“教、學(xué)、做”一體化情景教學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì) 全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與中國對(duì)外開放程度的加深使我國的對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)往來日益頻繁。對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流社會(huì)需要大量的既熟悉經(jīng)濟(jì)、外貿(mào)、國際商務(wù)又熟練掌握語言的高級(jí)復(fù)合型商務(wù)英語人才。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式下培養(yǎng)出來的商務(wù)英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生動(dòng)手能力較差,不能滿足社會(huì)的需要,改革傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式和學(xué)習(xí)方法,提升商務(wù)英語課程的教學(xué)效果,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力的培養(yǎng)就顯得尤為重要?!敖虒W(xué)做一體化”是由姜大源提出的基于工作過程、以任務(wù)為驅(qū)動(dòng)、以情境為依托的教學(xué)模式。主張?jiān)O(shè)定教學(xué)情境,在任務(wù)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,在做中學(xué),在學(xué)中做達(dá)到教、學(xué)、做的完美結(jié)合。這種方法以學(xué)生為著眼點(diǎn),使學(xué)生在交際活動(dòng)中使用語言從而掌握語言并發(fā)展語言能力;讓學(xué)生通過參與使用、互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)的交際課程活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。將其運(yùn)用到商務(wù)英語專業(yè)教學(xué)中可以解決傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式的弊端,并能夠把商務(wù)英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)生最終培養(yǎng)為具有交際語言能力、擁有復(fù)合型知識(shí)、善于發(fā)現(xiàn)分析解決問題的應(yīng)用型高級(jí)人才。下面以《商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯》為例來說明本專業(yè)體現(xiàn)“教、學(xué)、做”一體的各種教學(xué)方法:
《商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯》課程不僅要傳授英語語言和商務(wù)理論知識(shí),還要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在商務(wù)活動(dòng)背景下的語言交際能力和商務(wù)活動(dòng)技巧。
《商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯》是商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的一門核心理論實(shí)踐課程,也是基于工作過程,校企合作開發(fā)的“教、學(xué)、做”一體的校企合作課程。商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯在專業(yè)課程體系中具有重要的技能支撐和促進(jìn)作用。本課程面向的職業(yè)崗位是為涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易部門、外資企業(yè)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)和中外企事業(yè)單位等涉外事務(wù)提供科學(xué)、高效服務(wù)的商務(wù)口譯人員。
一、學(xué)習(xí)情境設(shè)計(jì)
我們把《商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯》分為商務(wù)接待,商務(wù)交流,商務(wù)宣傳,商務(wù)策略和交通物流等各種大情境,每種大情境下又分為具體的各種小情境。
二、教學(xué)方法設(shè)計(jì)
(一)情景教學(xué)法
情景的設(shè)置和模擬就是把商務(wù)活動(dòng)的情景運(yùn)用到課堂中,結(jié)合所講授的知識(shí),提高學(xué)生準(zhǔn)確使用商務(wù)專門用途英語的能力,并鞏固所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。模擬是連接知識(shí)與實(shí)踐的最行之有效的辦法,教師在教學(xué)過程中結(jié)合授課內(nèi)容對(duì)商務(wù)情景進(jìn)行設(shè)置,并要求學(xué)生進(jìn)行模擬,不僅活躍了課堂氣氛,充分發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的主動(dòng)性和積極性,更鍛煉了他們的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力。
(二)角色扮演法
角色扮演法是一種情景模擬活動(dòng)。所謂情景模擬就是指根據(jù)被試者可能擔(dān)任的職務(wù),編制一套與該職務(wù)實(shí)際根據(jù)相似的測(cè)試項(xiàng)目,將被試者安排在模擬的、逼真的工作環(huán)境中,要求被試者處理可能出現(xiàn)的各種問題,用多種方法來測(cè)評(píng)其心理素質(zhì)、潛在能力的一系列方法。情景模擬假設(shè)解決方法往往有一種以上,其中角色扮演法是情景模擬活動(dòng)應(yīng)用的比較廣泛的一種方法,其測(cè)評(píng)主要是針對(duì)被試者明顯的行為以及實(shí)際的操作,另外還包括兩個(gè)以上的人之間相互影響的作用。
(三)對(duì)工作過程流程性強(qiáng)的教學(xué)任務(wù),采用“任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)教學(xué)方法”
如迎來送往、商務(wù)會(huì)議、國際會(huì)展等教學(xué)任務(wù)。先明確任務(wù),提出目標(biāo)和要求,學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的專業(yè)理論和知識(shí),教師針對(duì)性指導(dǎo),學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)工作方案,制定工作計(jì)劃,組織和參加工作過程的實(shí)施,進(jìn)行專業(yè)技能練習(xí),最后組織學(xué)生自我評(píng)價(jià)、師生評(píng)價(jià)及企業(yè)人員參評(píng)。教學(xué)過程是以學(xué)生為完成任務(wù)的主體,教師是任務(wù)實(shí)施過程中的指導(dǎo)者,以完成任務(wù)的效果與質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果。
(四)將源自企業(yè)真實(shí)的案例引入教學(xué)內(nèi)容中,進(jìn)行“案例分析教學(xué)法”將外賓接待、良好商務(wù)關(guān)系的建立、與西方人如何打交道等行業(yè)企業(yè)中真實(shí)工作實(shí)例作為案例引入教學(xué),組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行分析討論,找出工作場(chǎng)景中產(chǎn)生的誤解、分歧或文化碰撞,制定解決措施,學(xué)生分組評(píng)價(jià),教師點(diǎn)評(píng)。使學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用專業(yè)知識(shí)分析解決生產(chǎn)中的實(shí)際問題。
(五)利用實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)室,采用“情景模擬教學(xué)法”和“商務(wù)劇場(chǎng)法”
如市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、產(chǎn)品促銷、價(jià)格談判、出入海關(guān)、處理客戶投訴等教學(xué)任務(wù),教師有目的地引入或創(chuàng)設(shè)具有一定情緒色彩的、以形象為主體的生動(dòng)具體的場(chǎng)景,學(xué)生置身于仿真的語言環(huán)境中,以不同的崗位角色參與到教學(xué)過程中,引起一定的態(tài)度體驗(yàn),從而激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,幫助學(xué)生理解和獲取知識(shí)或技能,極大調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生參與的積極性和主動(dòng)性,同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。其教學(xué)特色是言、行、情三者融為一體,核心是激發(fā)學(xué)生的情感,目的在于提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力。
(六)進(jìn)入行業(yè)企業(yè)定崗實(shí)習(xí),體驗(yàn)真實(shí)的工作環(huán)境的教學(xué)方法
在行業(yè)企業(yè),在指導(dǎo)老師和企業(yè)專家的指導(dǎo)下,學(xué)生在真正的工作崗位單獨(dú)實(shí)戰(zhàn),實(shí)踐操練,充分檢驗(yàn)自己所學(xué)知識(shí)與技能的實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力,職業(yè)素養(yǎng)及技術(shù)技能得到顯著提高,極大激發(fā)知識(shí)拓展能力和創(chuàng)新意識(shí),并把工作中遇到的實(shí)際問題帶回學(xué)校,和教師、同學(xué)共同探討解決,進(jìn)一步提高專業(yè)技能。
現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯教學(xué)中的充分、恰當(dāng)應(yīng)用,極大地豐富了教學(xué)內(nèi)容和手段,拓寬了教學(xué)活動(dòng)的時(shí)空領(lǐng)域,使學(xué)生語言知識(shí)及口譯技能的訓(xùn)練不再受時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)的限制。同時(shí)也激發(fā)了學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性與積極性,培養(yǎng)他們拓展知識(shí)從事口譯活動(dòng)的能力,活躍學(xué)生的第二課堂。
“教、學(xué)、做”一體情景教學(xué)是高職高專教育的重要實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,雖然現(xiàn)在由于受制于硬件、軟件等方面的約束,難以全面和深入地展開更多種的實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和方法,但本專業(yè)已在各方面開始進(jìn)行實(shí)踐教學(xué)的改革和嘗試,當(dāng)然這種改革是任重而道遠(yuǎn)的,只要堅(jiān)持這樣的理念做下去,不管是學(xué)生還是教師都將得到很大的提升。

一、舉辦目的1、為了發(fā)揚(yáng)外國語大學(xué)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì),高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)型人才的教育理念,樹立本院的學(xué)院精神,使之擁有良好的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)貌和氛圍,并在學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)上更上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階;
2、為營(yíng)造良好學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,打造我校品牌學(xué)科,夯實(shí)素質(zhì)教育改革的基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)決定開展“商務(wù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)口譯大賽”活動(dòng)。作為一次強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)特色,培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)能力的活動(dòng),將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化和凝聚我院特色,讓我院學(xué)生更深入了解真實(shí)商務(wù)工作環(huán)境,加快學(xué)生語言由知識(shí)型向應(yīng)用性的過度,提高學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
3、給廣大學(xué)生一個(gè)展示自我、挑戰(zhàn)自我的舞臺(tái),充分展現(xiàn)我院學(xué)子勤奮好學(xué)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),并從低處出發(fā),全面提高學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)水平。
4、打造學(xué)院品牌活動(dòng)。寓學(xué)于活動(dòng),將此具有專業(yè)特色的品牌活動(dòng)影響力以日語學(xué)院為起點(diǎn),擴(kuò)大其在全院乃至全校的影響力,進(jìn)而創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)全校共同學(xué)術(shù)共同進(jìn)步的良好學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。

七、具體流程
(一)整體安排1、2013年4月9日(星期二)11:40秘書部與協(xié)辦方各部部長(zhǎng)在M30
1召開例會(huì),成立各個(gè)工作小組并確定各組負(fù)責(zé)人,分配好此活動(dòng)各個(gè)
小組具體任務(wù)。(各部工作安排詳見附表4)
2、2013年4月12日(星期五)前,各部部?jī)?nèi)開會(huì),將任務(wù)細(xì)化,分配
責(zé)任到個(gè)人。將具體工作人員名單報(bào)給秘書部。
(二)宣傳階段1、2013年4月2日之前,秘書部針對(duì)大三各班宣傳委員召開大賽說明會(huì),宣傳委員負(fù)責(zé)在班內(nèi)宣傳并負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)名。
2、2013年4月2日前,體育部在逸夫樓六樓貼宣傳海報(bào)。
3、2013年4月29日前,體育部在運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)圍欄上貼出決賽宣傳海報(bào)。
(三)報(bào)名階段
1、條件:日語學(xué)院大三全體學(xué)生
2、報(bào)名方式:
大三各班宣傳委員統(tǒng)計(jì)(各班至少兩人):
將各班選的參賽人員姓名,班級(jí),聯(lián)系方式等詳細(xì)信息投遞到逸夫樓

根據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)情況,初賽分為兩種方式進(jìn)行。
*報(bào)名人數(shù)在40人及以下:
初賽將分為兩組進(jìn)行比賽,并在配樓兩間教室同時(shí)進(jìn)行。每組各選分?jǐn)?shù)排名前五名的選手,共計(jì)10人進(jìn)入決賽。評(píng)委由各班
班導(dǎo)師擔(dān)任,選手抽簽決定在哪組進(jìn)行初賽。
*報(bào)名人數(shù)在40人以上:
初賽在各班進(jìn)行,由本班班導(dǎo)師作為評(píng)委,找同一時(shí)間在班
內(nèi)進(jìn)行班級(jí)選拔,每班選出最優(yōu)的兩個(gè)人,共計(jì)20人進(jìn)入復(fù)賽。
復(fù)賽在配樓教室進(jìn)行,20晉10人
(4)比賽規(guī)則:
提前抽簽決定比賽順序,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題,給選手與所抽題目相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵
詞,根據(jù)涉及到的生詞數(shù)量給予相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間(初步計(jì)劃每個(gè)生詞3秒),然后立刻3~5分鐘進(jìn)行模擬商務(wù)口譯對(duì)話。
選出前十名進(jìn)入決賽。

a.主持人宣布比賽開始。
b.選手按抽簽順序上場(chǎng),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)大屏幕顯示與選手所抽題
目相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵詞,根據(jù)涉及到的生詞數(shù)量給予相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間(初步計(jì)劃每個(gè)生詞3秒),然后立刻3~5分鐘進(jìn)行模擬商務(wù)口譯對(duì)話。
注:每位選手比賽后評(píng)委立刻打分,由禮儀隊(duì)工作人員收回評(píng)分表;
收評(píng)分表時(shí)評(píng)委對(duì)該選手的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的點(diǎn)評(píng);
收評(píng)分表后工作人員立刻算分,并將成績(jī)交給主持人;
一號(hào)選手賽后暫不公布成績(jī),待二號(hào)選手完成比賽評(píng)委點(diǎn)評(píng)后

宣傳部成員整理后以展板的形式展示活動(dòng)的心得及精彩照片。
3、秘書部例會(huì)上總結(jié)此次活動(dòng)的成功之處及不足,為今后的活動(dòng)提供寶貴的指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以完善秘書部組織活動(dòng)的能力。
