I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.Today my topic is “youth”.I hope you will like it, and found our young people’s advantages.people are always taking about the problem of youth.If there is one —which I take leave doubt —then it is older people who create it, not the young themselves.There is only one difference between an old man and a young one: the young man has a glorious future before him and the old one has a splendid future behind him.About two years ago, I was graduated in Nanjing XXX university and came into XXX company and then I was assigned the department of XXX, and became an assistant of technical.I felt that I was just young and uncertain—that I was a new person in a huge factory.I felt that people use the curiosity eyes looking at me, and gave me a message that: I have a lot of problems.Maybe some of them assumed that I was look like a child and too young to take this work.They often said：“You have not been born when I was join work!”O(jiān)thers maybe assumed I was a “Bookworm” and lacked practice.Also the sense of responsibility maybe is another problem.I would have been very pleased to be regarded as something so interesting as a problem.For one thing, being a problem gives you a certain identity, and that is one of the things the young are busily engaged in seeking.Actually，you find young people exciting.They have an air of freedom, and they have not a dreary commitment to mean ambitions or love of comfort.They are not anxious social climbers, and they have no devotion to material things.They accept new things and knowledge very quickly, and give people the impression of sunny.Sometimes, we may be conceited, ill-mannered，fatuous or lazy.Well, I acknowledge all of the young people are interesting in entertainment.They maybe dancing or singing very later in the night, and the next day they were very listless in the work.please do not turn for protection to dreary clinch about respect for elders—as if mere age were a reason for respect.We are equals, and you will argue with us, as an equal, if you thick we are wrong.If we do a mistake during the work, please think back recall when you are a fresh man in the factory.So please don not anger and give more patience guide to us just like your master worker guided you.As the master of a company in the future, our young people must be going on learning in practice, enhance our specialized knowledge and the sense of responsibility.Treasures the time and work hard, let the short youth be more meaningful！

趁我們正年輕我們正年輕演講稿尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，各位同事們：今天我為大家演講的題目是（我們，正年輕）“排長，排長，今天幾號(hào)來著？”“五號(hào)”“哦耶，又少了一天?！蔽疫呎f著，邊用筆在床鋪底下自制的730天小日歷上畫一個(gè)“√”，為了證明著今天總算是過完了?！澳愕降子袥]有夢想？”排長問我?！盎焱赀@730天，趕緊回家！就是我的夢想。”沒錯(cuò)，我是一名從部隊(duì)里退伍的“小紅軍”，這是我在新兵營接受三個(gè)月魔鬼訓(xùn)練時(shí)與排長每天早上的對(duì)話內(nèi)容。我厭惡還沒睡飽就被起床的號(hào)角聲吵醒的感覺，我厭惡天還沒亮就被班長拉起來出早操的感覺；我厭惡每到下午5點(diǎn)半就要武裝越野3公里的感覺；我厭惡每周只有到周末才可以去小賣部買十塊錢的零食。如果有一百個(gè)厭惡，我一定可以說出更多的一萬個(gè)。然而稚嫩、叛逆、沒有向往、沒有目標(biāo)的我從排長送的一本書開始完全改變了。我相信在坐的各位一定有人看過，**·凱勒的《假如給我三天光明》。一個(gè)生活在黑暗中卻又給人類帶來無限光明的女性。然而，正是這么一個(gè)幽閉在盲聾啞世界里的人，畢業(yè)于哈佛大學(xué)德克利夫?qū)W院，并用生命的全部力量處處奔走，建起一家家慈善機(jī)構(gòu)，為殘疾人造福。

在那樣一個(gè)熱血沸騰的年代，他們讓自己的青春歲月綻放出無盡的榮光，讓自己的歷程在歷史上留下濃墨重彩的一道刻痕。軀體如同蘆葦，脆弱不禁風(fēng)吹;靈魂勝似江河，澎湃不可阻擋。在帝國這樣一個(gè)龐然大物面前，戲言中“百無一用”的書生用他們堪比江海的靈魂驅(qū)動(dòng)脆弱的身體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)了歷史的輪軸。

如今，歷史因我們的先烈而改變，我們享受了他們付出鮮血而換來的時(shí)代。作為一批正處于青春年華時(shí)的我們，不說每一個(gè)都像他們一樣名垂千古，留名史冊。但至少，我們可以盡自己的努力讓自己在年暮時(shí)回首往事說一聲無悔!

抬頭仰望純凈的陽光，回想這一路走來我們所流淌的汗水 以及現(xiàn)在所面臨的困境。無需感到迷茫與無奈，只要我們深深告訴自己“我們正年輕，年輕當(dāng)自強(qiáng)。"

有一位長者曾告訴我，在這個(gè)世界上機(jī)遇是不存在的，有的只是困難與挑戰(zhàn)，只有克服了他們他們就自然而然的變成了成功。這也許是一個(gè)比較新奇的觀點(diǎn)，在這個(gè)人人講求機(jī)緣，希望碰到合適的機(jī)會(huì)一展才華的時(shí)候，突然聽到這樣一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，著實(shí)讓人心寒。但從另一方面想想，這其中卻有包含了一個(gè)哲理。我個(gè)人理解為破釜沉舟，自強(qiáng)不息。為什么這樣講，因?yàn)楫?dāng)一個(gè)人明白機(jī)遇是飄渺的，只有挑戰(zhàn)才能活下去，那么他一定會(huì)被激發(fā)出無窮的力量。但這又有一個(gè)前提，就是你必須有足夠的能力與知識(shí)，這樣才能一直走下去。這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)也許就是第一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，這樣一個(gè)人就會(huì)在一個(gè)循環(huán)中不斷學(xué)習(xí)，挑戰(zhàn)，進(jìn)步，再學(xué)習(xí)，再挑戰(zhàn)，再進(jìn)步。。所以，我說年輕當(dāng)自強(qiáng)，自強(qiáng)永不息。

同樣的，我們的青春自然不能著眼與眼前。我們應(yīng)該抬起頭看著遠(yuǎn)方的高峰，這樣即使是腳下的小山也無法阻擋限制你的腳步。人看的高了，胸懷自然廣了，即使我們沒有真正到達(dá)那頂峰，但我們卻擁有了那份成熟。也許有人會(huì)說，人一旦成熟了，就失去了青年人的那種激情失去了那種無畏一切的斗志。但我想說，那種成熟只是中年人經(jīng)歷多了以后的一種積淀。而我說的確實(shí)面對(duì)困難挫折一時(shí)失意的一種態(tài)度，面對(duì)目標(biāo)未來萬般渴望的一種心聲。這種成熟可以讓我們受到冤枉，力爭而不心亂;遇到嘲諷，反駁而不慌張;乍逢喜事，高興而不癲狂;突遇悲愁，傷感而不絕望。說白了就是能夠讓你控制自己的感情，不多不少真正好。

我們正年輕活動(dòng)策劃

活動(dòng)目的：歡迎新來的同學(xué)，促迚10級(jí)與11級(jí)直系學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們的感情交流，提供一個(gè)互相認(rèn)識(shí)互相了解的機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)也為了讓11級(jí)的同學(xué)們感受到我們師專經(jīng)法系旅游管理的熱情，在晚會(huì)上能夠互相溝通，培養(yǎng)班級(jí)同學(xué)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和協(xié)助能力，增迚班級(jí)間的友誼，豐富大家的課余生活，幫助新來的學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們解決一些問題，同時(shí)也讓各位又一個(gè)美好的夜晚。

活動(dòng)名稱：我們正年輕

活動(dòng)主題：我的青春我做主

活動(dòng)流程：

1自我展示，請(qǐng)各位11級(jí)同學(xué)自我介紹一下，要求在自我介紹的時(shí)候說出自己的名字年齡來自哪里，可以自由發(fā)揮。沒有時(shí)間限制，盡量多說。

2認(rèn)老鄉(xiāng)，可以坐到一起交流感情。

4做游戲（視實(shí)際情況定數(shù)量）

（1）英語比劃能力，在幕布上會(huì)有幾組詞，只能用英文和動(dòng)作來解釋也可以用一些象聲詞來表述，但不能講中文，一個(gè)中文詞都不能講，對(duì)口型也是不允許的，要求是10級(jí)和11級(jí)各出3組來參戰(zhàn)，現(xiàn)場報(bào)名，然后這六個(gè)人來挑自己現(xiàn)在感覺很有默契的來搭檔，被點(diǎn)中的人必須上臺(tái)。我們不是比賽，只是秀一下自己的英文和默契。建議

英文不及格的上臺(tái)來玩這個(gè)游戲，這樣的話，你們說什么我們也聽不懂。

（2）人品大考驗(yàn)，會(huì)有一個(gè)神奇的色子，上面有六個(gè)動(dòng)作，現(xiàn)在要找?guī)孜煌瑢W(xué)上來玩，兩人一組，開始投擲色子，色子朝上的那個(gè)面就是接下來要做的動(dòng)作，一定要下狠心的玩。

（3）念說明書用不同的感情和語調(diào)，看誰說的最惡誰贏

（4）我是淑女，現(xiàn)在征集6位美女上臺(tái)來，為了證明你是淑女，要求是在頭上頂著一本書，然后從這頭走到那頭，在走的時(shí)候還要走的花枝招展，如果書沒掉，就是淑女，如果書掉了就要被懲罰，那就是對(duì)著墻壁大聲的說出三個(gè)字，內(nèi)容自擬。然后我們將評(píng)出最惡的一位迚入下一環(huán)節(jié)的決賽。

（5）掰手腕游戲，這是本次聯(lián)誼會(huì)的壓軸游戲，現(xiàn)場推薦選手。經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算：話筒50，布置教室50，獎(jiǎng)品+食物100，共計(jì)200元，由兩個(gè)班平均分配。

為了保證聯(lián)誼會(huì)的效果，要求11級(jí)同學(xué)做好準(zhǔn)備，因?yàn)橹鲌鍪?1級(jí)的，10級(jí)同學(xué)主要是看客的身份，多出高質(zhì)量的節(jié)目還有就是要積極參與互動(dòng)。
