英語教學(xué)工作總結(jié)

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任初一五班和六班的英語教學(xué)工作，作為一名新入職的老師，這對于我來說是一項不小的挑戰(zhàn)，因為在此之前我從未接觸過英語教學(xué)方面的知識和技巧，英語教學(xué)工作對我來說是完全陌生的。好在多位老師的幫助下，平穩(wěn)的度過了本學(xué)期，順利完成了本學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)工作。我對自己本學(xué)期的工作作出如下總結(jié)：

第一，在思想上嚴(yán)格要求自己，遵守各項工作紀(jì)律。

在工作中，本人能夠嚴(yán)格要求自己，時時處處以一個優(yōu)秀教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來要求自己，模范遵守學(xué)校的各項規(guī)章制度，做到不遲到、不早退，不曠會。認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，不斷提高自己的道德修養(yǎng)和政治理論水平，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課改理論，努力提高業(yè)務(wù)能力。通過學(xué)習(xí)，使我對新課改理念有了更全面的、深入的理解，為本人改進教學(xué)方法打好了基礎(chǔ)。

第二，在教學(xué)工作上不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷進步。

由于我缺乏英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗和英語教學(xué)的各類知識體系，所以在學(xué)期初，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就為我安排了有經(jīng)驗的老師來指導(dǎo)我，在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，我遇到了很多問題和不懂的地方，我都一一積極的向各位老師請教，在完成教學(xué)工作的同時，提前完成備課，多聽優(yōu)秀教師的授課，保證自己的教學(xué)內(nèi)容的完整性和充實性。同時，在日常的教學(xué)活動中，我不斷的反思自己的教學(xué)，不斷積累自己的教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗，將自己的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗和優(yōu)秀教師的建議相結(jié)合，不斷完善自己的教法。

第三，自己存在的問題以及改進的方法

經(jīng)過一個學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在英語教學(xué)上存在一些問題。第一，英語口語不夠好。發(fā)現(xiàn)這個問題后，我立即加強了自己的口語訓(xùn)練，在備課時，自己跟讀錄音的內(nèi)容，做到在課堂上講課時做到發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，無錯誤。第二，對學(xué)生的要求力度不夠。初一的學(xué)生還沒有形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，因此在課堂上有部分學(xué)生紀(jì)律不好，喜歡出風(fēng)頭。另外，學(xué)生的作業(yè)情況較差，有些學(xué)生不能按時完成布置的作業(yè)，也有很多學(xué)生的作業(yè)應(yīng)付了事。針對這個問題，我積極的同班主任進行溝通和交流，共同努力，嚴(yán)肅課堂紀(jì)律，加大檢查作業(yè)的力度。逐步改善此類問題。第三，課堂上同學(xué)生的互動少。新課標(biāo)下的教學(xué)理念強調(diào)學(xué)生的課堂參與度，對于這點，我在教學(xué)中沒能很好的重視這一點。在課堂上，尤其是新授課，對學(xué)生的提問較少，課堂上交給學(xué)生的時間太少，學(xué)生在課堂上得到的練習(xí)不夠，同時，也沒有很好的把學(xué)習(xí)小組利用起來，導(dǎo)致了學(xué)生的課堂參與度低，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性差。本學(xué)期時間較緊可能也有一部分原因。對于這個問題，我從備課上下手，在備課時盡可能多的設(shè)計活動，讓學(xué)生參與進來，互動起來，調(diào)動起學(xué)生的積極性和學(xué)習(xí)熱情。
