一、學(xué)生整體情況

期中考試結(jié)束了，我的成績(jī)并不十分理想，我所任教的七年級(jí)2班有34人參加考試，我覺(jué)這次考試總體還不錯(cuò)，只有4位同學(xué)退步，其他都進(jìn)步了，做多進(jìn)步了年段23名次

二、存在的問(wèn)題

兩個(gè)班共性的問(wèn)題很明顯，成績(jī)好的學(xué)生分不夠高，兩極分化較為嚴(yán)重，尤其在閱讀理解能力和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力方面較弱，具體來(lái)說(shuō)：

1、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)是我們平時(shí)教的重點(diǎn)，但是學(xué)生掌握不扎實(shí)，不能靈活運(yùn)用?？赡芪覀冎蛔寣W(xué)生死記硬背一些單詞和詞組，由于學(xué)生能力的限制也忽視了將基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)反復(fù)變化默寫(xiě)，舉一反三。

４、合理設(shè)計(jì)課堂，在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候可以擴(kuò)展知識(shí)點(diǎn)，用相應(yīng)的練習(xí)來(lái)鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí)。讓學(xué)生多動(dòng)口，動(dòng)腦動(dòng)手，達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的良好效果。

５、關(guān)注中等學(xué)生及后進(jìn)生。做好提優(yōu)補(bǔ)差是我今后工作的重點(diǎn)。在平時(shí)，多向其他老師請(qǐng)教提優(yōu)補(bǔ)差的做法，備課時(shí)注意穿插知識(shí)，顧及全面，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)較差的學(xué)生，我要增強(qiáng)耐性和信心，使他們擺脫陰影拾回對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。

對(duì)８０—100分段的學(xué)生，鼓勵(lì)他們?cè)谠械幕A(chǔ)上有一定幅度的提高?？偟膩?lái)說(shuō)，要從各個(gè)方面努力，加強(qiáng)工作，爭(zhēng)取把每個(gè)學(xué)生的成績(jī)都能在原有基礎(chǔ)上再提上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。

七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)期中考試反思

本次期中考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束，但成績(jī)并不十分理想。我所帶的七（3）班整體較好，而七（4）班兩極分化嚴(yán)重，兩個(gè)班平均分相差2分，兩個(gè)班不及格總共15人。雖然說(shuō)試題簡(jiǎn)單，但是存在的問(wèn)題依然很明顯。面對(duì)成績(jī)，談幾點(diǎn)自己的反思。

通過(guò)試卷分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生聽(tīng)力能力、閱讀理解能力和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力較弱，具體來(lái)說(shuō)：

1.學(xué)生的自控、自學(xué)能力較差，由于學(xué)生初次做聽(tīng)力試題，不知如何下手，因此，聽(tīng)力失分較多。在平時(shí)，我雖然一再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)聽(tīng)力的重要性，并明確告知他們僅僅靠上課時(shí)間練聽(tīng)力是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，而且從一開(kāi)學(xué)就要求學(xué)生每天回家要堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)磁帶十分鐘，但是學(xué)生還是認(rèn)識(shí)不到聽(tīng)力的重要性，很難做到老師的要求。

2.部分學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)不夠扎實(shí)，學(xué)生遺忘知識(shí)快，過(guò)去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時(shí)間不用就忘了。

3.學(xué)生的應(yīng)變能力有待提高，不能正確寫(xiě)出單詞的正確形式；1-4單元，每一單元都讓學(xué)生背誦過(guò)一篇作文，一旦遇到考試時(shí)的類似作文，學(xué)生只會(huì)照搬照套，不能根據(jù)作文要求靈活變通。

4.理解能力不強(qiáng)，閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意，原因是詞匯量少，即使是平時(shí)默寫(xiě)過(guò)的單詞一到考試時(shí)又不認(rèn)識(shí)了。

5.不能熟練運(yùn)用學(xué)過(guò)的句型。

造成這種結(jié)果的原因是多方面的，但其中最重要的兩方面是在于教師和學(xué)生本身。教師方面的原因：

在本學(xué)期我在教學(xué)中嘗試高效課堂模式，在教學(xué)中忽視了后進(jìn)生的培養(yǎng)。有些環(huán)節(jié)往往由好學(xué)生一筆帶過(guò)。給學(xué)生的講解偏少，重難點(diǎn)知識(shí)的強(qiáng)調(diào)偏少。

其次，在日常的教學(xué)當(dāng)中，過(guò)多地重視教師的“教”，而忽視了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的培養(yǎng)。對(duì)于個(gè)別英語(yǔ)底子薄的學(xué)生沒(méi)有降低要求。學(xué)生方面的原因：

1.學(xué)生懶。不愿背單詞，詞組和句型，不愿做題。

2.底子薄弱，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)沒(méi)有興趣，上課注意力不集中。

3.個(gè)別成績(jī)好的學(xué)生眼高手低，做題時(shí)不認(rèn)真。學(xué)生整體學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差，缺乏主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)

在今后的教學(xué)中，我將繼續(xù)抓好雙基知識(shí)的訓(xùn)練，打牢基本功；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生梳理知識(shí)，掌握語(yǔ)法規(guī)則，逐步引導(dǎo)學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的能力；培養(yǎng)學(xué)生上課時(shí)的聽(tīng)課習(xí)慣，要求學(xué)生全神貫注，要和老師同步思考出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；講課時(shí)，盡量使用簡(jiǎn)明、準(zhǔn)確、形象、生動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言。在平時(shí)要通過(guò)閱讀，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀多種文體的能力，如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。在訓(xùn)練中要注意方法的多樣化和靈活性，同時(shí)，啟發(fā)他們學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用多種不同的方法來(lái)表達(dá)同樣的思想，逐步培養(yǎng)良好的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感；設(shè)計(jì)全面、高校的課

外作業(yè)，并進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣，做到整潔、規(guī)范，正確地書(shū)寫(xiě)。總之，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，我的教學(xué)能力有待提高。但我相信，只要我認(rèn)識(shí)到并及時(shí)改正，今后的教學(xué)成績(jī)會(huì)有更大提高。
