      “讓創(chuàng)意在北師翱翔”是我們的創(chuàng)業(yè)口號,旨在通過各種宣傳方式及各種媒體的交叉使用使廣告效果最大化。

      在我們的營銷過程中,我們將把學校學生市場獨有的特點與廣告客戶的具體需求相結(jié)合,走一條有自己特色的路。在公司成立前兩個月我們將著重對以北師大為中心輻射的珠海高新大學園區(qū)廣告市場進行全面調(diào)查與分析,總結(jié)各組詳盡數(shù)據(jù);與此同時加強與校內(nèi)各大學生社團如校學生會、校藝術團、社團聯(lián)合會、各學院學生會的聯(lián)系與合作,廣泛吸納各式人才,鞏固營銷團隊競爭力;加強與印刷公司合作,確保相應的物料如海報等宣傳品的供應鏈;此外,作為校內(nèi)傳媒公司,除了公司自身開發(fā)的公交視屏廣告媒體外,加強與校內(nèi)其他媒體如光影藝傳、陽臺網(wǎng)的合作,以為公司的正式經(jīng)營作鋪墊。公司正式經(jīng)營后,主打品牌——公交視屏廣告,整合各類資源加強宣傳力度。

      受眾接受廣告信息一般是處于精神放松的時刻,而在乘坐公交車的時候即課后難得的空閑時段,公交視屏廣告目前在珠海市公交系統(tǒng)尚屬空白,對于 師大傳媒來說是一次嘗試也是一次機遇。

      分析完這個巨大的市場,我們再來看看這兩條公交路線吧;

      69路及10A線路市區(qū)華子石西站前路線是一致,沿途經(jīng)珠海高新技術園區(qū)、唐家灣鎮(zhèn)、中山大學第五附屬醫(yī)院等重要站點,沿途更是分布著海怡灣畔、鳳凰山一號、聚龍溪山莊、銀星雅苑、美麗灣、每一間等高檔商業(yè)住宅區(qū),沿線的居民聚集更是將大學園區(qū)范圍大大擴展。

      69路公交車途徑商業(yè)發(fā)達的香洲百貨、吉之島、九州城等區(qū)域,駛向珠海十景之圓明新園; 10A路線途徑商業(yè)發(fā)達的香洲總站、檸溪、拱北等區(qū)域;

      作為珠海市最為繁華、經(jīng)濟最為發(fā)達的以上區(qū)域,正式人流量最多、商品流通最大的區(qū)域,投放本段路線的公交視屏廣告,其宣傳效果是顯而易見的。

      公交車載視屏廣告存在的基礎除了其自身特點外,校內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)宣傳方式的沒落更為其提供了一方沃土,公司曾派專人對北師大珠海分校涉及校園廣告推廣的校學生會外聯(lián)部長、社團聯(lián)合會外聯(lián)部長、校藝術團外聯(lián)部長、國際商學部外聯(lián)部長、藝術與傳播學院外聯(lián)部長、文學院外聯(lián)部長、數(shù)學學院外聯(lián)部長、外國語學院外聯(lián)部長、特許經(jīng)營學院外聯(lián)部長、法政學院外聯(lián)部長、國際傳媒與設計學院外聯(lián)部長等進行調(diào)查訪問,其中表示學生活動中贊助越來越難拉的有11人,占百分之百;而對于這一現(xiàn)象的原因,各部長們也紛紛表示是各路商家對于校內(nèi)學生組織們在活動過程中提供的宣傳方式的不滿所致。

      而在各類商家中,注重品牌推廣的商家一般選擇大型露天路演活動,如健力寶公司贊助校學生會第四屆體育節(jié);注重產(chǎn)品銷售的商家一般選擇小型路演,進行現(xiàn)場訂貨銷售;更多的商家還是愿意選擇普及率較高、時效較長的網(wǎng)絡及強制性被接受的框架廣告宣傳。

      而后,在公司專人對選擇在學生活動、在網(wǎng)絡廣告及框架牌廣告做宣傳的商家的調(diào)查采訪中又得到什么信息呢?也許結(jié)果不盡人意,調(diào)查人員選取了在校學生會女生節(jié)活動中的贊助商——半島量販式KTV、在陽臺網(wǎng)推廣的凱歌王朝量販式KTV及在框架牌廣告中推廣的K-BOX量販式KTV等三家同行業(yè)競爭者進行的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,三家對廣告宣傳的效果均有不同程度的不滿意度,他們也坦言在珠海幾十家KTV中要想搶占北師大市場份額即使效果不好也要投資的無奈。

      綜合校內(nèi)各大組織外聯(lián)部長及廣告投資商的調(diào)查反饋信息來看,校內(nèi)的廣告宣傳確已進入了一個“死胡同”,盡管各大組織外聯(lián)部長也表示正在帶領各自的團隊尋求新的宣傳方式,各廣告投資商也紛紛表態(tài)將尋求最理想、效果最明顯的廣告媒介進行合作,但是校園廣告推廣的無奈還是盡顯其相。也許,作為我公司開發(fā)的視屏廣告而言,既是一個巨大的機遇,又是一個強大的挑戰(zhàn)。

      在三條路線中,我們選中的是69路公交車作為我們項目的開發(fā)地,再看幾組數(shù)據(jù)吧: 這是公司專業(yè)人員通過對由北師大珠海分校始發(fā)站的三路公交車進行了人流量調(diào)研(5月下旬隨機記錄了一個星期的正常天氣的客流量--非包含大型節(jié)假日),結(jié)果如下:

      我們又選取了平日與周六日進行單天的日客流量進行了比較。

      綜合以上調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)來看,69路公交車具有客流量相對穩(wěn)定,特定時段人流量較其他兩路車多的的特點。(由于70路車為單一線路駛往金鼎工業(yè)區(qū),途徑金鼎市場這一城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的小市場,市場太小且人流有限,從公司實力出發(fā),暫不考慮開發(fā),在此只對比69路與10A路兩路車。)結(jié)合69路公交車所經(jīng)路線及發(fā)車特點來看就不難得出這個結(jié)果的所在了。其一,69路公交車基本上是進站兩分鐘之內(nèi)就發(fā)車,而10A則少在5分鐘,多則30分鐘后發(fā)車,69路車的發(fā)車頻率高于10A,在華子石東站前下車的乘客都愿意選擇快捷的69路;其二,69路途徑商業(yè)中心香洲區(qū)中心地段,途徑以香洲百貨、灣仔沙和九州城為中心的三大商務區(qū)和以圓明新園為中心的觀光旅行區(qū)。沿線服務業(yè)發(fā)達,快速消費品多,以大學生為主體考慮的消費群體的休閑消費及服飾、餐飲等也在沿線聚集,故人流相向較大,人流集中。鑒于此,在公司初步開發(fā)市場階段,出于自身實力考慮,公司選擇69路公交車作為視屏廣告的投入點,在將來公司發(fā)展壯大、實力雄厚的基礎上再往10A路發(fā)展。

      由上述環(huán)境分析可得知,我們創(chuàng)業(yè)的環(huán)境是非常好的,這也證明師大傳媒發(fā)展的前瞻性,有了先決條件,下面再向大家闡述我們的市場戰(zhàn)略

      第一是對于整個廣告市場的分析:珠海位于經(jīng)濟最發(fā)達之一的珠三角地區(qū),上接廣州、深圳,下連澳門特別行政區(qū),隔江望香港特別行政區(qū),珠海大學園區(qū)正在建設中,而珠海城市建設中情侶路改建計劃延長至北師大珠海分校附近,加上廣珠高速輕軌的建設,未來的珠海,未來的大學園區(qū)的市場地位必將越來越重要。

      哥倫比亞大學的歷史可以追溯到1756年。當時,紐約州議會通過一項法案,決定采用出售有獎證券的形式,集資在紐約興辦一所以人文、科學和語言為主的高等學府。1756年大學成立,初定名為“國王學院”。7月,首任校長塞繆爾·約翰遜在曼哈頓百老匯街上的一所新房子里主持了第一批8名學生的開學儀式。

      在建校的第一年,由于學生少,而從校長、教授到行政主管的職務,都由塞謬爾·約翰遜一人兼任。當時學生接受教育的目的是:拓寬視野,加深理解,完善自身,以成就今后的輝煌事業(yè)。

      獨立戰(zhàn)爭使國王學院停頓了8年,美國獨立后,為了紀念發(fā)現(xiàn)美洲新大陸的哥倫布,改名為“哥倫比亞學院”。

      This morning, I would like to argue for true ecological tourism, or, ecotourism.To me, a true ecotour is a tour that allows us to express our passion for nature and for our cultural heritage.(No introduction)

      I love traveling.One of my most memorable trips was climbing the Great Wall.There, I cherished seeing people of all races and ages gathered on this ancient edifice.I cherished

      seeing these people smiling at each other, making way for each other, and reminding each other to watch their steps.While I love traveling, I'm also sad to see the damage tourism has done to nature and to our historical relics.Many tour agencies like to label their business “ecotours”.But they have cut down trees and filled up rivers in order to build roads, hotels and cable cars so as to attract tourists.And on their tours, some people pick flowers, catch birds and throw away food that might poison animals.This is not ecotourism at all.True ecotourism involves responsibility.While we enjoy the beauty of nature, we should also help protect it.Here let me share an experience.Once, I joined others as young volunteers in an outing.The excursion took us to the peak of a mountain where we got a beautiful view of the city.We were, however, not ordinary tourists.As we were climbing, we were also picking up the trash left on the ground by other climbers.Finally, we carried, in large bags, all the trash down the mountain.The excursion was exhausting, but I believe, after this experience, not a single one of us will ever litter any tourist spot.Moreover, when we were cleaning up the mountain slope, we caught eyes of many others.Some of them might see us as foolish, but more of them, I believe, will take note of the need to protect the environment.My experience was one of an ecotourist.We took, but we also gave.However, on the idea of ecotourism, there are many misunderstandings.I once

      A student asked me a couple of questions which I answered hurriedly as I was going to another class.They were good questions, so I thought I'd restate my answers for the class.Student Question:Do we have to come up with a new argument for Body III, counter-argument?

      Teacher Response:No.Remember that your counter argument in Body III is about giving a retort to a counter-argument to your topic.So, in Body I and II you have 2 arguments and supporting statements regarding your topic.This is different than Body III.In Body III you don't have to give a new argument to support your topic.In Body III,you do have to explain why the counter-argument is wrong.You can do this by using a narrative figure(ex.historical or famous person narrative)or statistics or other facts.Example-

      Topic:Do your homework
