      (二)錯接事故

      (1)造成事故的原因——沒有留有足夠的時間,倉促上崗;接團前沒有準(zhǔn)備接團必須的物品,也沒有與司機作好工作分工;導(dǎo)游員責(zé)任心不強,接到旅游團后不認(rèn)真仔細(xì)核對。(2)事故處理方法

      (3)事故的預(yù)防——導(dǎo)游員要提前到達接站地點,當(dāng)旅游團抵達后要與司機分好工,站在出口的醒目位置,高舉接站牌便于旅游團認(rèn)找;要認(rèn)真分析旅游團成員的民族成分,通過旅游團的特征認(rèn)找旅游團;找到旅游團后要認(rèn)真細(xì)致地核對旅游團的領(lǐng)隊或全陪的姓名、旅游團的人數(shù)、旅游團的編號、國內(nèi)組團社或境外組團社的名稱、旅游團所下榻的飯店。

      (三)空接事故

      (1)造成空接的原因——旅游團提前到達,卻沒有與接待社聯(lián)系上,徑直去了將要下榻的飯店;旅游團把乘交通工具由于天氣或機械故障延誤了出發(fā)時間,而組團社又沒有即時通知地接社。

      (2)事故處理方法

      (3)事故的預(yù)防——上一站全陪或領(lǐng)隊?wèi)?yīng)及時將旅游團臨時變更情況通知下一站接待社,本站接待社也應(yīng)主動與上一站接待社或組團社溝通;旅行社內(nèi)勤人員要有高度責(zé)任心,在接到上一站變更通知后,立即設(shè)法通知導(dǎo)游員;導(dǎo)游員自己也應(yīng)在接團前再次核實接待計劃,必要時,應(yīng)親自到旅行社查閱有關(guān)值班記錄和變更通知,并按接待計劃預(yù)訂時間提前抵達接站地點。

      3、誤機(車、船)事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (1)造成誤機(車、船)事故的原因——一是導(dǎo)游員安排日程不當(dāng),沒有留有余地,臨行前安排游客前往范圍廣、地域復(fù)雜的景點或商業(yè)區(qū)參觀游覽、購物,延誤了時間;二是導(dǎo)游員沒有按服務(wù)規(guī)范提前抵達機場(車站、碼頭);三是在每年交通工具的新舊時刻交替時,導(dǎo)游員犯經(jīng)驗主義錯誤,仍按以往的離開時間送團;四是交通工具時間變更,旅行社內(nèi)勤沒有及時通知導(dǎo)游員或?qū)в螁T沒有提前與內(nèi)勤聯(lián)系和確認(rèn)時刻,仍按原計劃航班(車次、船次)送團。

      (2)事故處理方法——將成事故的處理;既成事故的處理

      (三)游客走失事故的預(yù)防——導(dǎo)游員每天要向游客通報當(dāng)天的游覽日程,游覽景區(qū)、用餐點的名稱和地地址,抵達時間和逗留時間,以便走失者自己去餐廳或下一個景點與旅游團匯合;在游覽過程中,地陪在導(dǎo)游員講解時一定要分出精力觀察周圍環(huán)境、留意游客的動向,全陪要盡全力與領(lǐng)隊合作,隨時注意游客的活動,及時提醒落后游客跟上隊伍,避免游客走失事故發(fā)生。

      9、交通事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (二)交通事故的預(yù)防:導(dǎo)游員在旅途中不要與司機交談;要提醒司機不開英雄車、賭氣車,不要酒后駕車,不開疲勞車;阻止非本車司機開車;提醒司機雨霧天謹(jǐn)慎駕駛并準(zhǔn)備好雪天的車輪防滑設(shè)備。

      10、治安事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (一)治安事故就是指在旅游活動期間,發(fā)生的游客遭歹徒行兇、詐騙、偷竊、搶劫、欺侮等事件。

      (二)治安事故的處理:(1)保護游客的人身和財物安全(2)報告公安部門和旅行社(3)安定游客的情緒(4)協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理善后事宜(5)寫出書面報告

      (三)治安事故的預(yù)防:要經(jīng)常提醒游客把身邊貴重物品存入飯店的保險柜內(nèi);不要與陌生人接觸,不要貿(mào)然開門;不私自交換外幣;每次離開旅游車時,導(dǎo)游員都要不厭其煩地提醒游客不要把貴重物品和證件放在車上,要提醒司機關(guān)好車窗、鎖好車門;旅游活動中導(dǎo)游員要始終與游客在一起,密切注意周圍環(huán)境的變化,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)不正?,F(xiàn)象,就要提醒游客注意并迅速轉(zhuǎn)移到安全地帶;交通工具在行駛過程中,提醒司機不要隨意停車,不允許搭乘無關(guān)人員。

      11、火災(zāi)事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (一)火災(zāi)事故的處理:(1)立即通知游客(2)引導(dǎo)客人自救(3)處理善后事宜

      (二)火災(zāi)事故的預(yù)防:導(dǎo)游員要提醒游客不要躺在床上抽煙,不要亂扔煙蒂和火種,不要把易燃易爆物品夾在行李中;導(dǎo)游員要熟悉飯店安全通道,對每一樓層的太平門、安全出口、安全樓梯的位置熟記在心。

      12、食物中毒事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (一)食物中毒事故的處理:(1)設(shè)法緩解病情(2)立即送往醫(yī)院(3)立即報告

      (二)食物中毒事故的預(yù)防:為了避免此類事故的發(fā)生,導(dǎo)游員在帶團過程中要做好以下方面的事:在嚴(yán)格按放行的規(guī)定到定點餐館用餐;要提醒游客不在隨意在小攤上吃東西;若游客在用餐時發(fā)現(xiàn)飯菜、飲料、水里不衛(wèi)生或變質(zhì),應(yīng)立即與餐廳聯(lián)系,要求更換,并要求餐廳負(fù)責(zé)人出面道歉。

      13、游客摔傷或被蛇、蟲咬傷事故的處理與預(yù)防

      (一)摔傷事故的處理:(1)立即進行初步處理(2)送往醫(yī)院搶救(3)做好善后工作

      (二)被蛇、蟲咬傷的處理:(1)應(yīng)急處理(2)送醫(yī)院搶救(3)做好善后事宜

      (三)游客摔傷和被蛇、蟲咬傷事故的預(yù)防:導(dǎo)游為了防止此類事故的發(fā)生就要在導(dǎo)游工作中有足夠的細(xì)心,提醒游客靠山邊行走并注意自己的腳下,告訴游客走路不看景,看景不走路;阻止游客前往有危險的地方拍照、攀爬、嬉戲;提醒游客不要在草叢或灌木中穿行等。

      14、游客生病或死亡問題的處理與預(yù)防

      (一)游客患一般疾病的處理:游客因水土不服或旅途勞累感到身體不適,一般情況下不會有太大關(guān)系,導(dǎo)游員可根據(jù)生病游客的實際情況及其自己的意見來處理。導(dǎo)游員要問清他的病因,了解病情,如果病情不重客人自己也希望參加旅游活動,導(dǎo)游員一般應(yīng)答應(yīng)其要求,但在游覽中要特別注意該游客的反映,要不時詢問他的感受,一旦客人病情加重就要終止他的旅游活動并送他到醫(yī)院治療。若生病游客不想隨團活動,而要留在飯店里休息,導(dǎo)游員也不應(yīng)該強拉他隨團活動;有時導(dǎo)游員勸阻部分年老體弱且身體不適卻想隨團活動的游客留在飯店內(nèi)休息,或在旅游車上休息;導(dǎo)游員要與餐廳聯(lián)系好,為留在飯店內(nèi)的生病游客提供餐飲服務(wù)。

      (二)游客患重病的處理

      積極采取救護措施:在旅行途中游客突然生病,導(dǎo)游員應(yīng)就地采取措施進行搶救,可以請機組人員、列車員、船上服務(wù)員在交通工具上尋找醫(yī)生,也可請領(lǐng)隊或病人的親屬在病人口袋里尋找常備藥物,讓其服用以緩解病情;同時通知下一站急救中心和旅行社做好搶救準(zhǔn)備。如果游客是在前往旅游景點的途中突然發(fā)病,導(dǎo)游員應(yīng)立即攔車將其送到最近的醫(yī)院搶救,必要時可暫時終止旅游活動,用旅游車將病人送往醫(yī)院。在飯店突然發(fā)病,應(yīng)先由飯店醫(yī)務(wù)人員搶救,然后再送往醫(yī)院救治。導(dǎo)游員應(yīng)盡早通知旅行社,請求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指示和派人協(xié)助處理。事情結(jié)束后,導(dǎo)游員要寫出詳細(xì)的書面報告,介紹病情、搶救經(jīng)過和結(jié)果,患者親屬及其他游客的反映等。

      11、貨幣知識

      (一)外匯

      (1)外匯的概念:外匯(foreign exchange)是指以外幣表示的可用于國際結(jié)算的一種支付手段,它包括外國貨幣(鈔票、鑄幣),外幣有價證券(政府公債、國庫券、公司債券、股票、息票等)、外幣支付憑證(票據(jù)、銀行存款憑證、郵政儲蓄憑證等)以及其他外匯資金。

      (2)外匯管理:我國對外匯實行由國家集中管理、統(tǒng)一經(jīng)營的方針。根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)行的《中華人民共和國外匯管理條理》規(guī)定,在中華人民共和國境內(nèi),禁止外匯流通、使用、質(zhì)押,禁止私自買賣外匯,禁止以任何形式進行套匯、炒匯、逃匯,并不得以外幣計價結(jié)算。(3)世界流通貨幣:目前在我國可兌換成人民幣的外幣有——美元、歐元、英鎊、日元、澳大利亞元、加拿大元、瑞士法郎、丹麥克郎、挪威克郎、瑞典克郎、新加坡元、港幣、臺幣等。

      (4)匯率:匯率是一國貨幣用另一國貨幣表示的價格,或者說是兩國貨幣的兌換比率

      (二)旅行支票:是銀行或旅行支票公司為方便旅行者,在旅行者交存一定金額后簽發(fā)的一種面額固定的,沒有指定的付款人和付款地點的定額票據(jù)。

      (三)信用卡:是指銀行或信用卡公司為提供消費信用而發(fā)給客戶在指定地點支取現(xiàn)金、購買貨物或支付勞務(wù)費用的信用憑證,實際上是一種分期付款的消費者信貸。

      目前我國受理的主要外國信用卡有:萬事達卡(Master Card)、維薩卡(Vise Card)、運通卡(American Express Card)、JCB卡、大萊卡(Diners Card)、發(fā)達卡、百萬卡。
