      As newly-employed personnel in JISCO, for better and faster understanding the culture and spirit of JISCO and adaptation to be a new worker, we have been trained systematically by the human resources department for almost about one and a half month after we got off the train and stepped on the holy land named the bright jewel in north-west China.Process and content

      The whole training primarily is made up of four modules: lectures in The Grand Theater, courses in the college, military training, practice and experience.1.Lectures in the Grand Theater

      In the theater, we have learnt the developing history and the spirit of Iron

      Mountain, and have been badly shocked by the people who were the very first to create life facilities and buildings and to mine.Especially when I got the story about the 25 years girl Miss FENG who wasthe first group to explore the iron ore and died dropping out from the top of a very high mountain named after her name now, Tears was held in my eyes so that nobody could see me.In that moment, I seemingly suddenly understood the core meaning and its origin of the JISCO spirit.In addition, we have understood the regulations and human resources policy of JISCO so that we can make our career planning in advance, have known that the development strategy and its planning in the twelfth five-yearplan, and this lead us to make up our mind to grow up with JISCO.What’s more, this training let us

      understand and get to enjoy the culture and life style and scenery of North West China.External hired teacher has taught us for about five days about how to deal with relationship with colleagues and leaders, how to plan our own every daytime and how to arrange our career and our dream.Through such lectures we have had a clear route about our future.2.Teaching in college

      In college, we were taught systematically about the knowledge of safety,sanitation, law and production process of the whole iron and steel making of this company, so that we can better make bigger progress to adapt to this corporation.Teamwork, discipline, and the importance of enterprise culture is what we got impressively in the courses.3.Military training

      For nurturing and carry forward not being afraid of hard condition and

      surroundings, the human resources department arrange us a military training.During the fifteen-day training, we had suffered from the hot days and strong sun rays.Face

      color gone to black, and skin was off from face for the strong ultraviolet rays, but nobody held back because of the hard times.By the hard work of coaches and with our persistence, finally we were through the test and completely overcame the training.4.Practices and experiences

      We went to the Mirror Iron Mountain alternatively during the military training, named for its smooth surface without any vegetation or earth because the lack of rainfall and strong wind.Our first impression on this place was dry, lifeless, and narrow.Actually I felt down and depressed at first, and was very worried about my physical safety, but when I saw the people, our brothers working there, I was totally touched and influenced by the spirit and character of theirs.I felt in my bones that their temperaments were built by the desert surroundings and the big cold and not a wordmachines.In the meanwhile, I was thoroughly influenced.I told myself that the men working there are heroes.This place is the origin of a company, a city, and is also the economic power of the GanShu province.I just want to say, that is the miracle of nature.The second part of the practices was to visit the plants.In the morning, we visited the stainless steel workshop, the sanitation and working condition there has always been standard, which impressed us most, and then the iron making plant was our next destination.The condition in iron plant is well-known not so good, and so is the JISCO’s, air smelt pungent because of the SO2, facilities were old and cold like many miserable vicious Souls hiding behind somewhere.Right that is where I work that is so funny.So what, whatever, that is life.Impressions and Gains

      The pre-service training let me have a deeper understanding of the company, promote a lot of knowledge.the important thing is to let me have a new

      understanding of the importance of teamwork and persistence, and I also have had a whole fresh acquaintance of myself, and get to know what I should really do and what I really want here.

      尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導、青年朋友們:

      大家下午好!

      首先作下自我介紹,我叫朱明偉,河北唐山人,畢業(yè)于東北大學鋼鐵冶金專業(yè),現(xiàn)被分配到天風不銹鋼廠工作。

      今天站在這里代表酒鋼2011年新招聘大學生發(fā)言,我感到萬分榮幸。同時也感謝集團公司提供這樣一個機會讓我表達作為新員工的一些心聲。

      相信在座的各位新同事和我一樣,迫切的等待走上工作崗位這一天已經(jīng)很久了!從呱呱墜地,到風華正茂,我們完成了身體上的成長;從呀呀學語,到大學畢業(yè),我們完成了知識上的積累;從一無所知,到知書達理,我們完成了人格上的蛻變,只等待走上工作崗位的這一天!這一天將會是我們?nèi)松壽E的重大轉(zhuǎn)折點!所以我激動,激動的同時,我也感激,感激酒鋼發(fā)現(xiàn)并肯定我們的價值,感激領(lǐng)導在百忙之中抽出寶貴時間為我們舉辦如此隆重的儀式,更要感激酒鋼在今年就業(yè)情況如此緊張的形勢下,給我們這樣一個如此寶貴的工作機會。所以,在此請允許我代表酒鋼2011年新招聘大學生,表示對企業(yè)的由衷感謝。

      來到嘉峪關(guān)這座美麗的城市、進入酒鋼集團已經(jīng)一個多月了。酒鋼職工培訓中心的培訓學習,使我對酒鋼有了進一步的認識。酒鋼作為西北地區(qū)最大的國有鋼鐵企業(yè),歷經(jīng)“十一五”的砥礪發(fā)展,在改革創(chuàng)新、科學發(fā)展的道路上,形成了以鋼鐵業(yè)為主、多元化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新格局。2011年酒鋼集團取得了中國企業(yè)500強第144名、比上年進步11位的驕人成績。同時拓展訓練中的信任背摔、雷區(qū)取水、穿越電網(wǎng)等活動,鍛煉了我們的意志,增強了我們的責任心、榮譽感與集體凝聚力,為適應以后的工作崗位奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

      培訓期間,我們參觀了不銹鋼冷軋生產(chǎn)線和CSP碳鋼薄板坯連鑄連軋生產(chǎn)線,我為我們酒鋼擁有如此規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)能力和先進的設(shè)備而深感振奮。鏡鐵山礦的參觀,讓我對在海拔3000多米礦山上不辭辛勞工作的工人師傅肅然起敬,他們是酒鋼的驕傲!更讓我敬仰的是從這里總結(jié)歸納出的“艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、堅忍不拔,勇于獻身、開拓前進”的鐵山精神。酒鋼擁有先進的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,擁有不畏艱苦、努力工作的職工隊伍,擁有“鐵山精神”的寶貴財富,擁有重視人才的企業(yè)文化,我們沒有理由不選擇酒鋼,沒有理由不為之自豪!

      現(xiàn)在,酒鋼“十二五”規(guī)劃將全面實施以“五大板塊、十大產(chǎn)業(yè)”為主要內(nèi)容的跨越式發(fā)展藍圖,不銹鋼將達到年產(chǎn)300萬噸的規(guī)模。這讓我熱血沸騰,我可以發(fā)揮我的專業(yè)特長大展拳腳。我堅信,2015年不銹鋼年產(chǎn)300萬噸宏偉目標的達成,一定有我和在座各位的一份付出與努力。

      如果說,人生需要一個舞臺來綻放最絢麗的自己,我堅信酒鋼為我們提供了這個展示自我的平臺;如果說,只有有了敢于拼搏勇于入戲的演員,舞臺才能散發(fā)出永恒的魅力,那我向各位保證,在酒鋼這個大舞臺上,我將不斷磨礪自己,苦練本領(lǐng),為酒鋼這個舞臺的流光溢彩做出自己的努力。

      新入職大學生培訓工作總結(jié)

      2011年7月22日,公司對今年新入職的18名大學生進行了為期一天的系統(tǒng)培訓。培訓的主要內(nèi)容有公司概況介紹、公司十二五規(guī)劃及發(fā)展目標、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)及員工職業(yè)道德教育、質(zhì)量環(huán)境職業(yè)健康安全管理體系相關(guān)知識、公司安全生產(chǎn)教育、公司規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、社交禮儀及行為準則。

      此次培訓的主講人有公司黨委書紀王志強、綜合辦公室主任譚運、綜合辦公室副主任屠瑩瑩、總師辦主任宋霞及其他相關(guān)部門業(yè)務負責人。公司領(lǐng)導十分重視對年輕后備人才的關(guān)愛與培養(yǎng),黨委書記抽出時間親自講課,董事長多次關(guān)注培訓計劃并專門安排一小時的時間到會場聽取學員們的心聲,與學員們進行對話,其他部門領(lǐng)導也積極配合,認真?zhèn)湔n上課。在公司上下級的共同努力下,這次培訓工作取得了較好的效果。

      通過介紹公司概況使學員們了解了公司的成長、發(fā)展的過程;通過學習公司十二五規(guī)劃,學員們了解到公司的目標和愿景,增加了企業(yè)發(fā)展的信心;通過學習企業(yè)文化及員工職業(yè)道德教育,學員們對“忠誠”有了更深刻的認識,更加堅定了對公司的忠誠奉獻;通過對質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全三個管理體系知識的學習,使學員了解到公司正在運行的管理體系與日常工作的密切聯(lián)系;通過學習安全生產(chǎn)知識,學員們深刻地認識到了樹立安全意識、保護自己和他人安全和健康的重大意義,同時對公司的安全生產(chǎn)管理有了初步了了解;通過學習公司規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)法律法規(guī),學員們清楚了自己的權(quán)利和義務,學會正確對待員工與企業(yè)之間相互制約的關(guān)系;通過學習社交禮儀知識,學員們掌握了人際溝通的基本原則,學會如何與同事和睦相處,如何適應自己的社會角色。

      為歡迎這些年輕大學生加入公司,培訓結(jié)束的當天晚上,在董事長的帶領(lǐng)下,公司領(lǐng)導與新入職18名大學生舉起酒杯,共進晚餐。在歡樂的氣氛中,不少大學生表示自己找到回家的感覺。

      百分百集團2012屆大學生培訓

      2012屆大學生的到來為集團的發(fā)展注入了新鮮的血液,為讓大學生盡快適應職場環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)稚氣嬌態(tài)的學生氣質(zhì)向干練果敢的職場氣質(zhì)的迅速轉(zhuǎn)型,集團管理中心人資部為大學生安排了為期一周的培訓課程。

      2月13日,是大學生正式培訓的第一天。早上八點半,同學們準時到集團籃球場集合,在培訓部的組織下,學生進行了破冰游戲,在輕松愉悅的環(huán)境下,同學們進行了相互認識,融洽了感情。游戲過后,集團培訓部組織了大學生開班典禮,人力資源部楊總監(jiān)、陳經(jīng)理、賈經(jīng)理,建設(shè)總辦宋總助、科技總經(jīng)辦主任陳主任、百嶸總經(jīng)辦主任曾主任出席了典禮。在開班典禮上,學生一一做了自我介紹,充分展現(xiàn)自我才華,并通過競選的方式誕生了班長、班秘等職務,其中王凱以23票高票勝出,成功擔任班長一職,付子桂、韋麗華從16名選民中脫穎而出,成功競選班秘一職,成立了77人的大團隊“競英班”,并確立了“團結(jié)一心、爭做第一、永不退縮、力爭第一”的班級口號,相信每一位“競英人”在一個星期的培訓后都能在自己的工作崗位上確定自己的定位,實現(xiàn)激烈競爭中精英形象的蛻變。

      下午,人力資源部總監(jiān)楊總為大學生的培訓課程拉開了序幕,為同學們講授了《新員工入職第一課》。楊總通過分析大學生的現(xiàn)狀以及心理動態(tài),結(jié)合社會實際為同學們提出了適應社會的幾個建議,內(nèi)容生動而富有深意,同學們一個個聽得聚精會神。在課后,同學們紛紛表示本次課程獲益良多,為以后的職業(yè)生涯建立了一個良好的心

      態(tài)。

      2月14日,是大學生培訓的第二天,為進一步加深同學們之間的了解,培訓部在早上八點半安排了為時半個小時的游戲時間,在組長的組織下,同學們積極融身于游戲之中,完全打破了陌生的氣氛,在輕松與歡躍的氛圍中盡情嬉戲。此刻,留下的是團隊的合作與默契,是心靈相通的完美契合,是歡樂與笑聲的優(yōu)美伴奏……

      在輕松之后,緊張的培訓課程接踵而至。上午,管理中心人力資源部賈經(jīng)理為大家講授了《這個社會想和你談談》,賈經(jīng)理同大家分享了步入職場可能會遇到的一些思緒上的阻礙,并對如何應對這些阻礙提出了建設(shè)性的想法,為大家的心智成熟進行了一次隱性教育。這次課程不僅引起了同學們的共鳴,更是開啟了大家對職業(yè)生涯的思考之鎖。

      中午短暫的休息之后,迎來的是《集團介紹》。為讓大家在工作之初順利開展工作,人力資源部培訓專員黎妙虹為同學們介紹了集團的基本情況以及集團文化,并對東莞的基本狀況進行了簡單介紹,解決了同學們的基本工作和生活困難。通過對集團和東莞的了解,也為同學們快速實現(xiàn)“百分百人”提供了契機。

      2月15日,不經(jīng)意間,今天已是培訓的第三天,伴隨著早上八點半集合鐘聲的敲響,三張嶄新的面孔加入了“競英”大家庭,為“競英”的活力注入了新的生命力,一個80號成員的大家庭組建而成。在浪漫的情人節(jié)之后,競英驕子個個洋溢著歡快而振奮的面容,開啟了2月15日的培訓之旅……

      在半個小時的例行游戲之后,科技財務中心許朝暉經(jīng)理、管理中心人資部陳桂芬經(jīng)理、管理中心行政部陳建國為大學生進行了集團財務、人事、行政制度的講解。本次課程納入新員工入職考試內(nèi)容,大學生們一個個精神飽滿,認真筆記,在課堂上積極提問,取得了良好的互動效果。其中,在人事制度的講解中,人資部陳經(jīng)理為同學們專門留出了提問時間,以解答大學生在生活上、心理上以及在以后的工作中可能會出現(xiàn)的困惑,為大學生安心生活、工作供給了“定心丸”。

      繼《這個社會想和你談談》之后,下午迎來了人資部賈祥洲經(jīng)理《高效工作的基本技能》的精彩授課。本次課程,在內(nèi)容上極大地吸引了大學生的興趣,其中賈經(jīng)理對情緒管理、健康管理、時間管理以及如何提高工作技能的獨特見解引起了大學生的一致共鳴,為大學生步入工作崗位順利開展工作起到了很好的鋪墊作用。

      在緊張的課程之中,晚會節(jié)目的準備充斥著大學生充實而豐富的一天。為在周六晚七點呈現(xiàn)一場精彩絕倫的“競英”晚會,在班長王凱,班秘韋麗華、付子桂的組織與號召下,在各組組長的策劃與調(diào)動下,競英學子積極響應號召,紛紛為話劇、歌舞等節(jié)目精心編排,相信周六晚會一定會讓觀眾大飽眼福,精彩盡請期待……
