(xué)觀察結(jié)果，未提示該病毒具有較強(qiáng)的人傳人能力（human-to-human transmission）。此外，目前國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無(wú)針對(duì)H7N9禽流感病毒的疫苗(there are no vaccines against the virus)。

此前曾經(jīng)蔓延全球的動(dòng)物流感有2009年的甲型H1N1流感，也被稱為“ 豬流感（swine flu）”，以及2011年的H5N1禽流感（bird flu）。
