學(xué)校常發(fā)生的法律糾紛一是學(xué)生之間相互斗毆；二是老師侵權(quán)行為或是濫用權(quán)力損害學(xué)生利益。面對學(xué)校中的這些糾紛，可以根據(jù)事件的具體情況考慮采用協(xié)商解決；可以向教育部門申訴，投訴；也可以請媒體共同進行監(jiān)督；另外還可以報警，向人民法院起訴等維護各自的合法權(quán)益。

最常見的事件是學(xué)生的打架事件，在處理這些事件時要避免出現(xiàn)這些情況：
