一．求職信的格式要求簡(jiǎn)介

英文求職信怎么寫? 英文求職信的格式有哪些? 如果你想應(yīng)聘外企或是與英文相關(guān)的工作，備一份英文求職信是很有必要的。

求職信的英文名稱是Application Letter。它通常分為幾種類型，包括索取公司應(yīng)聘申請(qǐng)表及詳細(xì)資料的不帶簡(jiǎn)歷的求職信，附簡(jiǎn)歷的應(yīng)聘性求職信，試探性求職信等等。遞交求職信的目的是用求職信來吸引閱讀者，而不是一種形式或習(xí)慣。打開裝有求職信的信封，首先看到的就是求職信，它是對(duì)應(yīng)聘者個(gè)性的展示，想象一下，如果對(duì)方看到的是連折疊都不齊整的信紙，還有好心情看下去嗎? 而結(jié)構(gòu)松散的信會(huì)讓人覺得寫信者條理不清晰。語法拼寫或標(biāo)點(diǎn)的錯(cuò)誤太多，則會(huì)讓人覺得此人辦事容易出錯(cuò)，對(duì)工作不負(fù)責(zé)任，公司是不會(huì)聘用這樣的人的。通常一封求職信的閱讀時(shí)間是30秒，在這30秒內(nèi)能體現(xiàn)的實(shí)際上是你的風(fēng)格。而每一個(gè)公司都喜歡聘用專業(yè)作風(fēng)很強(qiáng)的有能力的員工。

在招聘廣告中，常要求有意申請(qǐng)者可致電或致函索取公司的申請(qǐng)表格。索取這類申請(qǐng)表格的求職信一般都比較簡(jiǎn)短，格式參照范例。得到申請(qǐng)表格后，仔細(xì)填寫后一般與簡(jiǎn)歷一起交給公司。申請(qǐng)表格的填寫：

1.附簡(jiǎn)歷的應(yīng)征求職信具有向招聘者說明簡(jiǎn)歷和具體求職內(nèi)容的作用。簡(jiǎn)歷中你已經(jīng)將自己的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷或教育情況列表說明了，在求職信里就應(yīng)著重表達(dá)自己的意見。在求職信里要簡(jiǎn)短地對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷中提到的與應(yīng)聘職位有關(guān)的職業(yè)經(jīng)歷和技能加以說明。但是，只是簡(jiǎn)單的重復(fù)簡(jiǎn)歷里的內(nèi)容是不夠的。要把簡(jiǎn)歷里沒有的內(nèi)容充分添加進(jìn)去，顯示出與其他應(yīng)聘者的差別。你需要表達(dá)的觀點(diǎn)是：渴望、確信、真誠。在第一段里，陳述你渴望得到這個(gè)空缺職位，第二段說明你已了解這項(xiàng)工作和公司的要求，說明你為什么認(rèn)為你符合它們的招聘條件。

第三段講清你本人希望在何時(shí)面試，何時(shí)可以上班。第四段采用能使公司相信你對(duì)這項(xiàng)工作真正有興趣的語句結(jié)束這封信。

典型的求職信格式是：你的地址寫在信紙的右上方，地址下面是寫信日期。信紙左上角要寫上接受你求職信的人的姓名和尊稱其下面是該公司的名稱和地址。再下面就是招聘廣告中給出的其他相關(guān)代碼。

2.試探性的求職信是你主動(dòng)發(fā)給你感興趣的公司的，這類希望渺茫的卻經(jīng)常能出人意

料的取得成功，因?yàn)檫@種申請(qǐng)求職的方法表現(xiàn)出了申請(qǐng)人本身的能力、勇氣和激情。

試探性求職申請(qǐng)信應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)潔，講清楚你對(duì)該公司感興趣的原因，寫明你具備的資格以及你認(rèn)為會(huì)引起該公司注意的任何品德。郵寄申請(qǐng)信時(shí)，要把個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷也一起寄去。你還需要知道公司里人事經(jīng)理或部門經(jīng)理的名字，把直接信寄給他會(huì)更有效一些。

可能在很長的一段時(shí)間里，你收不到任何回音，那么可以斷定該公司目前沒有你申請(qǐng)的空缺職位。

二、作業(yè)：一封英文求職信（80-100字，下周二課前交）

要求：請(qǐng)根據(jù)自己實(shí)際在讀的專業(yè)（法律文秘、電子商務(wù)、廣告設(shè)計(jì)與制作、裝潢藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)）寫一篇言簡(jiǎn)意賅的試探性求職申請(qǐng)信。
