談?wù)勎易约寒厴I(yè)一年的感受，我對(duì)“成功”的理解，希望能幫到大家。

以前聽(tīng)銷售培訓(xùn)的時(shí)候，“成功”經(jīng)常掛在講師的嘴邊，或許是用金錢(qián)代表，或許是地位、能力的提升、積德，總之它變成了明確的外化的目標(biāo)，激勵(lì)我們。再后來(lái)業(yè)績(jī)不理想，跳槽了，輪到我給人家說(shuō)成功（一笑），自己的斤兩是知道的，我避而不談，只談自己在銷售過(guò)程中的體會(huì)和心得，但在接觸一些培訓(xùn)教材、培訓(xùn)講師時(shí)，也總會(huì)提到這兩個(gè)字。我不斷地問(wèn)自己，到底”成功“是什么？我有沒(méi)有教唆別人，誤導(dǎo)別人的嫌疑？如果說(shuō)成功有一個(gè)客觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的話，那么這個(gè)客觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未免太過(guò)于廣泛了，只要改變自己的認(rèn)知就可以了。正比如認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)理論、認(rèn)知失調(diào)理論所述，往往是行為決定態(tài)度。我沒(méi)錢(qián)——”錢(qián)不是萬(wàn)能的，我成功了“，我缺少家庭溫暖——“我有情婦，我成功了”，我不知道為什么干這行但我還是干了十年——“我適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，我干一行愛(ài)一行，我成功了”。

但往往認(rèn)知不太容易改變，那如何？改變心智模式？找心理咨詢？NLP？信仰宗教？法*功？

我后來(lái)“走投無(wú)路”，決定考研，獨(dú)處的一段時(shí)間得以“淡泊明志”，反省自己的所得所失，前段時(shí)間看柯維《與成功有約》，書(shū)中提到生活重心、使命宣言的問(wèn)題。再看南懷瑾先生的《論語(yǔ)別裁》，提到孔子等一系列人物。有所感悟，誠(chéng)如馬斯洛所言，“成功”是一種高峰體驗(yàn)，前提是自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需要的滿足，“自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需要”基于自己的價(jià)值觀，“滿足“基于個(gè)人的認(rèn)知模式。

我當(dāng)年為什么會(huì)追求成功卻不知道成功是什么？事實(shí)上我想要的是“高峰體驗(yàn)”，而我把“高峰體驗(yàn)”的獲得外化為“成功”，然后我又把“成功”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外化成一些社會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或客觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，這反而讓我喪失了最根本的東西——價(jià)值觀、認(rèn)知模式。所以我會(huì)這么盲目。

所以老師質(zhì)疑我，為什么總將客觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和主觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、終極目標(biāo)和主觀體驗(yàn)對(duì)立，我沒(méi)說(shuō)什么，因?yàn)檫@是我的心路歷程。

我的一些心得，可能很幼稚，希望諸君能感受到真誠(chéng)。

誠(chéng)如小林子所說(shuō)，成功是一種高峰體驗(yàn)。覺(jué)得很對(duì)。最近了解到痛苦的本質(zhì)就是自我的喪失，自我沒(méi)有得到滿足。（很小的孩子是不會(huì)有痛苦的，但他會(huì)感受到疼；也就是說(shuō)痛苦屬于靈魂，一個(gè)人失戀了，肉體沒(méi)有任何傷害，但他會(huì)很痛苦，也就是自我的需要沒(méi)有得到滿足，所以痛苦就產(chǎn)生了，但痛苦的前提是有自我的意識(shí)）

從這個(gè)角度出發(fā)，如果痛苦的對(duì)立面就是快樂(lè)的話，也即快樂(lè)就是痛苦的減輕（佛勒依德？）話，那么快樂(lè)其實(shí)就是一種自我的滿足（對(duì)立于自我喪失），一種靈魂的安寧和滿足，如果這就是小林子所說(shuō)的成功的話，那么是否可以認(rèn)為成功和快樂(lè)實(shí)際上有著非常緊密的關(guān)系？？

近來(lái)想寫(xiě)個(gè)文章，題目想好了“從痛苦的本質(zhì)談雷鋒精神的自私性”

也就是說(shuō)雷鋒雖然是助人者，表面上看他是無(wú)私的，但實(shí)際上他在助人的過(guò)程中獲得了巨大的樂(lè)趣，也就是他在享受他的快樂(lè)，也就是他還是為了自己的快樂(lè)，所以本質(zhì)上看，雷鋒還是自私的，只是這是另一種形式的自私。

我覺(jué)得Jiamiu斑竹的這個(gè)版塊不同的地方恐怕就是強(qiáng)調(diào)快樂(lè)吧，認(rèn)識(shí)成功的本質(zhì)是什么。

關(guān)于雷鋒精神那一段，我不自覺(jué)想起了大四學(xué)社會(huì)心理學(xué)時(shí)，三更時(shí)分和吾友雙華兄在光棍橋上嘆天嘆地，爭(zhēng)執(zhí)助人的本質(zhì)，我覺(jué)得助人者其實(shí)是為了滿足自己更高層次的需求，同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了自己的強(qiáng)大（好聽(tīng)點(diǎn)叫影響力），換句話叫做“雙贏”。

但這畢竟還有“自我”，和shanren吾友聊過(guò)，他說(shuō)佛家得罪高層次已經(jīng)是“無(wú)我”了，一直都參不透禪機(jī)?；蛟S跟我的一次體驗(yàn)有些相像：剛畢業(yè)，做保險(xiǎn)，住在棠下，躺在床上，冥想自己在天空中俯視大地，自己似乎越飄越高，似乎看到了其他人此時(shí)此刻做些什么，體驗(yàn)到他們的需求，他們的煩惱，最后飄到地球之外，注視著整個(gè)地球，似乎看到四季不斷地變幻，此時(shí)真的沒(méi)感受到自己的存在，然后……真的睡著了。
