被污染了，也能洗凈自己，像水一樣不斷地積蓄自己的力量，不斷地沖破障礙，當你發(fā)現(xiàn)時機不到的時候，把自己的厚度給積累起來，當有一天時機來臨的時候，你就能夠奔騰入海，成就自己的生命！7.大家都知道西方神話中，有一個叫西西弗的故事，由于受到宙斯懲罰，必須從山腳下推一塊石頭推到山頂，當這塊大石頭被他推到山頂?shù)臅r候，這塊石頭會自動滾落到山腳，他又不得不從頭開始推起，所以很煩惱！大家稍微想一下，我們?nèi)粘５纳罟ぷ魇遣皇蔷褪沁@樣的一個過程，當他推石頭，把它當做一種懲罰來對待的時候，他心中會很難受，每天帶著怨氣怨恨在推石頭，就像我們很多人工作的時候，帶著怨氣和怨恨在工作一樣，你工作永遠做不好，但是當他后來意識到這一點以后，推過春夏秋冬，推過雷電風(fēng)霜，當他推到山頂上，看到藍天更高更美，他覺得推石頭也是一種生命的美麗的時候，生命其實就得到了升華。我們的生命什么叫過得合算，當我們回頭看我們已經(jīng)過去的日子，我們有一些日子能讓我們自己感動得淚流滿面，那什么叫讓你淚流滿面的日子，你做出了一些讓你自己覺得做不到，但是你做到了的事情。8.我自己個人體會就是，如何能夠把生意做得更成功的幾個要點：第一要點，如何盡可能把自己的長期目標和短期目標結(jié)合起來，我們要先分清楚，哪些事情是我們想一輩子干的事情，哪些事情是一下子干完了我們就可以不用干的事情。中國有句話叫做急事慢做，你越著急的事情，你做得越仔細越認真，越能把事情做好，而你越著急的事情做得越快，反而越做得七零八落。我把這個急事也把它叫做大事，比如說你要想一輩子掌握很高的英文水平，你說我用三個月，每天學(xué)十二個小時，你是絕對不可能，三個月，你的英文水平會得到很大的提高，但是三個月以后你不學(xué)了，再過三個月，你的英文水平就忘記了。第二個要素，就是要決定自己一輩子干什么，那么還有一個我覺得非常重要的就是平時做事情的時候，對時間的計劃性，一個人是非常能動的，我在十幾年前做新東方的時候，我就覺得時間不夠用，我忙得手腳朝天，最后還發(fā)現(xiàn)事情做不完，我現(xiàn)在二十四小時做出來的事情，跟我那個十幾年前二十四小時手忙腳亂做出來的事情，是不可同日而語的。那么為什么還能忙得過來呢，道理很簡單，因為在你忙不過來的時候，你就知道如何去籌劃你的時間了，千萬記住一點的是，任何事情的時間，一定都是能夠擠出來的，那么還有一個非常重要的，叫做成功就要你自我約束的，我是在五年前學(xué)滑雪的，剛上去的時候，就上雪地就摔上雪地就摔，后來我就發(fā)現(xiàn)不行，我得學(xué)會停，大家知道滑雪兩種停法，初學(xué)滑雪的人是外八字的停法，但是當這個滑雪的坡度，到達一定坡度的時候，這個八字形就完全不管用了，一定是要兩個滑雪板側(cè)過來側(cè)停，所以我就用了整整一個星期的時間，我就沒練滑雪，我就專門練停來著，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我的停已經(jīng)做得非常好的時候，我就直接扛著滑雪板上了高級道，我有一個朋友，他覺得你能上我也能上，他這個滑雪道一邊是山坡，一邊是懸崖峭壁，結(jié)果他下去的時候，他由于停不住，就直接往懸崖峭壁那個地方?jīng)_過去了，沖過去他不就害怕嗎，害怕以后他就開始強行扭過來，一扭過來，一個腳扭過來了，另外一個腳沒扭過來，結(jié)果兩個腳一下就被撕開了，韌帶就被徹底拉斷了，任何時候，當你前面面對一個巨大的誘惑，和其他任何可能產(chǎn)生誘惑的時候，如果你自己覺得自己停不下來，您千萬別去追那個東西，因為你追了那個東西停不下來，最后栽跟頭的一定就是你！9.偉大與平凡的不同之處是，一個平凡的人，每天過著瑣碎的生活，但是他把瑣碎堆砌出來，還是一堆瑣碎的生命！所謂偉大的人，是把一堆瑣碎的事情，通過一個偉大的目標，每天積累起來以后，變成一個偉大的事業(yè)！10.有兩句話我是比較欣賞的：生命是一種過程；事業(yè)是一種結(jié)果。我們每一個人活是活在每一天的，假如說你每一天不高興，你把所有的每一天組合起來，就是你一輩子不高興，但是假如說你每一天都高興了，其實你一輩子就是幸?？鞓返?！有一次我在往黃河邊上走的時候，我就用礦泉水瓶灌了一瓶子的水，大家知道黃河水特別渾，后來我就放在路邊上，大概有一個小時左右呢，讓我非常吃驚的發(fā)現(xiàn)，四分之三已經(jīng)變成了非常清澈的一瓶水，而只有四分之一呢，是沉淀下來的泥沙。那假如說我們把這瓶水的清水部分比喻我們的幸福和快樂，而把那個渾濁的那個泥，沉淀的泥沙比喻我們的痛苦的話，你就明白了，當你搖晃一下以后，你的生命中整個充滿的是渾濁，也就是充滿都是痛苦和煩惱，但是當你把心靜下來以后，盡管泥沙總的分量一點都沒有減少，但是它沉淀在你的心中，因為你的心比較沉靜，所以就再也不會被攪和起來，因此你生命中的四分之三就一定是幸福和快樂。什么叫事業(yè)是一種結(jié)果呢，大家都知道，作為一件事情，確實是無情的，假如說我把新東方做失敗了，我是絕對得不到今天到這兒來給大家講話的機會的，原因是因為它最后的結(jié)果在這兒，所以任何事情只要你在做的時候，他就不能算成功，比如說我們說曹雪芹是成功的，不管是社會主義還是資本主義，都得承認曹雪芹是中國歷史上最偉大的文學(xué)家之一，我們說牛頓是成功的，不管哪一個國家任何一個人都會承認他是世界上最偉大的科學(xué)家之一，我認為我自己是成功的，不成功在新東方做了多大，也不成功在我有多少錢，或有多少朋友，我認為我成功在我有一種心態(tài)，過去我摔倒過千萬次，以后我也可能還會摔倒千萬次，但是我依然能夠爬起來。

Is Military Training Necessary Now?

There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years.Opinions on this issue differ sharply.Pro：

I believe that military training is a must for today’s spoiled youth.First of all, it makes them more likely to persist instead of escaping in face of hardships.Second, the self-discipline and teamwork spirit students develop are invisibly valuable wealth for their future.third, it provides a good chance for students to learn more on military and broaden their horizons.Forth,it can nurture students’ sense of unity and discipline and foster students’ patriotism as well.Fifth,military training as a good chance for students coming from different cities to know and help each other, which will help them ease the feeling of homesickness.Con:

I maintain that it is not and should be canceled.First of all, it is a waste of time because what the students learn from it is of no use to their real life.Second, the training seems ineffective since most students resume their idling lifestyles at the end of the training.Third,a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will.Instead, they should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose.Forth,a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths.What happened in the past years has proved this.Fifth, student also worry about the safety due to the increasing cases of students who got injured or died in it.
