      為調(diào)動(dòng)廣大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性,提高我校的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)我校的學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè),營(yíng)造積極、向上的校園文化氛圍,配合全國(guó)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的改革,決定舉行第三屆大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)朗誦比賽?,F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下:

      一、競(jìng)賽目的為了調(diào)動(dòng)廣大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性,提高大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)方面的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力,有力地配合專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),增強(qiáng)學(xué)生掌握和運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)的能力,從而提高學(xué)生在社會(huì)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

      二、組織工作

      學(xué)校成立鄖陽(yáng)師專第三屆大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)朗誦比賽組委會(huì),負(fù)責(zé)比賽的總體安排。

      三、參賽對(duì)象

      2012和2013級(jí)全體在校非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生

      四、比賽形式

      本次大賽共分為初賽、復(fù)賽和決賽三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。個(gè)人在班上報(bào)名,在大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師的主持下各班進(jìn)行初賽,每班級(jí)通過(guò)初賽分別挑選1到2名選手參加復(fù)賽;復(fù)賽勝出的20名選手參加決賽。初賽要求于11月25日前統(tǒng)一全面結(jié)束,各英語(yǔ)老師務(wù)必于11月26日提交進(jìn)入復(fù)賽選手的名單。

      五、比賽活動(dòng)具體內(nèi)容(一)比賽內(nèi)容:

      選手自由選擇一篇英文文章進(jìn)行脫稿朗誦,時(shí)間不超過(guò)四分鐘。(二)比賽流程

      1、選手在比賽過(guò)程中如果超時(shí)會(huì)得到的提示,3分鐘時(shí)工作人員會(huì)舉起停止牌,停止牌放下,表明選手超時(shí),主持人終止選手朗誦。決賽時(shí),選手朗誦完后,回答評(píng)委老師提出的問(wèn)題。

      2、出場(chǎng)順序:由選手賽前抽簽決定出場(chǎng)順序。

      3、注意事項(xiàng):

      1)必須控制好時(shí)間,限時(shí)環(huán)節(jié)以秒表計(jì)算嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,以確保比賽順利完成。2)統(tǒng)計(jì)分?jǐn)?shù)的工作人員必須認(rèn)真、細(xì)致,確保計(jì)分準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。

      (三)評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn):

      比賽根據(jù)5大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù)評(píng)分:

      1、朗誦內(nèi)容和形式(30分);

      2、英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言水平(語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)、斷句、音調(diào)的起伏、音色的純度、重音、重讀)(30分);

      3、語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格和技巧/表達(dá)和準(zhǔn)確度(20分);

      4、綜合效果/節(jié)奏控制和觀眾反映(10分);

      5、回答問(wèn)題(10分)。

      (四)決賽評(píng)分框架 1.參賽選手的總分將會(huì)去掉一個(gè)最高分和一個(gè)最低分,取余下分?jǐn)?shù)的平均值,分?jǐn)?shù)精確至小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位。前兩名選手比賽完之后一起打分。2.比賽中如出現(xiàn)重分,由主審評(píng)委決定名次。3.評(píng)委在每個(gè)單元比賽結(jié)束后打分,由記分員統(tǒng)計(jì),并由主持人在下個(gè)選手結(jié)束比賽后報(bào)前一個(gè)選手的分?jǐn)?shù)。

      六、比賽時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)安排:

      大家好,今天我要演講的題目是:大學(xué)生的人際關(guān)系。

      首先,我們要知道什么是人際關(guān)系,即它的定義。人際關(guān)系是人與人之間在活動(dòng)過(guò)程中直接的心理上的關(guān)系或心理上的距離。人際關(guān)系反映了個(gè)人或群體尋求滿足其社會(huì)需要的心理狀態(tài),因此,人際關(guān)系的變化一發(fā)展決定于雙方社會(huì)需要滿足的程度。

      中國(guó)人非常強(qiáng)調(diào)人際關(guān)系的重要性,也就是我們常說(shuō)的人緣好壞是很重要的。有的人活得瀟灑,有的人活得很累。原因在哪里呢?事實(shí)已經(jīng)證明了人際關(guān)系好的人,辦事就順達(dá),心情就愉快。

      人際關(guān)系是很復(fù)雜的。良好的人際關(guān)系對(duì)于獲得生活幸福具有重要意義。當(dāng)今社會(huì),人與人之間的感情好象明顯淡漠、很難交往。這很不利心靈的快樂(lè)。人要以誠(chéng)相待,真誠(chéng)相處,在心靈之間架起一座互信的橋,才能通往對(duì)方心靈的彼岸。

      我們作為大學(xué)生,是一個(gè)特殊群體,面對(duì)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和日益強(qiáng)大的社會(huì)心理壓力,如何認(rèn)識(shí)和正確處理大學(xué)生人際交往中存在的問(wèn)題具有及其重要的意義,人際交往障礙會(huì)給大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、情緒、健康等各個(gè)方面帶來(lái)一系列不良影響;通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生在人際交往和溝通中存在的問(wèn)題以及原因分析,說(shuō)明了大學(xué)生如何保持和提高良好人際關(guān)系交往和溝通能力。同時(shí)形成一種團(tuán)結(jié)友愛(ài)、朝氣蓬勃的人際交往環(huán)境,也將有利于大學(xué)生形成和發(fā)展健康的個(gè)性品質(zhì)。

      比起中學(xué)生,大學(xué)生的人際交往更為復(fù)雜,更為廣泛,獨(dú)立性更強(qiáng),更具社會(huì)性。個(gè)體開(kāi)始獨(dú)立地步入了準(zhǔn)社會(huì)群體的交際圈。大學(xué)生們開(kāi)始嘗試獨(dú)立的人際交往,并試圖發(fā)展這方面的能力。而且,交往能力越來(lái)越成為大學(xué)生心目中衡量個(gè)人能力的一項(xiàng)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

      大學(xué)生處于一種渴求交往、渴求理解的心理發(fā)展時(shí)期,良好的人際關(guān)系,是他們心理正常發(fā)展、個(gè)性保持健康和具有安全感、歸屬感、幸福感的必然要求。然而,并不是每個(gè)大學(xué)生都能處理好人際關(guān)系的。在這一過(guò)程中,有相當(dāng)數(shù)量的人會(huì)產(chǎn)生各種問(wèn)題。認(rèn)知、情緒及人格因素,都影響著人際關(guān)系的建立。一旦在這一過(guò)程中受挫,就可能表現(xiàn)為自我否定而陷入苦悶與焦慮之中,或因企圖對(duì)抗而陷入困境,并由此產(chǎn)生心理問(wèn)題。

      08020906 有關(guān)調(diào)查表明,大學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題中,關(guān)于人際交往的已占50%以上,而以前的統(tǒng)計(jì)中,戀愛(ài)煩惱占據(jù)首位。交際煩惱超過(guò)戀愛(ài)困擾。

      仔細(xì)分析,大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系中的困惑、不適可以分為以下5類情況: 第一類:缺少知心朋友。第二類:與個(gè)別人難以相交。第三類:與他人交往平淡。第四類:感到交往有困難。第五類:社交恐懼癥。

      二、大學(xué)生在人際交往和溝通中存在的問(wèn)題

      在大學(xué)階段的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,由于主觀和客觀的原因,其中一部分人往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)人際交往和溝通不暢的情況,影響其身心健康和學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)步。近年來(lái),由于各種因素的影響,大學(xué)生人際交往困難成為大學(xué)生活中的一個(gè)普遍問(wèn)題??纯瓷厦婺莻€(gè)調(diào)查,同學(xué)們?cè)诨卮稹巴ㄟ^(guò)擇業(yè)你感到自己特別欠缺的素質(zhì)是什么”時(shí),選擇人際交往能力的比例最高達(dá)34.8%,位列首位。大學(xué)生人際交往與溝通中存在問(wèn)題主要有以下幾種類型:

      1、自我中心型。

      2、自我封閉型。

      3、社會(huì)功利型。

      4、猜疑妒忌型。

      5、江湖義氣型。

      6、人際交往復(fù)雜困惑迷茫

      7、面子問(wèn)題

      人都是社會(huì)的動(dòng)物,這似乎注定了人人都必須處理好人際關(guān)系,但是經(jīng)過(guò)一番努力你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)往往是事與愿違。因?yàn)?,世上沒(méi)有完美無(wú)缺的事,更沒(méi)有完美無(wú)缺的人際關(guān)系。因?yàn)槿巳硕加兴约旱南敕ǎ?xí)慣,作風(fēng)等等屬于自己的不能被別人理解或是完全接受的個(gè)性,這是屬于個(gè)人自己的個(gè)性,這些個(gè)性只能緩和而不能消除,這就是人際關(guān)系的癥結(jié)所在,這樣一個(gè)矛盾是客觀存在的。所以,在你明白了這點(diǎn)以后就不要對(duì)人際關(guān)系有太多苛求。即使你的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是好的,但是偶爾與同學(xué)朋友或同時(shí)發(fā)發(fā)火也是正常的。你也是正常人,不可能要你為了別人而包容一切,你也需要表示自己的不滿,你也需要偶爾發(fā)泄一下,你不能總是當(dāng)調(diào)解者和受氣桶。

      處理人際關(guān)系還有一點(diǎn)很重要,那就是:不要奢求更不要苛求每個(gè)人都喜歡你。俗話說(shuō):“人非圣賢孰能無(wú)過(guò)!”你總避免不了與人有過(guò)節(jié)或是與人爭(zhēng)執(zhí)不休的時(shí)候,或是你讓別人生氣的時(shí)候,那樣人家不喜歡你是很有可能的事,如果真有人為了一點(diǎn)雞毛蒜皮的小事而與你有隔閡,那這樣的朋友維持一般也就罷了,不僵,任然為她好就可以,總之,無(wú)愧于心即可!

      要處理好人際關(guān)系最重要的一點(diǎn)就是,在各個(gè)方面不斷的提高完善自己,多為別人著想,從別人的角度看問(wèn)題。

      一、概述

      人際關(guān)系,是人與人之間在活動(dòng)過(guò)程中直接的心理上的關(guān)系或心理上的距離。人際關(guān)系即是人與人之間心理上的直接關(guān)系,也就是情感上的關(guān)系。表現(xiàn)為雙方發(fā)生好感或惡感,對(duì)別人的行為容易接受或無(wú)動(dòng)于衷、積極的交往或閉關(guān)自守、心理上與他人相容或不相容等。它反映在群體活動(dòng)中,人們相互之間的情感距離和相互吸引與排拒的心理狀態(tài)。和諧、友好、積極、親密的人際關(guān)系都屬于良好的人際關(guān)系,對(duì)于一個(gè)人的工作、生活和學(xué)習(xí)是有益的;相反,不和諧、緊張、消極、敵對(duì)的人際關(guān)系則是不良的人際關(guān)系,對(duì)一個(gè)人的工作、生活和學(xué)習(xí)是有害的。

      大學(xué)生正處在學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)和技能、認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)、探索人生的發(fā)展時(shí)期,大學(xué)生的所有活動(dòng)都是在與人的交往過(guò)程中進(jìn)行的。人際交往是我們每個(gè)人社會(huì)化的必經(jīng)之路。良好的人際關(guān)系有助于提高大學(xué)生的自信和自尊,緩解內(nèi)心的沖突與苦悶,宣泄憤怒與壓抑,減少孤獨(dú)與空虛。不懂得人際交往的人,在心理上不能成為健全的人。每個(gè)成長(zhǎng)中的大學(xué)生,都希望自己生活在良好的人際關(guān)系的氣氛中,應(yīng)該如何改善人際關(guān)系,如何加強(qiáng)人際交往,大概是每個(gè)大學(xué)生迫切希望解決的問(wèn)題。

      以下是本人對(duì)本班和宿舍樓部分同學(xué)的人際關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的整理結(jié)果。此次調(diào)查以問(wèn)卷形式,分為三大類情狀,每類又分若干小問(wèn)題。

      二、調(diào)查結(jié)果及分析

      1、學(xué)生人際關(guān)系總體狀況

      1.1你對(duì)自己的人際關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀滿意嗎?

      對(duì)自己的人際關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀的滿意程度依次是:滿意的約占49.5%、一般的占40.6%、很滿意的占8.3%、不滿意的占1.6%。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,57.8%的同學(xué)對(duì)自己的人際關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀很滿意和滿意。另有40.6%的同學(xué)對(duì)自己的人際關(guān)系感覺(jué)一般??梢?jiàn),大部分同學(xué)在人際交往方面較為順利,只有少數(shù)同學(xué)存在人際交往困惑問(wèn)題。

      1.2 你認(rèn)為下列哪種關(guān)系對(duì)你的個(gè)人發(fā)展影響最大?

      認(rèn)為下列關(guān)系對(duì)個(gè)人的發(fā)展最重要的依次為:和朋友的關(guān)系占45%、和父母的關(guān)系占25%、和同學(xué)的關(guān)系占15.2%、和老師的關(guān)系占7.3%、和兄弟姐妹的關(guān)系占4.5%,2%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為沒(méi)有對(duì)自己個(gè)人發(fā)展最重要的關(guān)系,1%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為對(duì)自己發(fā)展最重要的關(guān)系不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍內(nèi)。45%的人認(rèn)為和朋友的關(guān)系對(duì)個(gè)人的發(fā)展最重要,這個(gè)也是選擇人數(shù)最多的選項(xiàng)。可見(jiàn)人對(duì)友誼的渴求和重視。和朋友的交往和友誼質(zhì)量不僅影響人的自信心、自尊心,更從多角度多方面的影響著人的心理健康。第二大影響個(gè)人發(fā)展的是和父母的關(guān)系,有25%的人選擇了該項(xiàng)。父母是孩子的第一任老師,家庭成員間的關(guān)系也是人最為關(guān)注的關(guān)系之一。其次是與同學(xué)和老師的關(guān)系,這兩大關(guān)系在校園人際中接觸最為頻繁。

      1.3在你的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中,哪種人際關(guān)系對(duì)你建立自信有巨大的作用?

      認(rèn)為在自己的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中對(duì)自己建立信心有巨大作用的人際關(guān)系依次是:朋友53.9%、父母16.5%、同學(xué)11%、小學(xué)老師1.6%、初中老師7%、高中老師3.4%、大學(xué)老師1.6%、祖父母或外祖父母2.4%,其中2.6%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為在自己的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中對(duì)自己建立信心有巨大作用的人際關(guān)系不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍。和上題的調(diào)查結(jié)果一致的是,選擇人數(shù)最多的選項(xiàng)仍然是朋友對(duì)人建立自信有巨大的作用,可見(jiàn),人對(duì)友情的高度重視,在人成長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中,玩伴和好友對(duì)人的影響不僅體現(xiàn)在日常的生活和學(xué)習(xí),更在潛移默化中影響著彼此的價(jià)值觀和人生觀。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示人對(duì)朋友和友誼的重視甚至超過(guò)了與父母親的關(guān)系。另外老師對(duì)學(xué)生建立自信的作用方面,選擇初中老師的同學(xué)要多于小學(xué)、高中和大學(xué)老師。初中階段是人學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)比較滿意的階段,而高中階段是成績(jī)出現(xiàn)下滑比較嚴(yán)重的階段,這應(yīng)該就是初中老師對(duì)人自信的建立的作用要大于高中老師的原因。

      1.4下列哪種人際關(guān)系曾給你的生活造成很大的負(fù)面影響?

      認(rèn)為曾給自己的生活造成很大的負(fù)面的人際關(guān)系依次是:和同學(xué)的關(guān)系占30%、和朋友的關(guān)系占15.6%、和父母的關(guān)系占15.2%、和老師的關(guān)系占12%、和兄弟姐妹的關(guān)系占0.5%、和祖父母或外祖父母的關(guān)系占0.5%,其中28.8%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為沒(méi)有哪種人際關(guān)系曾給自己的生活造成很大的負(fù)面影響,6.4%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為曾給自己的生活造成很大負(fù)面影響的人際關(guān)系不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍。在對(duì)人的生活造成負(fù)面影響的因素中,和同學(xué)的關(guān)系占的比重最大。同學(xué)是多數(shù)人人際交往最基本的對(duì)象。多數(shù)人與同學(xué)間的交往最普遍,也最復(fù)雜。一方面,同學(xué)之間年齡相近,經(jīng)歷相同,興趣、愛(ài)好相似,又在一個(gè)集體中學(xué)習(xí)和生活,因此比較容易相處;另一方面,同學(xué)之間在生活習(xí)慣、個(gè)性等方面又存在著一定的差異,加之交往頻率過(guò)高,空間距離過(guò)小,因而在交往過(guò)程中又難免發(fā)生這樣或那樣的矛盾和沖突。前面已經(jīng)講到朋友對(duì)人的個(gè)人發(fā)展影響最大,同時(shí)朋友也是曾給人帶來(lái)很大負(fù)面影響的人。可見(jiàn),人雖然對(duì)友誼的渴求十分強(qiáng)烈,但是一旦需求得不到滿足,又容易對(duì)人際交往采取消極的態(tài)度,這也反映了人情緒的不穩(wěn)定性。

      2、學(xué)生當(dāng)前的人際關(guān)系的處理狀況

      2.1在人際關(guān)系方面,你最渴望處理好以下哪種人際關(guān)系?

      最渴望處理好的人際關(guān)系依次是:朋友37%、同學(xué)21.5%、戀人14%、父母12.6%、老師7.3%、兄弟姐妹3.7%、祖父母或外祖父母0.8%,其中有2.6%的同學(xué)沒(méi)有最渴望處理好的人際關(guān)系,0.5%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為自己最渴望處理好的人際關(guān)系不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍。和前面的調(diào)查結(jié)果一致的是,對(duì)朋友和同學(xué)關(guān)系的重視仍是人人際關(guān)系中的主旋律。37%的人最渴望處理的人際關(guān)系是與朋友的關(guān)系,21.5%的人最渴望處理的人際關(guān)系是與同學(xué)的關(guān)系。另外,排在第三位人最渴望處理的人際關(guān)系為與戀人的關(guān)系,同學(xué)們已經(jīng)比較成熟,對(duì)兩性問(wèn)題的反映很敏感。同時(shí),與父母老師等的關(guān)系也是同學(xué)們渴望處理好的人際關(guān)系之一。

      2.2 你認(rèn)為自己當(dāng)前最難處理的是哪種人際關(guān)系?

      認(rèn)為自己當(dāng)前最難處理的人際關(guān)系依次是:和同學(xué)的關(guān)系占22%、和朋友的關(guān)系占20%、和老師的關(guān)系占15.7%、和父母的關(guān)系占14.7%、和兄弟姐妹的關(guān)系占2%、和祖父母或外祖父母的關(guān)系占2.1%,其中有23.5%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為自己當(dāng)前沒(méi)有最難處理的人際關(guān)系。同學(xué)們對(duì)人際交往的期望值比較高,一旦需求得不到滿足,又容易對(duì)人際交往采取消極的態(tài)度。同學(xué)關(guān)系既是曾給人帶來(lái)很大負(fù)面影響的關(guān)系,又是人認(rèn)為最難處理的人際關(guān)系。另外,和朋友、老師、父母的關(guān)系也是人最難處理的人際關(guān)系。

      2.3 同學(xué)關(guān)系方面,你覺(jué)得最難處理的是什么關(guān)系?

      認(rèn)為在同學(xué)關(guān)系方面,最難處理的關(guān)系依次是:同班同學(xué)37.1%、同寢室同學(xué)21.5%、同鄉(xiāng)同學(xué)3.1%,其中33.5%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為在同學(xué)方面沒(méi)有最難處理的關(guān)系,4.8%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為同學(xué)關(guān)系方面最難處理的關(guān)系不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍。從調(diào)查結(jié)果可以看到,同學(xué)們認(rèn)為最難處理的同學(xué)關(guān)系是同班同學(xué)和同寢同學(xué)的關(guān)系。同班和同寢是學(xué)生最常見(jiàn)的人際交往關(guān)系,持續(xù)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)、最牢靠。但由于交往頻率過(guò)高,空間距離過(guò)小,在交往過(guò)程中難免會(huì)發(fā)生這樣或那樣的矛盾和沖突。因此,我們應(yīng)該注重班級(jí)同學(xué)間的情感建立,多開(kāi)展班級(jí)和寢室活動(dòng)來(lái)增進(jìn)彼此的了解和溝通,促進(jìn)健康友誼的發(fā)展。

      2.4 在性別上,你覺(jué)得最難處理的同學(xué)關(guān)系是什么關(guān)系?

      認(rèn)為在性別上最難處理的同學(xué)關(guān)系依次是:兩方面都有36.5%、同性同學(xué)31.8%、異性同學(xué)15.6%,其中16.1%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為在性別上沒(méi)有最難處理的同學(xué)關(guān)系。從調(diào)查結(jié)果可以看到,人最難處理的人際關(guān)系上,選擇同性的同學(xué)要遠(yuǎn)多于選擇異性的同學(xué)。同性同學(xué)間的交往和接觸比較多,而且容易產(chǎn)生矛盾和摩擦。這里提示我們應(yīng)該多學(xué)習(xí)人際交往的技巧和指導(dǎo)。

      3、遇到困難時(shí)的求助對(duì)象

      3.1當(dāng)你遇到困難時(shí),你會(huì)找誰(shuí)給予你幫助?

      認(rèn)為當(dāng)自己遇到困難時(shí)會(huì)找的人依次是:朋友54%、父母31.2%、同學(xué)9.8%、老師4.5%、兄弟姐妹0.5%。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)人遇到困難時(shí),找朋友給予幫助的人最多,占到總體的54%。這里同樣可以看到朋友在人心目中的地位和作用是非常重要的。

      3.2如果你找的是同學(xué),傾向于找哪類性別的同學(xué)?

      認(rèn)為自己找的同學(xué)傾向的同學(xué)依次是:同性同學(xué)72%,異性同學(xué)28%。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,大部分的人會(huì)找同性的同學(xué),他們認(rèn)為與同性之間更方便交流述說(shuō),而對(duì)異性同學(xué)感覺(jué)不好意思開(kāi)口。在人遇到困難的時(shí)候,傾向于找的同學(xué)是同性多于異性的現(xiàn)象與同性朋友間有更多的同感有關(guān)。

      3.3 如果你找的是朋友,傾向于找哪類朋友?

      認(rèn)為自己找的同學(xué)傾向的同學(xué)依次是:好朋友63.8%、一般朋友16.2%、老鄉(xiāng)13%、網(wǎng)友1.6%、其中5.4%的同學(xué)找的同學(xué)傾向類型不在問(wèn)卷所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容范圍。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,有超過(guò)一半的人傾向于找好朋友,其次是一般朋友和老鄉(xiāng)。朋友在人心目中的地位尤為重要,友誼是人非常珍惜的財(cái)富。另外,雖然現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)交友的方式也比較普遍,但是當(dāng)人出現(xiàn)困難的時(shí)候,找網(wǎng)友的同學(xué)占的比例僅為1.6%。

      三、總結(jié)

      大學(xué)階段是大學(xué)生個(gè)性和品質(zhì)形成和發(fā)展極為重要的階段,在校園里與老師、同學(xué)、朋友、家人保持良好的人際關(guān)系需要每位大學(xué)生正確認(rèn)識(shí)人際關(guān)系問(wèn)題,掌握人際交往技巧,遵守人際交往原則,懂得人際交往藝術(shù),及時(shí)進(jìn)行心理調(diào)適。當(dāng)然,人際關(guān)系是社會(huì)關(guān)系在心理層面上的一個(gè)體現(xiàn),人際關(guān)系的建立受到各種因素的制約,所以,大學(xué)生要根據(jù)不同的個(gè)體,不同的環(huán)境采取不同的方式方法正確處理好人際關(guān)系,建立良好的人際關(guān)系。

      另外,在影響大學(xué)生的人際關(guān)系中,朋友的影響作用最大,其次是同學(xué)??梢?jiàn)人對(duì)友誼的渴求和重視,有質(zhì)量的友誼是增強(qiáng)人心理健康的良藥。同學(xué)關(guān)系是人面臨的最難處理的人際關(guān)系之一,我們應(yīng)該注重在人際交往過(guò)程中的技能和方法,促進(jìn)自身良好的社交能力的發(fā)展,以此提升我們的自信和心理健康。
