辦理企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照流程

一)公司的形式：

有限責(zé)任公司，最低注冊資金3萬元，2個（或以上）股的東。

新公司法規(guī)定，允許1個股東注冊有限責(zé)任公司，又稱“一人有限公司”（執(zhí)照上會注明“自然人獨資”），最低注冊資金10萬元,并且一次繳足，登記費用是注冊資金的千分之八，比如注冊資金10萬元登記費是800元，最低是50元。

注冊資金可以分期繳足，詳細(xì)條款參考公司法第二十六條。

二)注冊的步驟：

1.核準(zhǔn)名稱：
