Constructing internationalization on campus

For China to be a world player, we need to understand the world.At Phoenix City International School, we have sought to track international activities and we do this to understand more about international culture.In the international section of our school, language is a recognized skill.Although we focus on our mother language, we do this whilst helping our students to learn English.With English Language Art, we also teach English Math, English Lab, English Science and English Creative Writing.All of our teachers understand the importance of learning a second language and view it as a life-long skill.To develop student’s world vision, we encourage them to study international culture.In their club time, students enjoy a range of activities.Some students are growing vegetables in our garden whilst others are exploring science.Some of our students are playing Rugby whilst others are doing volunteer work.We have many ways of embracing international culture.We hang flags from different countries, we celebrate the International Culture Festival and we send students abroad.In all of this, we are creating students that are aware of the world and who make a sound contribution to it.We go to great lengths to make world culture part of our school and our students benefit from an international education.We work hard to produce graduates with international skills and the cultural understanding needed for future global study.

Welcome to listening to my speech!

First，I will introduce myself briefly!I am a member of department of information, named Wangleilei.I am glad to have this opportunity for this Language English Talent Contest, which is my honor.I hope I can make a good performance.I’m very fond of English , so I take participate in it!But , because of my weak Spoken English , today I just tell you my past.In the past few years , specially in the middle school , I’m very interested in watching TV.However , due to updating slowly ,I prefer to watching TV on line.More importantly , watching TV through the Internet is quick and fluent , and has no advertisements.So I become an Internet fan.Anyway , I feel great pity for delaying my study ,but I fall in love with the Interent , and I choose learning it.Idetermine to acquire basic knowledge of my major during my school time，in order to work on IT ,which is my dreams.As a famous saying goes, “The only key to success is closely linked to your dreams.”
