I know much more about the differences between Americans and Chinese after listening to the lecture.What’s more, I surf on the Internet after class.As a result, I draw a conclusion, and here are the main points below.Firstly, we greet others in different ways.In America, people often employ the following expressions to greet each other: “Good morning/evening/afternoon.”“Fine day, isn’t it? ”” How is everything going?” and so on.Meanwhile in Chinese, we always say” Have you eaten yet?””What are you going to do?” or “Where have you been?”to show our greetings.Secondly, as we all know, both American and Chinese people have two kinds of personal names---a surname and a given name.But the order and the use of these names in the two languages are somewhat different.In Chinese, the surname comes first and then the given name while Americans names are written and spoken with the given name first and the family name last.Thirdly, Chinese prefer getting up and going to bed early.We usually go home early and cook meals, then we eat and watch TV, at last, we go to bed.We often work during the holidays , children often go to different spare schools to study.We like save money and when we have enough money, we then go and buy what we want.But in America, people live in a easy and happy live.They get up and go to work late , they go to pubs to have a rest after they finish their work and they enjoy their holidays.Thus, they seldom go to work during the weekend.Lastly, we eat food which is greatly different from Americans.We like cooking a lot of delicious dishes though Americans like eating hamburgers, chips, pizza, pasta as their main course.In short, we should know the differences well in that we can get along well with foreigners

隨著新世紀的到來,企業(yè)文化建設必將呈現(xiàn)出新的時代特征:
(一)企業(yè)文化對企業(yè)興衰、企業(yè)發(fā)展所起的作用將越來越顯著、越來越大
哈佛商學院的著名教授約翰·科特推出了一本很有名的《企業(yè)文化與經(jīng)營業(yè)績》的著作,提出了一個重要論斷,就是:企業(yè)文化對企業(yè)長期經(jīng)營業(yè)績有著重大的作用,在下一個十年內(nèi)企業(yè)文化很可能成為決定企業(yè)興衰的關鍵因素。企業(yè)興衰、企業(yè)發(fā)展當然是由多種因素形成的。但企業(yè)文化肯定對企業(yè)興衰是一個十分重要的因素。
我們常說企業(yè)文化是一種力,那么這個“力”有多大?這個“力”表現(xiàn)在哪些方面?從國內(nèi)外一些企業(yè)文化搞得好的企業(yè)來看,企業(yè)文化力,首先是凝聚力,第二是激勵力,第三是約束力,第四是導向力,第五是紐帶力,第六是輻射力。這六種“力”,也可以叫六種功能。企業(yè)文化的這六種力量、六大功能,在未來企業(yè)的發(fā)展中將越來越明顯、越來越強烈地表現(xiàn)出來。

(三)企業(yè)結盟取勝,實施雙贏戰(zhàn)略將必然要追求“文化溝通”和“雙贏思維”的發(fā)展
協(xié)作競爭、結盟取勝、雙贏模式,這是美國著名的麥肯齊咨詢公司提出的21世紀企業(yè)新戰(zhàn)略,他們專門推出了《協(xié)作型競爭》一書。
據(jù)國外資料估計,過去三年中,世界上大致有3.2萬家公司進行聯(lián)盟。這其中,有3/4是跨國聯(lián)盟。
特別引人注目的是今年美國在線與時代華納及5月份倫敦證券交易所與法蘭克福交易所結盟,還有世界上大汽車公司同因特網(wǎng)雙雙結盟,出現(xiàn)了“福特--雅虎”、“通用--在線”。
在國內(nèi),最近,“東方通信”與諾基亞以優(yōu)勢資源進行協(xié)作。中國家電行業(yè)的兩巨頭“科龍”與“小天鵝”在電子商務方面達成合作協(xié)議?!翱讫垺鳖I導告別講到了新經(jīng)濟中融合與共享、競爭與合作的問題。合作結盟的目的有的是為了優(yōu)勢互補,資源共享;有的是為了彌補缺陷,分擔風險;有的是為了降低交易成本;有的是為了聯(lián)手角逐市場。結盟合作,實現(xiàn)雙贏的形式,也是多種多樣的。作為制造企業(yè),既可以與供應商、與經(jīng)銷商結盟取勝,也可以與競爭對手協(xié)作結盟,實現(xiàn)雙贏。這種雙贏模式,不僅可以用在產(chǎn)品制造方面,也可以用市場營銷方面。“科龍”與“小天鵝”在電子商務上的合作也是個范例。但不管何種形式協(xié)作、結盟,雙贏模式都必須有文化溝通,有雙贏文化和雙贏智慧、雙贏思維方式。這種發(fā)展趨勢可能比人們今天預料的還要快,它將越來越受到重視。
(四)企業(yè)精神的概括和提煉更加富有個性特色和獨具的文化底蘊
以往,許多企業(yè)的企業(yè)精神常常用求實、創(chuàng)新、開拓、進取或加上拼搏這些詞語加以概括。應當說這些詞語都是好字眼,都很重要,但大家都用這些詞語表達,就失去了企業(yè)精神的鮮明個性和特色,變成了所謂工業(yè)企業(yè)中標準件的組合。這也就使某個企業(yè)的企業(yè)精神變成了所有企業(yè)共有的“企業(yè)界精神”。北京同仁堂的“濟世養(yǎng)生”、“炮制雖繁必不敢省人工,品味雖貴必不敢減物力”,一聽就知道是同仁堂所獨有的。杭州胡慶余堂“戒欺”,大家都知道這是胡慶余堂的企業(yè)精神。還有,寧波雅戈爾集團的“裝點人生,服務社會”,既有行業(yè)特點,又有獨具的文化底蘊。大連燃料總公司的“燃燒自己,溫暖他人”,也提煉得好,好就好在有行業(yè)特點,又體現(xiàn)了員工的奉獻精神。企業(yè)精神的概括和提煉,在表達上,將會越來越體現(xiàn)共性與個性的統(tǒng)一,突出個性,不求其全,但求其特,求其有獨具的文化魅力。
(五)在企業(yè)文化建設中,將更加注重企業(yè)精神、企業(yè)價值觀的人格化和“人企合一”的境界
價值觀是企業(yè)文化的核心,而“英雄人物”則是企業(yè)價值觀、企業(yè)精神的人格化。在“英雄人物”中有“共生英雄”的提法,值得重視。何為“共生英雄”?“他的心在企業(yè),企業(yè)在他心中”。這就是企業(yè)“共生英雄”的概括。這樣的人,與企業(yè)同呼吸、同成長、同發(fā)展、共命運。從優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化建設來看,還不就是培養(yǎng)越來越多的“共生英雄”,實現(xiàn)“人企合一”的境界嗎?創(chuàng)造、構建這樣的文化氛圍,對于發(fā)揮員工的主動性、積極性、創(chuàng)造性極為重要。這個問題也會越來越引起重視。

(六)“學習型組織”的企業(yè)文化將更加受到關注
