POLICY

To locate the source of a flood, and terminate it so sa to limit damages.If this isn’t possible, staff musy be familier with the procedures for ensuring peoples safety.PURPOSE

To ensure that all hotel staff are adequately trained and informed as to how best they should deal with such an event.PROCEDURE

All employees find the flooding or any water leakage must inform the operator to call the concerning parties.After calling for assistance, the finder must try to stop the water spreading out by switching off the sater switch & using some materials to block the source of water leakage(the crack).He/she must also contain the water by the containers.Housekeeping must put some “Wet Floor” notices for the passby and use machines to dry up the area.Engineering must stop the water leakage quickly and find out the reason with a report.A.M.and Security team must cordon off the area, if necessary.Any hotel damages, injuries relating to the flooding or water leakage must be recorded in the report.Pag e1of1

酒店尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：

大家好！

“蛇去馬來，新舊交替”，我們酒店以較好的成績“辭舊迎新”準備跨入2014年。我是保安部曹成，我僅代表安全部全體隊員向酒店各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做以下述職：

在這一年里，我們安保部全體員工為把xx大酒店創(chuàng)建為一個人文、生態(tài)、活力的文明酒店而努力工作，積極配合酒店一線同仁，擔(dān)“治安、消防之重任”，盡“保駕護航之職責(zé)”，帶領(lǐng)全體保安人員不斷去強化自身各項綜合素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)技能，提高服務(wù)意識，行于服務(wù)細節(jié)，用心做事，本著為“形象大使”的崗位上認真作為，盡心盡職，取得了酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同仁的認可。

一、消防工作重中之重，命系你、我、他

1、務(wù)實消防組織建設(shè)：

根據(jù)消防法規(guī)的明文規(guī)定和消防部門的嚴格要求，在酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對消防工作的重視與支持下，酒店已申請消防建設(shè)重點單位后，更加要嚴格要求，由于下半年酒店安全部人員調(diào)動變化，消防組織建設(shè)調(diào)整的基礎(chǔ)上，對“消防組織機構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)”又做了進一步落實，使明確化、實用化、公開化，方便于酒店員工和客戶們的了解與監(jiān)督。

2、務(wù)實消防檔案的健全落實

于2013年5月份，消防隊召開會議從7月份開始，消防隊聯(lián)網(wǎng)試行《社會單位消防安全戶籍化管理系統(tǒng)》的完善，要求對消防工作明細化并分類歸口建立檔案，做好消防設(shè)施明細登記、消防控制室管理及交接班制，制定各項制度，消防建筑圖標，消防培訓(xùn)資料等建檔管理，要求文字、圖紙備檢，認真做到“誰主管誰負責(zé)”，“誰負責(zé)誰簽字”的原則。嚴肅認真將消防工作的各項任務(wù)落實到每一個人，檢查到位，責(zé)任明確，未端有果。

3、制定消防設(shè)施的嚴格管理制度

針對消防部門對酒店各個部位的消防設(shè)施檢查，“消除隱患”，我安全部積極配合檢查指導(dǎo)，按消防部門的嚴格要求，對消防設(shè)施：消火栓、滅火器、應(yīng)急燈、安全指示標志等進行全面維修保養(yǎng)與補充。

4、搞好消防知識培訓(xùn)

根據(jù)消防“四個能力”的實戰(zhàn)要求，我們安全部要對保安隊伍自身建設(shè)加大力度，并將消防知識培訓(xùn)、治安維護職責(zé)、酒店住房分布、餐廳布局、會議場所、內(nèi)部電話、周圍情況等內(nèi)容引導(dǎo)他們對業(yè)務(wù)理念的接受能力，明確自身形象大使的崗位，時刻牢記“心中有目標，肩上有重任”。

今年我們安全部配合人力資源部對新老員工進行消防知培訓(xùn)，針對消防“三懂四會”及“四個能力”給各部門發(fā)資料讓員工熟背與理解，從而提高了員工們的消防意識，懂得消防工作的重要性，學(xué)會了撲救一般突發(fā)性初級火災(zāi)預(yù)案流程，正確使用滅火器和報警的基本方法。

5、盡心作為，常備不懈，成效顯著；

利用監(jiān)控觀全景，巡邏到現(xiàn)場，并張貼“溫馨提示”標牌，做到“硬件輔助，軟件主動”專人負責(zé)、日記錄、行流程、重結(jié)果，不給犯罪分子有可乘之機。

二、愛崗敬業(yè)、細心工作、貼心服務(wù)

1、認真工作，搞好車場管理；

在我們酒店不斷發(fā)展的情況下，車場的停車位車流量的需求，由于每天進出車輛近百余次，時刻潛伏隱患危機，就此現(xiàn)實狀況，我們安全部指揮車輛就要做到眼明腿快，車動保安人員去看和指揮，車停保安人員巡查和看管，停車場的進出車輛做到禮貌手勢指揮，時時保障通道暢通。

2、制度約束，維護酒店利益；

今年下半年以來，我們安全部加大管理力度，加強自身素質(zhì)的提高，充實責(zé)任心，檢查對外來閑散人員出入、包裹的管控上下功夫，制定了制度及交接規(guī)定，設(shè)定領(lǐng)班負責(zé)人在班中督導(dǎo)檢查，落實到實處，逐步使員工給保安人員的工作充分認識與理解，提高了自覺配合，履行義務(wù)的自覺性，使后院的安全問題有了明顯提高。尤其是對進入后院出租車管理、員工車輛的停放和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生更加條理化、規(guī)范化，使酒店停車場面貌上得以改觀。

3、團隊創(chuàng)優(yōu)，部門溝通

我安全部全體員工按照酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)統(tǒng)一布置，上下一盤棋，同步運作，同心協(xié)力并加強與各部門隨時溝通，團結(jié)一致，奔著績效管理方向，鎖定目標，新老員工互幫互學(xué)，共同奮進、共同努力，出色完成酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交與的各項任務(wù)。

我們安全部門以消防、治安、安全為主題，對下屬、主管分工明確，各負其責(zé)，根據(jù)每日工作流程，服從安排給予跟進督導(dǎo)，看過程、重結(jié)果，批劣表優(yōu)，完成各項工作任務(wù)。每天向客房部及總臺咨詢當(dāng)日入住房態(tài)，以便我們做好安全巡邏重點服務(wù)。

4、關(guān)愛員工，務(wù)實與執(zhí)行力度；

員工是財富，是酒店發(fā)展的主力軍,按照領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指示去關(guān)愛他們、啟發(fā)他們，調(diào)動他們積極性，發(fā)揮他們主觀能力性。一年四季“夏戰(zhàn)三伏，冬抗三九”，確實是從事著辛苦勞累的工作，酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也因崗制宜給予保安人員特殊待遇，我身為安保部的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，始終想著他們，關(guān)心他們。為保障了車場內(nèi)的道路暢通，我們保安人員辛苦勞累，但仍然是歡心笑語，沒有一個叫苦叫累。

三、“居安思?！眲?chuàng)貢獻“如履薄冰”思明年。

總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，來年再創(chuàng)輝煌

回顧過去的一年，我們保安隊伍立足于本職工作崗位，積極配合酒店一線同仁努力工作，吃苦耐勞、同心協(xié)力、敬業(yè)務(wù)實取得了消防安全無事故，治安工作無損失的良好成績，這只能說明過去?！把矍俺煽儭辈荒茏鳛槲覀凃湴恋馁Y本，而細心努力的工作，出色的完成酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)賦予我們的各項工作，這才是我們的驕傲、說話的資本，因而我們要“居安思?！币驗閷淼穆烦谈D巨，任重而道遠。

總之在成績面前我們安全部一定會立足于自檢自律，戒驕戒躁，認真反省，深思熟慮，總結(jié)得不到位和不足之處，還望酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予批評指正，我們將虛心接受酒店領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指導(dǎo)，在績效管理新的一年開始之際更進一步加深理解，提高新的工作理念，強化執(zhí)行力度。總之要在新的一年制定出全年工作計劃，立足于作為強化執(zhí)行力度，始于馬年奮爭！
