在我們家中，由于我和孩子爸爸都是上班族，時間、精力不夠，孩子平時就由我的父母幫著照顧著。爺爺、奶奶和父母是兩代人，除了在年齡上有較大的差異外，思想、愛好、生活習慣等，都存在很大差距。再加上年輕的父母由于現(xiàn)在社會競爭激烈，生存壓力增大，總會不自覺地把緊張氣氛帶入家庭，希望孩子也能早早地適應(yīng)社會、適應(yīng)競爭。而相對于退休在家，擁有相對平和的心態(tài)的爺爺奶奶們，他們則更多的希望孩子能擁有輕松快樂的童年。爺爺奶奶愛孩子是無可厚非的，但愛要有個度，過分的寵愛就成了溺愛。所以，在理解和肯定對方的基礎(chǔ)上，我覺得父母和爺爺奶奶還應(yīng)在以下幾點保持一致。

1.不偏袒孩子，不嬌慣孩子 在孩子做錯事情時，全家的態(tài)度必須保持一致，不能偏袒孩子，嬌慣孩子。孩子是很會察言觀色，當他看到家庭成員之間出現(xiàn)分歧時，他就會聰明地鉆空子。這不僅對改善他的行為毫無益處，反而會導(dǎo)致他的問題越來越嚴重，甚至帶來更多別的問題。

2.孩子能做的事，絕不代勞

事事都為孩子代勞，久而久之，會打消孩子做事的積極性。孩子做些力所能及的事，會讓他感覺自己被承認。一些最基本的生活自理能力在今后的生活中是無人能替他代勞一輩子的，所以在日常生活中，培養(yǎng)孩子自我服務(wù)能力和勞動習慣是非常重要的。

3.不能無條件滿足孩子的每一個要求

我們應(yīng)學會拒絕孩子的無理要求。當他知道撒嬌和無禮取鬧沒意義時，就不會再這么做了，不要讓孩子養(yǎng)成無理取鬧和撒嬌的習慣。如果孩子想得到某件玩具，并且要求不是很過分時，可讓孩子付出一定的努力再滿足他，比如，讓他打掃衛(wèi)生“掙”錢。如果他長期輕而易舉地就能得到自己想要的，他將不會懂得珍惜和來之不易。

孩子任性也好，有某些不良行為也好，雖然與老人的溺愛、嬌慣有關(guān)，但父母首先看到的應(yīng)是自己未盡教子責任的一面，世間沒有任何人能替代父母對孩子的教育。所以，父母應(yīng)盡最大努力和老人溝通，說服老人在育兒中和自己保持一致，只要大人之間態(tài)度一致，孩子一定會往好的方向發(fā)展。
