眾所周知，教學(xué)管理是學(xué)校的中心工作。如何使教學(xué)工作與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，推陳出新？新課程改革是勢(shì)在必行的。在教改的春風(fēng)中，縣教育局、學(xué)校帶領(lǐng)廣大教師認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)洋思學(xué)校和杜朗口學(xué)校的先進(jìn)教學(xué)理念和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們結(jié)合新課程改革精神，在教學(xué)管理上引入了精細(xì)化日清管理理念，形成了我校自我完善和持續(xù)發(fā)展的日清管理機(jī)制，促進(jìn)了學(xué)校教學(xué)常規(guī)的落實(shí)和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。特別是日清、周清工作的有序開展，更成為新課程改革中一片絢麗的色彩。下面將我校的日清周清工作做以總結(jié)。

一、“清”的觀念要明確

觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變是改革的前提。老子曾說過：“天下難事，必做于易；天下大事，必做與細(xì)?！蔽倚Ｓ杏?jì)劃有步驟地重點(diǎn)培育全體教職工精細(xì)化日清管理意識(shí)，再由教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的日清管理意識(shí)，都要樹立一種理念，即日事日畢、日清日高。相應(yīng)的則有周學(xué)周畢，周清周高。對(duì)于教師，首先是抓好校內(nèi)培訓(xùn)，通過反復(fù)宣傳、查找問題、理清思路、交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)來加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師精細(xì)化日清管理意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)。其次是加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，鼓勵(lì)教師借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)、報(bào)刊等手段不斷學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)化。對(duì)于學(xué)生則明確目標(biāo)、讓學(xué)生思想重視。我們給學(xué)生進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的思想教育，使學(xué)生高度重視，端正學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。讓學(xué)生在心里認(rèn)識(shí)到：不學(xué)習(xí)不行，學(xué)習(xí)不好不行、學(xué)習(xí)不進(jìn)步不行，學(xué)習(xí)不達(dá)標(biāo)不行。創(chuàng)設(shè)一種濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，為四清落實(shí)掃清障礙。

二、“清”的準(zhǔn)備要充分

1、“清”的內(nèi)容的準(zhǔn)備?！扒濉钡闹R(shí)一定要是重點(diǎn)，要求學(xué)生必會(huì)的。教師要把握準(zhǔn)，必須更加細(xì)致地備課，對(duì)每一處知識(shí)都要做到全面了解，明確重難點(diǎn)。如何讓學(xué)生將你準(zhǔn)確確定的知識(shí)重點(diǎn)聽懂、理解、記住呢？教師們?cè)诮谭▽W(xué)法上多研究探索。也就要求加大教研力度，尤其要發(fā)揮年級(jí)集體備課的作用，讓每一位教師都準(zhǔn)確把握教材，心里明確：哪些地方學(xué)生可以自己學(xué)會(huì)，哪些地方可以通過學(xué)生合作交流突破，哪些地方應(yīng)該提示學(xué)生在自學(xué)時(shí)留心，還有哪些地方有困難，教師應(yīng)該如何用簡(jiǎn)短語言引導(dǎo)點(diǎn)撥，讓學(xué)生自學(xué)收到預(yù)期效果。這樣，就確保了：學(xué)生自學(xué)充分、學(xué)習(xí)效果顯著、教師主導(dǎo)地位明確、檢測(cè)反饋時(shí)間充足。

只有這樣，每天的日清工作才能有序進(jìn)行：課堂上重點(diǎn)突出并透徹地講解、教師對(duì)日清任務(wù)的布置、“師帶兵”“兵教兵”直至清完。

也只有日清工作進(jìn)行得順利，周清工作才能出色完成。因?yàn)橹芮迨菍?duì)一周內(nèi)所學(xué)知識(shí)的檢測(cè)，也是對(duì)一周日清工作的驗(yàn)收。所以，教師要對(duì)一周的日清工作做到胸中有數(shù)，特別是清時(shí)有困難的周清時(shí)要必考。

2、“清”的其它工作，如每次“清”的試卷、黑板或題簽，再如，“清”前的拉單桌都千萬不要在清前倉(cāng)皇準(zhǔn)備，一定要提前準(zhǔn)備，使日清周清工作有序進(jìn)行。同時(shí)，教師還以督促學(xué)生提前做好“清”的充分準(zhǔn)備，如復(fù)習(xí)要充分、工具要齊全等。

三、“清”的形式常規(guī)化 “日清”主要體現(xiàn)在數(shù)學(xué)、語文、英語三科，其它學(xué)科教師如果有任務(wù)要完成，也可以布置“日清”內(nèi)容。根據(jù)任務(wù)的確定，授課當(dāng)天利用一切可利用的時(shí)間由學(xué)科教師清各學(xué)習(xí)小組（主要根據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)、語文、英語三科的互幫互助原則，組成的4—6人的小組）的組長(zhǎng)，組長(zhǎng)再清本組內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)較好的同學(xué)，已清的同學(xué)與組長(zhǎng)共同清組內(nèi)其他同學(xué)?？偠灾?，已被清完的同學(xué)都可以成為清的執(zhí)行者，他也有了再鞏固的機(jī)會(huì)。對(duì)于實(shí)在有困難的學(xué)生，要由組長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)第二日清完。

“周清”語文和數(shù)學(xué)借助周測(cè)反饋，教師將一周所學(xué)匯總一周以來日清的情況，出一套周清試題，側(cè)重于基礎(chǔ)性。學(xué)生答題時(shí)必須用鉛筆完成，以備答錯(cuò)的再清時(shí)可擦掉直接清；英語以清單詞短語和《英語輔導(dǎo)報(bào)》為主要內(nèi)容，單詞短語板示在小黑板上，學(xué)生將題抄在《英語輔導(dǎo)報(bào)》的空白處后，再完成測(cè)試內(nèi)容。每周五下午數(shù)語外三科每科40分鐘，測(cè)完后，就周清試題輔導(dǎo)講解，學(xué)生都理解后，引導(dǎo)他們?cè)偾?，直至全?huì)為止（學(xué)習(xí)有困難的酌情處理）。

“清”的內(nèi)容和形式確定后，學(xué)生的復(fù)習(xí)和答題準(zhǔn)備都形成定式，自然會(huì)做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，學(xué)習(xí)效率大大提高。

四、“清”的督促多樣化

教師和學(xué)生是日清工作的重心，要做到“日清”“周清”，單憑說教、宣傳是不行的，看似轟轟烈烈，實(shí)則蒼白無力，必須抓住班級(jí)這個(gè)切入點(diǎn)，實(shí)行重心下移，充分發(fā)揮班級(jí)的核心作用，不求大而全，只求小而實(shí)，做到日清制度化，操作數(shù)據(jù)化，目標(biāo)激勵(lì)化，落到實(shí)處，才能真正起到清的作用。考慮到這一點(diǎn)，我校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)首先想到，企業(yè)間沒有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就無法生存，人之間沒有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就不會(huì)有進(jìn)步，班級(jí)之間沒有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，就沒有生機(jī)與活力。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)產(chǎn)生壓力、壓力產(chǎn)生動(dòng)力?；诖?，從去年開始，決定在班級(jí)管理中引入日清模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制，盯住一個(gè)“賽”字抓住班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)周清，以“合作互助小組”為基本競(jìng)賽單位，以“周周爭(zhēng)紅旗”為競(jìng)賽展示陣地，開展班內(nèi)對(duì)手賽班級(jí)擂臺(tái)賽通過引入競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制，創(chuàng)建可行的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，讓人人參與，激活每一個(gè)學(xué)生，每一個(gè)班級(jí)，每一個(gè)年級(jí)，最終使學(xué)校日清日高蒸蒸日上，達(dá)到人人有人清，事事有人清，時(shí)時(shí)有人清。

五、再清工作的靈活性

對(duì)于日清、周清有困難的學(xué)生，也就是不過關(guān)的學(xué)生，分學(xué)科，以學(xué)習(xí)小組為單位，優(yōu)差生合理編排，給學(xué)生指定幫扶對(duì)象，明確幫扶要求。學(xué)生間都建立了一對(duì)一的幫輔對(duì)子，優(yōu)等生可以利用課上、課下一切可利用的時(shí)間，對(duì)未“清”的學(xué)生再進(jìn)行二次或三次清，直到清完為止。同時(shí)，任課教師也特別關(guān)注學(xué)困生，無論是從思想上，還是從學(xué)習(xí)上，都多與之溝通重視學(xué)生間幫扶。在這一環(huán)節(jié)的進(jìn)行中，調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，讓優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生在不斷的講解中提高，讓后進(jìn)生在同學(xué)的幫助下進(jìn)步。同時(shí)對(duì)于優(yōu)秀學(xué)生培養(yǎng)，還要從良好習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成抓起?！懊刻爝M(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)?！弊屍湔一刈孕?，在自己的起點(diǎn)上不斷進(jìn)步。現(xiàn)在我校以形成良好的學(xué)困生轉(zhuǎn)化態(tài)勢(shì)，日清、周清成為一個(gè)既定的目標(biāo)，已內(nèi)化為一種學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)自覺主動(dòng)，“清”
