策劃書
日語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)秘書部
一、舉辦目的1、為了發(fā)揚(yáng)外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì),高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)型人才的教育理念,樹(shù)立本院的學(xué)院精神,使之擁有良好的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)貌和氛圍,并在學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)上更上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階;
2、為營(yíng)造良好學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,打造我校品牌學(xué)科,夯實(shí)素質(zhì)教育改革的基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)決定開(kāi)展“商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯大賽”活動(dòng)。作為一次強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)特色,培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)能力的活動(dòng),將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化和凝聚我院特色,讓我院學(xué)生更深入了解真實(shí)商務(wù)工作環(huán)境,加快學(xué)生語(yǔ)言由知識(shí)型向應(yīng)用性的過(guò)度,提高學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
3、給廣大學(xué)生一個(gè)展示自我、挑戰(zhàn)自我的舞臺(tái),充分展現(xiàn)我院學(xué)子勤奮好學(xué)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),并從低處出發(fā),全面提高學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)水平。
4、打造學(xué)院品牌活動(dòng)。寓學(xué)于活動(dòng),將此具有專業(yè)特色的品牌活動(dòng)影響力以日語(yǔ)學(xué)院為起點(diǎn),擴(kuò)大其在全院乃至全校的影響力,進(jìn)而創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)全校共同學(xué)術(shù)共同進(jìn)步的良好學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。

七、具體流程
(一)整體安排1、2013年4月9日(星期二)11:40秘書部與協(xié)辦方各部部長(zhǎng)在M30
1召開(kāi)例會(huì),成立各個(gè)工作小組并確定各組負(fù)責(zé)人,分配好此活動(dòng)各個(gè)
小組具體任務(wù)。(各部工作安排詳見(jiàn)附表4)
2、2013年4月12日(星期五)前,各部部?jī)?nèi)開(kāi)會(huì),將任務(wù)細(xì)化,分配
責(zé)任到個(gè)人。將具體工作人員名單報(bào)給秘書部。
(二)宣傳階段1、2013年4月2日之前,秘書部針對(duì)大三各班宣傳委員召開(kāi)大賽說(shuō)明會(huì),宣傳委員負(fù)責(zé)在班內(nèi)宣傳并負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)名。
2、2013年4月2日前,體育部在逸夫樓六樓貼宣傳海報(bào)。
3、2013年4月29日前,體育部在運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)圍欄上貼出決賽宣傳海報(bào)。
(三)報(bào)名階段
1、條件:日語(yǔ)學(xué)院大三全體學(xué)生
2、報(bào)名方式:
大三各班宣傳委員統(tǒng)計(jì)(各班至少兩人):
將各班選的參賽人員姓名,班級(jí),聯(lián)系方式等詳細(xì)信息投遞到逸夫樓
三樓日院團(tuán)委門前秘書部信箱內(nèi)(2013年4月8日前)。
(四)活動(dòng)階段
1.初賽
(1)時(shí)間:2013年4月22日(星期一)—4月26日(星期五)
(2)地點(diǎn):各班自選教室或多媒體教室(提前申請(qǐng))
(3)具體流程:?
根據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)情況,初賽分為兩種方式進(jìn)行。
*報(bào)名人數(shù)在40人及以下:
初賽將分為兩組進(jìn)行比賽,并在配樓兩間教室同時(shí)進(jìn)行。每組各選分?jǐn)?shù)排名前五名的選手,共計(jì)10人進(jìn)入決賽。評(píng)委由各班
班導(dǎo)師擔(dān)任,選手抽簽決定在哪組進(jìn)行初賽。
*報(bào)名人數(shù)在40人以上:
初賽在各班進(jìn)行,由本班班導(dǎo)師作為評(píng)委,找同一時(shí)間在班
內(nèi)進(jìn)行班級(jí)選拔,每班選出最優(yōu)的兩個(gè)人,共計(jì)20人進(jìn)入復(fù)賽。
復(fù)賽在配樓教室進(jìn)行,20晉10人
(4)比賽規(guī)則:
提前抽簽決定比賽順序,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題,給選手與所抽題目相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵
詞,根據(jù)涉及到的生詞數(shù)量給予相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間(初步計(jì)劃每個(gè)生詞3秒),然后立刻3~5分鐘進(jìn)行模擬商務(wù)口譯對(duì)話。
選出前十名進(jìn)入決賽。
2.決賽
(1)時(shí)間:2013年5月8日(星期三)18:00—21:00
(2)地點(diǎn):逸夫樓報(bào)告廳
(3)具體流程:
a.主持人宣布比賽開(kāi)始。
b.選手按抽簽順序上場(chǎng),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)大屏幕顯示與選手所抽題
目相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵詞,根據(jù)涉及到的生詞數(shù)量給予相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間(初步計(jì)劃每個(gè)生詞3秒),然后立刻3~5分鐘進(jìn)行模擬商務(wù)口譯對(duì)話。
注:每位選手比賽后評(píng)委立刻打分,由禮儀隊(duì)工作人員收回評(píng)分表;
收評(píng)分表時(shí)評(píng)委對(duì)該選手的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的點(diǎn)評(píng);
收評(píng)分表后工作人員立刻算分,并將成績(jī)交給主持人;
一號(hào)選手賽后暫不公布成績(jī),待二號(hào)選手完成比賽評(píng)委點(diǎn)評(píng)后
由主持人公布一號(hào)選手成績(jī),之后以此類推。
c.評(píng)委商議,對(duì)整場(chǎng)比賽選手表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng)。
d.頒發(fā)星級(jí)證書及獎(jiǎng)品,活動(dòng)結(jié)束。
(五)題庫(kù)需求:
題庫(kù)難度相當(dāng),每套題控制在3-5分鐘。
數(shù)量:初賽/初賽及復(fù)賽需要題庫(kù)20套,決賽10套。共計(jì)30個(gè)。注:若報(bào)名人數(shù)少于40,則初賽啟用20套題庫(kù)
若報(bào)名人數(shù)多于40,則初賽啟用10套題庫(kù)(每班一套);
復(fù)賽啟用剩余10套題庫(kù)
八、活動(dòng)總結(jié)
1、在校園網(wǎng)上發(fā)出關(guān)于學(xué)生會(huì)秘書部舉辦該活動(dòng)的相關(guān)報(bào)道。
2、參賽的選手在活動(dòng)后的心得體會(huì)以文字形式(字?jǐn)?shù)不限)交到秘書部。
宣傳部成員整理后以展板的形式展示活動(dòng)的心得及精彩照片。
3、秘書部例會(huì)上總結(jié)此次活動(dòng)的成功之處及不足,為今后的活動(dòng)提供寶貴的指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以完善秘書部組織活動(dòng)的能力。
九、備注
如遇特殊情況,活動(dòng)不能如期舉行,秘書部成員將及時(shí)做出告知,活動(dòng)擇期按上述流程舉行。

大型商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯會(huì)議注意事項(xiàng)
眾所周知,商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯一般都是用在大中型會(huì)議上面,商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯的最大特點(diǎn)是當(dāng)場(chǎng)見(jiàn)效,它對(duì)措辭很少有時(shí)間進(jìn)行推敲,甚至根本不容推敲。商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯譯員要善于在短促的時(shí)間內(nèi)準(zhǔn)確地把握住兩種語(yǔ)言的反復(fù)轉(zhuǎn)換。世紀(jì)英信翻譯為大家介紹會(huì)議現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯的注意事項(xiàng):
1、事前要有準(zhǔn)備
接受口譯任務(wù)后,一定要做一些準(zhǔn)備工作,包括語(yǔ)言上、技術(shù)上和心理上的準(zhǔn)備。對(duì)于商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯來(lái)說(shuō)還有另外一種準(zhǔn)備方式,效果是很好的。這就是和講話人共同準(zhǔn)備,商定講話綱要。這實(shí)際上等于先打了一個(gè)草稿,有這樣一些場(chǎng)合可以這樣做:談判時(shí)中方要提的問(wèn)題;宴會(huì)或其它比較正式的場(chǎng)合可以預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備講話內(nèi)容的,如祝酒辭等。
口譯任務(wù)中最讓人頭疼的是講話人事先準(zhǔn)備了講稿,照稿宣讀,而譯員對(duì)這份講稿事前又毫無(wú)準(zhǔn)備這實(shí)際上是在用口譯的方式做筆譯的工作。真遇到這種情況,譯員當(dāng)然也不能回避,只能靠其平時(shí)的功力,盡自己最大努力來(lái)應(yīng)付。
2、口譯翻譯時(shí)要記要點(diǎn)
記要點(diǎn),是記講話人的內(nèi)容而不是原講話的句式和單詞。由于口語(yǔ)工作的特點(diǎn),需要在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)及時(shí)傳達(dá)講話人的意思,所以,要求譯員在聽(tīng)懂原話的內(nèi)容 后立即忘掉原話的詞匯和句式,用規(guī)范的另一種語(yǔ)言表達(dá)出來(lái)。如果不能立即忘掉原話的詞匯和句式,特別容易使得譯出的語(yǔ)言或者是漢語(yǔ)式的外語(yǔ),或者是洋味的漢語(yǔ),使聽(tīng)者聽(tīng)了別扭,影響交流。當(dāng)然,對(duì)于筆記來(lái)說(shuō),當(dāng)一連串出現(xiàn)好幾個(gè)數(shù)字時(shí),借助筆記一下還是有益的。
3、口譯譯員要有廣博的知識(shí)面
在口譯工作中,或者與外賓交談中,涉及的面是非常之廣的,有時(shí)是我們事先無(wú)法預(yù)料的。這就需要我們平時(shí)多注意翻譯以外知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)。商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯無(wú)論是一次談話,還是一次談判或講課,譯員能否以清晰流暢的語(yǔ)言把交談?wù)叩乃枷霚?zhǔn)確無(wú)誤地轉(zhuǎn)述過(guò)去,是談話和談判或講課能否順利進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵。那么,怎樣做好口譯工作呢?這里,我想就自己在口譯實(shí)踐中的一些具體作法,談一些粗淺的體會(huì),與翻譯界的同行們進(jìn)行交流。

答:著裝應(yīng)端莊大方,不可追求花哨名貴。一般以西服或禮服為宜,不可穿牛仔褲、超短裙等便裝或奇裝異服。衣著打扮一是看場(chǎng)合和情景,二是看發(fā)言者———口譯者的衣著打扮一般應(yīng)比發(fā)言者的衣著打扮更樸素一點(diǎn)。
問(wèn):口譯者在禮儀談吐上應(yīng)注意什么?
