在外貿(mào)中,各種外貿(mào)單據(jù)的簽發(fā)日期應(yīng)符合邏輯性和國際慣例,比如:通常提單日期是確定各單據(jù)日期的關(guān)鍵,匯票日期應(yīng)晚于提單、發(fā)票等其他單據(jù),但不能晚于L/C的效期?,F(xiàn)將各種單據(jù)日期關(guān)系列出:
發(fā)票日期應(yīng)在各單據(jù)日期之首;
提單日不能超過L/C規(guī)定的裝運期也不得早于L/C的最早裝運期;
