第三篇:面試人員的幾大問(wèn)題
A:一般性問(wèn)題
1.“請(qǐng)先自我介紹?!?/p>
面試的必考題目,首先要注意的一點(diǎn)是在介紹內(nèi)容上要與個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷相一致,如果之前做了不同形式的簡(jiǎn)歷,則要注意不與所投的簡(jiǎn)歷相出入,不能自相矛盾。最好求職前先以文字的形式寫出簡(jiǎn)介,并熟讀熟背。特別注意突出自己的能力和素質(zhì),要與所應(yīng)聘的職位相關(guān),不談無(wú)關(guān)、無(wú)用的內(nèi)容。
2.“談?wù)劶彝デ闆r?!?/p>
面試官是希望從你的家庭教育背景中判斷你的素質(zhì)。注意不要簡(jiǎn)單羅列家庭人口,宜強(qiáng)調(diào)溫馨和睦的氛圍,宜強(qiáng)調(diào)父母對(duì)自己教育的重視,宜強(qiáng)調(diào)家庭成員對(duì)自己工作的支持、強(qiáng)調(diào)自己對(duì)家庭的責(zé)任感等等。
3.“有什么業(yè)余愛好?”
業(yè)余愛好也反映一個(gè)人的性格特點(diǎn)。最好不要說(shuō)自己沒(méi)有業(yè)余愛好,更不要說(shuō)自己有那些庸俗的、令人感覺(jué)不好的業(yè)余愛好,如打麻將之類。最好不要說(shuō)自己僅限于讀書、聽音樂(lè)、上網(wǎng)等業(yè)余愛好,否則可能會(huì)令招聘公司懷疑應(yīng)聘者性格孤僻。最好能有一些戶外的業(yè)余愛好來(lái)“點(diǎn)綴”你的形象。
4.“你最崇拜誰(shuí)?”
面試官想從你崇拜的人看出你的價(jià)值取向。一般不宜說(shuō)自己誰(shuí)也不崇拜,不宜說(shuō)崇拜自己,不宜說(shuō)崇拜一個(gè)明顯具有負(fù)面形象的人,也不宜說(shuō)崇拜一個(gè)虛幻的或是不知名的人。最好所崇拜的人與自己所應(yīng)聘的工作能“搭”上關(guān)系,比如應(yīng)聘銷售時(shí)說(shuō)自己崇拜推銷之神吉拉德。
B:讓人尷尬的問(wèn)題
1.“談?wù)勀愕娜秉c(diǎn)。”
不宜說(shuō)自己沒(méi)有缺點(diǎn),不宜把那些明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn)說(shuō)成缺點(diǎn)(比如我最大的缺點(diǎn)是干活拼命之類),那會(huì)讓面試官覺(jué)得你虛偽。但又不宜說(shuō)出會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響所應(yīng)聘工作的缺點(diǎn),比如應(yīng)聘財(cái)會(huì)說(shuō)自己“丟三落四”。可以說(shuō)出一些對(duì)于所應(yīng)聘工作“無(wú)關(guān)緊要”的缺點(diǎn),甚至一些表面上看是缺點(diǎn)、從工作的角度看卻是優(yōu)點(diǎn)的缺點(diǎn),比如應(yīng)聘銷售,說(shuō)自己“有時(shí)候喜歡胡思亂想,出一些怪主意”。
2.“談?wù)勀愕谝淮问〉慕?jīng)歷?!?/p>
不宜說(shuō)自己沒(méi)有失敗的經(jīng)歷,也不宜說(shuō)出嚴(yán)重影響所應(yīng)聘工作的失敗經(jīng)歷。而且所談經(jīng)歷的結(jié)果應(yīng)是失敗的,否則讓人感覺(jué)虛假。一般的失敗故事表述形式是:之前自己曾信心百倍、盡心盡力,但由于外在的客觀原因?qū)е率?。失敗之后自己很快又振作起?lái),以更加飽滿的熱情面對(duì)以后的工作。
3.“為什么選擇我們公司?”
如果自己對(duì)該公司有足夠了解,可以把它真正吸引你的地方說(shuō)出來(lái),但如果不了解,那可用以下參考答案:“我十分看好貴公司所在的行業(yè),我也認(rèn)為貴公司十分重視人才,而且這項(xiàng)工作很適合我,相信我能做好。”
4.“與上級(jí)意見不一致怎么辦?”
一般情況下可以這樣回答:“我會(huì)給上級(jí)以必要的解釋和提醒,在這種情況下,我會(huì)服從上級(jí)的意見?!比绻嬖嚹愕娜耸强偨?jīng)理,而你所應(yīng)聘的職位另有一位經(jīng)理,且這位經(jīng)理當(dāng)時(shí)
不在場(chǎng),可以考慮這樣回答:“對(duì)于非原則性問(wèn)題,我會(huì)服從上級(jí)的意見,對(duì)于涉及公司利益的重要問(wèn)題,我希望能向更高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反映?!?/p>

6.“這項(xiàng)工作有何困難?”
一般不宜直接說(shuō)出具體的困難,否則可能令招聘公司認(rèn)為應(yīng)聘者“不行”??梢試L試采用“虛晃一槍”的迂回戰(zhàn)術(shù),比如先說(shuō)出應(yīng)聘者對(duì)困難所持有的態(tài)度:“工作中出現(xiàn)一些困難既是正常的,也是難免的,但是只要有堅(jiān)韌不拔的毅力、良好的合作精神以及事前的周密準(zhǔn)備,任何困難都是可以克服的?!?/p>
C:敏感的薪資問(wèn)題
面試人:你目前的工資是多少?
◆提示:記??!你的收入不僅包括你的工資,還包括獎(jiǎng)金、津貼及其他福利,將各項(xiàng)福利換算成現(xiàn)金,并計(jì)算在你的收入中。
求職者:我的基本工資是年薪3.2萬(wàn)元,加上獎(jiǎng)金及其他福利,年薪收入大約4.1萬(wàn)元。面試人:在我們這兒工作,你希望有什么樣的薪資待遇?
◆提示:了解該公司所在地區(qū)、所屬行業(yè)、公司規(guī)模等信息,你的薪水要求應(yīng)該在該公司所在地區(qū)、行業(yè)、公司規(guī)模相應(yīng)的薪水范圍之內(nèi)。盡可能提供一個(gè)你期望的薪水范圍,而不是具體的薪金數(shù)。
