投訴信寫(xiě)作

在生活中，人們經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到一些令人傷腦筋的事情，比如消費(fèi)利益受損、正常生活和工作受到干擾等，此時(shí)寫(xiě)封投訴信不失為一個(gè)解決問(wèn)題的辦法。

投訴信通常包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容：說(shuō)明投訴的原因并表示遺憾；實(shí)事求是地闡述問(wèn)題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過(guò)，切記不要夸大其詞；指出問(wèn)題引起的后果；提出批評(píng)及處理的意見(jiàn)或敦促對(duì)方采取措施，或者提出所希望的賠償以及補(bǔ)救方式。組織提綱時(shí)要遵循“三步走”的寫(xiě)作規(guī)律：

第一段：表明來(lái)信所要投訴的問(wèn)題，盡可能做到客觀禮貌，給讀信人留下好印象。應(yīng)該記住讀信人不一定就是錯(cuò)誤的責(zé)任人，他的合作對(duì)事情的最終圓滿解決有著非常重要的作用。

第二段：寫(xiě)明投訴的原因、問(wèn)題的經(jīng)過(guò)及產(chǎn)生的后果?？梢哉f(shuō)具體的理由，也可以說(shuō)問(wèn)題的具體體現(xiàn)方式。

第三段：提出解決方案，不需展開(kāi)。這段應(yīng)體現(xiàn)書(shū)信的禮貌原則，可以用類似“如果你能……，我將十分感激”這樣的表達(dá)方式。還要注意做到公平、公正。
