在2003上海旅游節(jié)開幕式上，一輛以“未來與歷史同游 時尚與精彩并進(jìn)”為主題的新天地花車盛大地巡游過淮海路?；ㄜ囋O(shè)計傳承了新天地新舊交融、中西合璧的理念，藝人們精彩的互動表演讓花車所經(jīng)之處都有無數(shù)游客歡呼雀躍。

“What is ART”藝術(shù)活動

9月13日

德國藝術(shù)家Roswitha Steinkopf將“What is ART”這個藝術(shù)活動從意大利、紐約帶到上海新天地，向游客征集簡短的、未經(jīng)深思熟慮的、個性化的回答。300塊答案板上寫滿了來自各個國家的游客用本國語言詮釋的藝術(shù)的概念，一名兩歲兒童更用漫畫彩虹來表達(dá)心目中的“藝術(shù)”。

“抬轎也瘋狂”新天地慈善抬轎比賽

9月14日

這場區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)意義上的比賽，不僅要求抬轎的速度，新奇創(chuàng)意的裝扮和熱情投入的啦啦隊也成為了比賽的焦點。瑞安集團(tuán)隊的裝扮最為搶眼，一襲古代文武官員的服飾與坐轎人的財神裝扮，謀殺了眾多攝影記者的菲林。而亞力山大隊以其緊身的健美服及完美的肌肉感贏得了“最酷扮相獎”。啦啦隊的助陣方式也各具特色：亞力山大會館熱力四射的健身操，Na Na Team美眉的啦啦隊舞......戴德梁行更是在震天的鑼鼓聲和吶喊聲中奪得全場“最炫啦啦隊獎”。最后，“最佳成績獎”的第一、二、三名分別由訓(xùn)練有素的亞力山大隊、110公斤坐轎人的交大建工學(xué)院隊及美女如云的UPS隊獲得。此次活動也得到了上海市慈善基金會的大力支持，活動所有籌得款項均捐贈與上海市慈善基金會用于慈善事業(yè)。

外國表演團(tuán)新天地巡游

9月14日、15日

遠(yuǎn)道而來的澳大利亞“叢林火雞”樂隊演唱許多具有當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)情的歌曲，并展示了他們別具一格的樂器：桉樹樹干制成的號角和洗衣板做成的木琴。法國CLUB MED表演團(tuán)的帥哥美女們熱情奔放，帶動現(xiàn)場觀眾載歌載舞，使那晚的新天地成為歡樂的海洋。

新天地啤酒節(jié)

9月20日至10月6日

與擁有一百多年歷史的德國啤酒節(jié)同步進(jìn)行的新天地啤酒節(jié)，將濃郁巴伐利亞風(fēng)情帶到新天地人工湖畔。美酒佳肴，歡歌樂舞，每天吸引著無數(shù)熱情友好的人們在這里舉杯暢飲，享受

9月11日至10月7日

“挑戰(zhàn)極限─2003新天地慈善攀巖”活動精彩回顧

2003年4月19日是個春雨的日子，但新天地南里中庭卻一片雀躍歡騰，因為這里正在舉行由上海新天地主辦的“挑戰(zhàn)極限─2003新天地慈善攀巖”競賽活動。

來自各國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的8支參賽隊伍不僅紛紛派出高手參加攀巖競賽，同時還組織了熱烈勁爆的啦啦隊前來吶喊助威。比賽激烈緊張，選手們的出色表現(xiàn)掀起一個又一個高潮。來自巴馬丹拿集團(tuán)的一名男選手身手矯健，如履平地，僅用了9秒的時間就攀至巖頂。最后，比賽的桂冠被麥當(dāng)勞新天地店的代表隊摘??；而最勁爆啦啦隊獎則由東道主香港瑞安集團(tuán)新天地隊獲得。

企業(yè)團(tuán)隊競賽結(jié)束后，就進(jìn)入了個人慈善攀巖階段。前往新天地的游客都紛紛解囊，體驗極限運(yùn)動的同時也付出了愛心。

又一年的攝影大賽揭曉

繼去年上海市攝影家協(xié)會在新天地成功舉辦了“新天地迎新歲”攝影大獎賽后，新天地又舉辦了主題為“光影同奏、燈火盛典”的2003上海新天地新年攝影比賽。本次比賽的參賽者都是滬上攝影界的知名攝影家、攝影記者。他們提供的近800幅作品，生動展現(xiàn)了新天地跨年零點，近萬名中外賓客在美麗的太平橋人工湖畔辭舊迎新的壯觀場面，以及元旦、春節(jié)期間新天地歡樂喜慶的新年裝飾和人文景觀，從各種角度反映了上海越來越國際化的都市形象。經(jīng)評委們多輪評選，共有11幅作品獲獎，并選出20幅入圍作品。

2003年3月8日至14日，該項攝影比賽的作品展于新天地南里中庭舉行，50幅優(yōu)秀的參賽作品齊放異彩，感受時空交錯中的新天、新地、新時尚。

星光燦爛，普天同歡

12月31日，2002年的最后一個夜晚，來自四面八方的人們絡(luò)繹不絕地趕往新天地，八九點鐘時人工湖邊就被歡聚的人們圍得水泄不通。燈光燦爛的舞臺和巨型屏幕豎立在水色怡人的湖面上，絢麗奪目的激光在空中飛舞，寒冷的空氣難擋人群中的融融熱情。

晚會在著名主持人吳大維的詼諧幽默介紹中開場。首先躍上舞臺的是三位身手不凡的外籍DJ，他們用一流的打碟技術(shù)和充滿活力的歌舞調(diào)動觀眾的高亢情緒，為一波又一波接踵而至的精彩節(jié)目熱身。

國內(nèi)知名樂隊“水晶蝶”、蜚聲海內(nèi)外的鋼琴家孔祥東、國際巨星李玟先后登臺，好戲連連，觀眾情緒節(jié)節(jié)高漲。年輕的“水晶蝶”用搖滾演繹柔情，一曲“夜來香”被改編得令人耳目一新?？紫闁|的“月亮代表我的心”、“將軍令”和“我是中國人”把觀眾帶入時而委婉柔美、時而鏗鏘激昂的情緒中。晚11點后，Coco李玟的出場更引來滿場歡呼聲。在長達(dá)50分鐘不間斷的個人演出中，Coco狂歌勁舞共10首曲目，變換四種造型，令場下觀眾如癡如醉。

隨著大屏幕“10，9，8，7，......”倒數(shù)數(shù)字的不斷跳出，晚會的氣氛達(dá)到高潮。舞臺中央8位嘉賓在零點準(zhǔn)時拉動遙控裝置，軌道火箭、冷煙火燃亮了湖心的2003計時牌，人們歡呼、相擁、彼此祝福，絢爛的夜空映照著一片歡騰的人工湖。

歡樂是那么不容易褪去的，在動感十足的舞曲和DJ們的再次帶領(lǐng)下，許多觀眾紛紛開始盡情舞蹈。臺上臺下，每個人都沉浸在新年的喜悅中，這個冬夜，不再寒冷。

2003年來臨了。新天地絢爛的夜空和人們溫暖的笑臉將成為新一年最美好的開端和難以忘懷的記憶。

上海新天地2003新年亮燈儀式

2002年12月14日，新天地舉行了一個以“關(guān)注兒童、種植希望”為主題的新天地2003新年亮燈儀式。同時，也揭開了新天地新年活動的序幕。

在新天地2003新年亮燈儀式上，近200位中外兒童在新天地南里廣場當(dāng)場書寫自己來年的愿望，紛紛將一年的愿望卡掛在圣誕樹上，將三年和十年的愿望卡投入圣誕樹下的愿望箱，照相機(jī)記錄下孩子們許愿的一瞬間，成為他們成長過程中難忘的回憶。

盧灣區(qū)區(qū)政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、瑞安集團(tuán)董事長羅康瑞先生亦出席了該次活動，并共同啟動了亮燈裝置。隨著圣誕樹逐層亮燈至頂端的星星彩燈，新天地廣場內(nèi)所有樹木燈光同時點亮。同一時刻，現(xiàn)場嘉賓放飛了手中懸掛愿望卡的氣球，“雪花”漫天飛舞，慈祥的圣誕老人為孩子們帶來了豐富的禮物，兒童合唱團(tuán)天籟般的歌聲在周圍縈繞，將新天地匯成一片燈火的海洋、歡樂的海洋。

作為該次活動的后續(xù)部分，新天地已在人工湖綠地選擇1棵小樹，將裝滿孩子們心愿的3個愿望箱分別埋在樹下，在樹上作好標(biāo)記，等待一年、三年、十年后，分別取出愿望箱，讓這批當(dāng)年參加許愿活動的孩子們重新開啟，驗證愿望是否實現(xiàn)。

演繹世界精彩-新天地全面開業(yè)特別演出

2002年9月30日，慶賀上海新天地全面開業(yè)的“演繹世界精彩”特別演出在南里中庭舉行。在歡快的祝酒歌聲中，各方嘉賓入席。瑞安集團(tuán)主席羅康瑞先生致詞感謝各方對新天地的支持。

活動邀請了香港衛(wèi)視音樂臺的柯蘭和美籍著名藝人蔡滿壽擔(dān)任主持，全場氣氛熱烈，節(jié)目精彩紛呈。前不久剛舉辦了《父親與我》個人演奏會的著名作曲家陳剛與女高音獨唱王欣合作，首次出演新作《夢中人》，陳先生還表演了他最著名的《梁?！?，讓在場所有觀眾一飽耳福。充滿民族風(fēng)情的藏族舞蹈，展現(xiàn)異域風(fēng)情的蘇格蘭踢踏舞，風(fēng)靡世界的爵士舞輪番上場，整個舞臺充滿繽紛色彩?；顒舆€請來了滬上著名流行樂人李泉，靈感組合獻(xiàn)藝，外國留學(xué)生表演中國武術(shù)等精彩節(jié)目，將高雅與時尚，傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代融為一體。新天地員工和租戶與演員同臺演出，表演拉丁舞蹈將活動推向高潮，現(xiàn)場充滿了歡樂喜慶的氣氛。

來自英國的心靈之舞

－記英國阿庫漢姆現(xiàn)代舞團(tuán)在新天地演出

2002年9月19到21日晚，在上海新天地的南里中庭，上演了3場獨特的現(xiàn)代舞作品KAASH（印度語：若）。來自英國的阿庫漢姆（Akram Khan）舞蹈團(tuán)糅合傳統(tǒng)印度舞蹈Katha和現(xiàn)代舞風(fēng)格，通過動感十足的節(jié)奏和細(xì)致入微的肢體語言，給人們帶來不同凡響的新鮮震撼。在燈光幽暗，鋪著黑色亞麻地氈的舞臺上，5位舞者以出神入化的表演講述著印度傳統(tǒng)宗教中眾神的故事，有步態(tài)飄搖的甘奈沙（Ganesha），行動迅捷、頑皮的奎師那（Krishna）和孔武有力、強(qiáng)悍暴虐的濕婆（Shiva），一舉手一投足都充滿創(chuàng)造性，引領(lǐng)現(xiàn)場兩百多名觀眾沉醉在無盡的遐想空間，全場鴉雀無聲，只有神秘的音樂在空中回旋。

領(lǐng)舞阿庫漢姆是出生于英國的具有東南亞血統(tǒng)的舞蹈家，自幼接受舞蹈訓(xùn)練，“現(xiàn)代Kathak舞”是他多年潛心探索的獨創(chuàng)，受到世界各地舞蹈界的矚目。他帶領(lǐng)自己組建的舞蹈團(tuán)世界各地演出，每次都在當(dāng)?shù)匾疝Z動。由英國領(lǐng)事館文化教育處組織，上海新天地協(xié)辦了他們這

次中國之行，三個晚上的演出深深打動了上海的觀眾的心。

2002年9月14晚，2002年上海旅游節(jié)開幕暨花車大巡游隆重舉行。雖然秋雨綿綿，卻阻擋不住上海市民爭睹花車風(fēng)采及精彩節(jié)目的興致。8點剛過，隨著靜安區(qū)少女軍鼓隊邁著整齊的腳步走進(jìn)主會場，21輛花車、21個方隊浩浩蕩蕩地穿過百年淮海路，沿途播撒歡樂與美好。

作為首次參加旅游節(jié)花車巡游的上海新天地以“歷史與現(xiàn)代的對話”的造型創(chuàng)意排在了花車方陣的第一位?；ㄜ嚿蟻辛⒌娜齻€不同時期、形態(tài)的“石庫門”代表上海歷史文化和這座城市昔日的輝煌，現(xiàn)代感的“玻璃建筑”代表上海將成為國際大都市的美好前景。而當(dāng)花車行進(jìn)到淮海路瑞安廣場門前，閃耀的冷煙花在車上綻放，頓時將淮海路兩旁觀眾的氣氛推向高潮，一邊的年輕人更手持熒光棒、氣球，與花車表演相呼應(yīng)，烘托歡樂的氣氛。

“Shikumen”, meaning “stone gate” , is a special old form of residence in Shanghai.In many ways, it is indeed a gateway to the fascinating history of this largest coastal city of China.In the middle of the 19th century, the uprising of the “Taiping Heavenly Kingdom” forced a large number of residents from Shanghai and its neighbouring Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces to take refuge in the city's foreign concessions.To meet the needs of the rapidly increasing population, “Shikumen” houses were built in the foreign concessions on an unprecedented scale.A typical “Shikumen” house is built along narrow alleys(or “l(fā)ong-tangs”)and features a stone gate framing a black wooden front door that leads into a small enclosed courtyard.This unique architectural setting provided residents with a feeling of security in a turbulent era, and as most of them were developed by foreign companies, “Shikumen” houses had gradually become a symbol of East meeting West in Shanghai.

舞臺兩邊一定要有時尚家電、化妝產(chǎn)品以及一些熱銷產(chǎn)品的展示、易拉寶（企業(yè)簡介），身穿圣誕老人裝的銷售員，在臺下渲染氣氛，發(fā)放單頁（如活動安排以及商廈商家的介紹和優(yōu)惠活動）。

來自新天地內(nèi)部的20名不同部門的員工，進(jìn)行美陳、點鈔、家居必備技能這三項比賽。

首先進(jìn)行美陳比賽，7名員工被要求以“平安夜”為主題，陳列分滿，色彩搭配合理，突出商品特性和實用性，并融入浪漫特色。平安夜是白雪紛飛，全家團(tuán)聚，盡享和平的祥和夜晚，飄逸的白雪，流水般浮云，灰、米兩色冷暖搭配，休閑隨意，充滿含蓄內(nèi)斂的都市氣息，感染著每一位駐足的顧客。其次是點鈔比賽，七名員工準(zhǔn)確嫻熟的收銀，點鈔服務(wù)，優(yōu)雅時尚的花式點鈔表演秀，力求贏的顧客肯定。

最后是非常實用的家居必備技能比賽。六名員工分別進(jìn)行扎領(lǐng)帶、疊衣服的比賽。要求手法嫻熟，高效的同時保證效果優(yōu)質(zhì)。在最快的時間完成這2項任務(wù)最好的員工獲勝。在比賽結(jié)束之后，現(xiàn)場有20分鐘的互動環(huán)節(jié)，有興趣的觀眾可以現(xiàn)場向我們的家居大賽的冠軍學(xué)習(xí)怎么快速扎領(lǐng)帶、疊衣服等，學(xué)會的觀眾我們有精美小禮品和商鋪購物券贈送。

制作數(shù)個轉(zhuǎn)盤，轉(zhuǎn)盤上標(biāo)上數(shù)字，每個數(shù)字對應(yīng)一個趣味問答，問題設(shè)置最好與平安夜有關(guān)的（如有富余人手的話，可指派一名專職銷售員負(fù)責(zé)游戲組織），力求簡單，獎品有如下：蘋果，各商鋪的代金券，毛絨圣誕老人，以代金券居多。

所有參加主題party的人都可以排隊參加幸運(yùn)大轉(zhuǎn)盤趣味游戲：隨手轉(zhuǎn)出一個數(shù)字，回答此數(shù)字對應(yīng)的問題，答對有獎。參考問題如下：

23:00——24:00 說明：安排一些人員跳舞，帶動觀眾的活躍氣氛，帶動大家營造一個快樂愉悅浪漫的晚會。

播放優(yōu)雅迷人的音樂，提前安排一些跳舞的人，帶動現(xiàn)場氣氛，鼓勵大家一起舞動起來，在這個浪漫溫馨的夜晚，愉悅而溫馨的度過。同時會有一些卡通人物如雪人，白雪公主，圣誕老人等在周邊蹦蹦跳跳唱唱，把晚會帶入一個高潮。
