It is with great pleasure that I attend today's forum to commemorate the 20th anniversary of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relations.On behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, I would like to extend our warm

congratulations to the opening of the forum and sincerely welcome the officials, ambassadors, experts and scholars who are present here.I would also express my heartfelt gratitude to ICWA for co-organizing this forum with us.20年前，時(shí)任中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)委員會(huì)兼外長(zhǎng)錢其琛閣下應(yīng)邀出席第24屆東盟部長(zhǎng)會(huì)，開啟了中國(guó)一東盟對(duì)話合作進(jìn)程。20年來(lái)，中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系始終 以和平發(fā)展為主題、以友好合作為主線，見證了從全面對(duì)話伙伴、睦鄰互信伙伴的發(fā)展歷程。雙方建立了包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、部長(zhǎng)、高官和工作組在內(nèi)的一整套合作機(jī)制，在經(jīng)貿(mào)、投資、農(nóng)業(yè)、金融、信息通訊、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等20多個(gè)領(lǐng)域開展務(wù)實(shí)合作，建成了全球覆蓋人口最多、區(qū)域最廣的自貿(mào)區(qū)。今天，中國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家間，每 周有760多架次定期航班，每月有80余萬(wàn)人員往來(lái)，雙向貿(mào)易額接近3000億美元。

這充分說(shuō)明了雙方交流合作的密切程度，也顯示出中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展的 巨大潛力。years ago, Mr.Qian Qichen, the State Counsellor and Foreign Minister of China was invited to attend the 24th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting which had initiated the process of China-ASEAN dialogue and cooperation.During the past 20 years, China-ASEAN relationship has been characterized by peace and development, as well as friendship and cooperation.China-ASEAN relationship has developed from comprehensive dialogue partners, to good-neighbourly and friendly partnership of mutual trust, and then to today's strategic partnership.The two sides have established a whole series of cooperative mechanisms at the levels of state leaders, ministers, senior officials and task forces.Pragmatic cooperation has been in full swing in more than 20 fields including trade, agriculture, finance, information, telecommunication, and infrastructure development.CAFTA, the free trade area covering the largest population and land area, has been in full implementation.Today, there are more than 760 regular flights between China and ASEAN nations every week, the people-to-people exchanges are over 800,000 person times each month and the two way trade is nearly 300 billion US dollars.These figures fully show the closeness of the bilateral exchanges and cooperation, and demonstrate the great potential of the further development of China-ASEAN ties.今年是中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系20周年和友好交流年，中國(guó)一東盟戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系處于承前啟后的重要階段。我們?cè)跒檫^(guò)去20年成就感到自豪的同 時(shí)，更應(yīng)倍加珍惜來(lái)之不易的大好局面，共同努力推進(jìn)中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系進(jìn)一步向前發(fā)展。中方將堅(jiān)定支持東盟在東亞合作中的主導(dǎo)地位，一如既往地支持東盟共同體 建設(shè)。我們將繼續(xù)向東盟國(guó)家提供力所能及的幫助，幫助東盟縮小發(fā)展差距，進(jìn)一步深化經(jīng)貿(mào)、投資、互聯(lián)互通等領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作，同東盟實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏、共同發(fā)展、世代友好。

This year marks the 20th anniversary of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relations and has been designated as the Year of Friendly Exchanges by our leaders.As China-ASEAN strategic partnership is entering a new phase of

development, we need to jointly push it forward.China firmly supports the centrality of ASEAN in East Asia cooperation.We will continue to render our support, help narrow the gaps between ASEAN nations and further deepen the practical cooperation in trade, investment, and connectivity so as to realize the mutually-beneficial cooperation, joint development and lasting friendship.作為東盟重要國(guó)家，印尼在中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展過(guò)程中做出過(guò)獨(dú)特貢獻(xiàn)。在印尼擔(dān)任東盟主席國(guó)期間，1996年中國(guó)被接納為東盟全面對(duì)話伙 伴，2003年加入《東南亞友好合作條約》，并與東盟建立戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。今年適逢印尼再次擔(dān)任東盟輪值主席國(guó)，年底將在巴厘島舉行紀(jì)念中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話 關(guān)系20周年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會(huì)。因此在雅加達(dá)舉辦這次論壇活動(dòng)具有特殊而重要的意義。我希望并相信，中國(guó)與東盟的關(guān)系在印尼擔(dān)任主席國(guó)期間能夠取得新進(jìn)展，從而 續(xù)寫中國(guó)—東盟睦鄰友好合作的新篇章。

As a major country in ASEAN, Indonesia has played a unique role in promoting the China-ASEAN ties.When Indonesia was chair of ASEAN in 1996, China bacame a comprehensive dialogue partner of ASEAN, and in 2003, China joined the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia(TAC)and established strategic partnership with ASEAN.In 2011, Indonesia once again became the chair of ASEAN and the summit to commemorate China-ASEAN Dialogue Relations will be held in Bali this November.I hope and believe that China-ASEAN ties will make further progress this year and the bilateral good-neighbourly and friendly cooperation will turn a new chapter.我高興地看到，出席今天論壇的有許多中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系的親歷者和參與者，對(duì)中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系有著深入研究。相信此次論壇能夠通過(guò)友好交流增進(jìn)相互理解，通過(guò)相互理解促進(jìn)互利合作，為推動(dòng)中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展凝聚智慧、擴(kuò)大共識(shí)、獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。祝愿論壇取得圓滿成功！

Good evening!On behalf of the Chinese Mission to the EU and the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, I warmly welcome you on the 62nd Anniversary of the People's Republic of China.今年以來(lái)，世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)繼續(xù)發(fā)生重大而深刻的變化。部分地區(qū)局勢(shì)動(dòng)蕩，金融危機(jī)深層次影響持續(xù)顯現(xiàn)。在這一背景下，中國(guó)繼續(xù)深化改革，著力解決發(fā)展中不平衡、不協(xié)調(diào)、不可持續(xù)的問(wèn)題，實(shí)現(xiàn)政治上的穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)濟(jì)上的又好又快發(fā)展。中國(guó)上半年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值實(shí)現(xiàn)9.6%的增長(zhǎng)，城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)655萬(wàn)人，前8個(gè)月財(cái)政收入同比增長(zhǎng)30.9%，居民收入穩(wěn)步提高，各項(xiàng)社會(huì)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。This year, we witnessed some major and profound changes in international politics and world economy.We've seen disturbances in some regions and after-effects of the financial crisis.Despite such externalities, China carried on with its reform and opening up and made harder effort towards balanced, coordinated and sustainable development.Political stability and economic growth have been maintained.People's income is growing.Social infrastructure is improving.Fiscal revenue increased by 30.9% in the first eight months.China's GDP was up by 9.6% in the first half of the year, and 6.55 million new jobs were created.無(wú)論形勢(shì)如何發(fā)展變化，中國(guó)始終堅(jiān)持走和平發(fā)展道路。不久前，中國(guó)發(fā)布了《中國(guó)的和平發(fā)展》白皮書，再次向世界鄭重確認(rèn)了這一方針。和平發(fā)展是中

However the world changes, China remains committed to peaceful development.This commitment was solemnly reaffirmed in a recently released white paper.Peaceful development is a unique path, a path newly explored by China, the world's largest developing country.It has become the will of state.It's enshrined in the national strategy.It's already been put in practice.This year, China continued to promote friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation with our partners.We've been actively involved in global economic governance, financial cooperation, macroeconomic policy coordination, and the reform of international financial institutions.For countries that are caught in difficulties, China offered its assistance through various forms, making an important contribution to the stability and growth of the world economy.經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的發(fā)展，中歐全方位、寬領(lǐng)域、多層次的合作格局更加成熟與穩(wěn)固。今年來(lái)，中歐關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)了新的超越。范龍佩先生作為首任歐洲理事會(huì)主席首次訪華，與中方就結(jié)合中國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃和“歐洲2020戰(zhàn)略”推動(dòng)中歐合作發(fā)展達(dá)成重要共識(shí)。中歐第二輪高級(jí)別戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話成功舉行，中歐青年交流年順利啟動(dòng)。今年1至8月，雙方貿(mào)易額同比增長(zhǎng)了21.8%，雙向投資和技術(shù)合作加速發(fā)展。下半年，中歐將迎來(lái)第十四次中歐領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤和第四次經(jīng)貿(mào)高層對(duì)話等一系列重大活動(dòng)。我們?cè)竿瑲W方一道，充分利用好這些契機(jī)，推動(dòng)中歐關(guān)系在更新、更高水平上取得更大發(fā)展。

Thanks to our common effort over more than three decades, China and the EU have established a broad, all-directional, and multi-tiered cooperation structure that constantly grows and consolidates with new breakthroughs.This year, President Van Rompuy of the European Council paid his first official visit to China, where the two sides reached important agreements on furthering our cooperation through coordinating China's 12th Five Year Plan and Europe's 2020 Strategy.The second China-EU High-Level Strategic Dialogue and the EU-China Year of Youth also record great success.Our trade was up by 21.8% in the first eight months, while two-way investment and technological cooperation kept growing at a fast speed.In the remainder of the year, we'll work closely with the EU partners to make sure that the upcoming 14th China-EU Summit and 4th High Level Economic and Trade Dialogue(HED)will conclude with strong impetus to promote our relations to a new height.各位來(lái)賓，Ladies and Gentlemen,中歐關(guān)系不斷取得進(jìn)展，既是中歐各自發(fā)展的需要，也有賴于大家的理解和支持。希望你們繼續(xù)做中歐友好的使者和互利合作的積極參與者和重要貢獻(xiàn)者，為進(jìn)一步提升中歐關(guān)系發(fā)揮更大作用。

First, this 'House' is open, warm and hospitable.This means that 'China House' can welcome all members of the Olympic Family.This enables China to contribute greatly to the values of the Olympic spirit.I know that 'China House' will warmly welcome and encourage exchanges and interactions with the Chinese sports delegation, partners of the Chinese Olympic Committee and Chinese media.It is a 'House' for us all.It is a 'House' of friendship.第二，這個(gè)“家”，它布置精巧、陳列考究、內(nèi)容豐富，令人賞心悅目。走進(jìn)“中國(guó)之家”，就感到濃濃的中國(guó)文化氛圍。在布展方面，“中國(guó)之家”既設(shè)立了奧林匹克專題展覽，生動(dòng)體現(xiàn)中國(guó)的奧運(yùn)故事，同時(shí)中國(guó)駐英國(guó)大使館在此舉辦中英建立大使級(jí)外交關(guān)系40周年專題展，全面介紹中英兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展歷程。

Secondly I am very much impressed how this 'House' is pleasing to the eye.The finest décor and furnishings carry a strong Chinese flavour.This 'House' also has a lot to tell through its exhibitions.As you can see, there is a thematic exhibition telling China's Olympic story.In addition, the Chinese Embassy has also sponsored a display here on the 40 years of full diplomatic relations between China and UK.第三，這個(gè)“家”，它張燈結(jié)彩、喜氣洋洋，充滿好兆頭。我相信中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員定能在本屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)上發(fā)奮拼搏，再創(chuàng)佳績(jī)。我要告訴大家，中國(guó)大使館已經(jīng)預(yù)訂于8月9日在這里為中國(guó)奧運(yùn)健兒舉辦慶功晚會(huì)，同唱?jiǎng)倮?，共飲慶功酒。我還要告訴大家，我已經(jīng)為慶功晚會(huì)請(qǐng)到了“神秘嘉賓”前來(lái)獻(xiàn)藝助興。

My third impression is that this is an auspicious 'House.' Decorated with lanterns and festoons, it will bring good luck!I know that Chinese athletes will compete actively in the true Olympic spirit and set new records.So, I can tell you now that the Chinese Embassy has planned to throw a 'Victory Party' for Chinese athletes here at 'China House' on August 9th!You can be sure that we will sing and toast to our great success!On top of this, I have invited a 'secret guest' to the party!The performance of this 'secret guest' will add to our celebration!

最后，我想說(shuō)中國(guó)駐英國(guó)大使館將全力支持“中國(guó)之家”的運(yùn)作，共同使“中國(guó)之家”成為傳播中國(guó)文化、弘揚(yáng)奧林匹克精神、推動(dòng)中英交流、增進(jìn)中英友誼的良好平臺(tái)。

In conclusion, I want to stress that the Chinese Embassy in the UK will give full support to the operation of 'China House'.Let us work together for 'China House' to be an excellent platform.It is a superb venue for the spreading of Chinese culture and the Olympic spirit.Overall, like today, it can make a highly significant contribution to strengthening China-UK exchanges and friendship.謝謝。

很高興應(yīng)邀出席中國(guó)外交部與東盟北京委員會(huì)共同舉辦的中國(guó)—東盟建立對(duì)話關(guān)系20周年紀(jì)念招待會(huì)，與各位新老朋友暢敘友情，共話未來(lái)。借此機(jī)會(huì)，我謹(jǐn)代表中國(guó)政府，向在座各位和長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)致力于中國(guó)—東盟友好事業(yè)的朋友們致以誠(chéng)摯問(wèn)候和良好祝愿。

20年來(lái)，我們的安全合作不斷深化。我們致力于維護(hù)南海地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定，簽署了《南海各方行為宣言》，最近又通過(guò)了落實(shí)《宣言》后續(xù)行動(dòng)指針，為開展南海務(wù)實(shí)合作鋪平了道路。我們共同抗擊非典、禽流感等公共安全挑戰(zhàn)，共同應(yīng)對(duì)金融危機(jī)、氣侯變化、自然災(zāi)害等非傳統(tǒng)安全問(wèn)題。

各位來(lái)賓，在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域一體化深入發(fā)展的今天，中國(guó)和東盟國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn)比任何時(shí)候都更加緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。鞏固和發(fā)展中國(guó)—東盟戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，是我們共同的戰(zhàn)略選擇。中國(guó)將堅(jiān)定不移地支持東盟欠發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家加速實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)定不移地支持東盟共同體建設(shè)，堅(jiān)定不移地支持東盟在東亞合作中的主導(dǎo)地位。無(wú)論國(guó)際風(fēng)云如何變幻，中國(guó)都將堅(jiān)定不移地走和平發(fā)展道路，堅(jiān)定不移地奉行“與鄰為善、以鄰為伴”的周邊外交方針，永遠(yuǎn)做東盟的好兄弟、好鄰居、好朋友、好伙伴。

著眼未來(lái)，中國(guó)愿在以下領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)同東盟合作，提升雙方戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系：

第一，加強(qiáng)政治互信。我們要保持雙方高層密切交往，加強(qiáng)政府、議會(huì)、政黨等交流，不斷增進(jìn)互信。在國(guó)際和地區(qū)問(wèn)題上相互協(xié)調(diào)配合，共同應(yīng)對(duì)種種挑戰(zhàn)，促進(jìn)地區(qū)和世界的和平與發(fā)展。

第二，拓展各領(lǐng)域互利合作。中國(guó)愿同東盟一起，落實(shí)第二份五年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，拓展在相互投資、高新科技、新能源、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融等領(lǐng)域合作，確保實(shí)現(xiàn)雙邊貿(mào)易額達(dá)5000億美元、雙方人員往來(lái)1500萬(wàn)人次等未來(lái)五年的具體目標(biāo)。

第三，推進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通建設(shè)。中方愿繼續(xù)支持落實(shí)《東盟互聯(lián)互通總體規(guī)劃》、《中國(guó)—東盟交通合作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》。在建設(shè)陸路和航空互聯(lián)互通的基礎(chǔ)上，同東盟方面積極推進(jìn)海上互聯(lián)互通，使其成為中國(guó)—東盟合作的新亮點(diǎn)。

第四，深化安全合作。我們?cè)副局押脜f(xié)商的精神，與有關(guān)國(guó)家妥善處理和解決歷史遺留問(wèn)題。我們應(yīng)該抓住當(dāng)前的有利時(shí)機(jī)，將南海合作開展起來(lái)，將《南海各方行為宣言》落實(shí)下去，使南海成為和平之海，友誼之海，合作之海。

第五，促進(jìn)社會(huì)人文交流。中國(guó)愿同東盟共同促進(jìn)旅游、教育、文化、媒體、青年等領(lǐng)域交流，不斷增進(jìn)民間了解和感情，使雙方民眾成為中國(guó)—東盟關(guān)系的堅(jiān)定支持者、積極建設(shè)者和真正受益者。視譯第一學(xué)期

第六，推動(dòng)?xùn)|亞合作健康發(fā)展。東亞合作是我們共同的事業(yè)。我們要尊重東亞的自主性和多樣性，堅(jiān)持循序漸進(jìn)、協(xié)商一致、開放透明，堅(jiān)持東盟主導(dǎo)。要緊緊圍繞發(fā)展這個(gè)中心議題，充分發(fā)揮10+1、10+3和東亞峰會(huì)等現(xiàn)有機(jī)制的作用，共同推動(dòng)?xùn)|亞合作沿著互利共贏的正確方向發(fā)展。

Your Excellency Lady Ashton,Commissioner Ciolo?,Distinguished Guests,虎威辭歲，玉兔送祥。還有一周，中國(guó)人民就將迎來(lái)一年當(dāng)中最隆重的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日春節(jié)。在這辭舊迎新的喜慶日子，我們歡迎大家出席中國(guó)駐歐盟使團(tuán)舉辦的新年音樂(lè)會(huì)。

One week from today, the Chinese people will celebrate the Spring Festival, the New Year’s Day in Chinese calendar, the most important festival of a year.We are biding farewell to the Year of Tiger and welcoming the Year of Rabbit.Tonight, I welcome you to share with us the festive excitement at this New Year Concert.一年之計(jì)在于春。春節(jié)是一年的開始，傳遞著春天的信息，也是我們總結(jié)過(guò)去，規(guī)劃未來(lái)的日子。

We Chinese believe that the Spring Festival is the right moment to review the year past and make plans for the year ahead.回首2010年，中國(guó)的和平發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了不平凡的一年。中國(guó)戰(zhàn)勝了玉樹地震等自然災(zāi)害的挑戰(zhàn)，成功舉辦上海世博會(huì)和廣州亞運(yùn)會(huì)，全面完成了“十一五”規(guī)劃各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得新的輝煌成就，綜合國(guó)力得到進(jìn)一步提升。

The year 2010 was an eventful year for China’s development.We have successfully held the Shanghai World Expo and Guangzhou Asian Games.We have accomplished all national development targets set in the 11th Five Year Plan.Impressive economic and social progress has further sustained China’s overall strength.People emerged unabated from natural disasters like the Yushu earthquake.回首2010年，中歐關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了成果豐碩的一年。中歐迎來(lái)了具有歷史意義的建交35周年。在這一年，中歐政治關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。胡錦濤主席、溫家寶總理等多位中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)歐盟及一些成員國(guó)進(jìn)行了成功訪問(wèn)。巴羅佐主席、布澤克議長(zhǎng)、阿什頓高級(jí)代表成功訪華。中歐經(jīng)貿(mào)合作再創(chuàng)歷史新高，達(dá)到4797億美元。中國(guó)以實(shí)際行動(dòng)支持歐洲應(yīng)對(duì)主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)，積極購(gòu)買希臘、西班牙等國(guó)的國(guó)債。中歐人文交流成為合作亮點(diǎn)。雙方啟動(dòng)了青年政策對(duì)話，舉行了首次青年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會(huì)和首次中歐文化高峰論壇。

The year 2010 was also a fruitful year for China-EU relations.We celebrated the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Europe.Our political relations have grown steadily.Chinese leaders including President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao have paid successful visits to Europe.From the EU, President Barroso, President Buzek, and High Representative Lady Ashton visited China.In business cooperation, our two-way trade registered a record 480 billion US dollars last year.China purchased government bonds of Greek and Spain, and has taken credible steps to support Europe’s response to the sovereign debt crisis.Last year, we have also launched Youth Policy Dialogue, and held the first China-EU Youth Summit and High-Level Cultural Forum.People-to-people exchange has become the highlight of China-EU cooperation.展望2011年，中國(guó)將迎來(lái)“十二五”規(guī)劃開局之年。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境，中國(guó)政府將采取積極穩(wěn)健、審慎靈活的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，加快推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，保持經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展，促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定。今后5年我們將努力實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快增長(zhǎng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)明顯改善、居民收入全面提高、社會(huì)建設(shè)顯著進(jìn)步、改革開放繼續(xù)推進(jìn)等5大目標(biāo)。

This year, 2011, China will begin to implement the 12th Five Year Plan.In the course of next five years, we will commit ourselves to five major development goals, namely stable and steady economic growth, economic structural improvement, comprehensive household revenue increase, social progress, and continued reform and opening up.Against the backdrop of a complicated and volatile international and domestic economic environment, the Chinese government will implement the macroeconomic policy that is active, sound, prudent and flexible.We will accelerate the shift of economic growth pattern, further promote structural adjustment, and maintain stable and steady economic growth in pursuit for social harmony and stability.展望2011年，中歐關(guān)系將迎來(lái)具有重要意義的一年。世界剛剛邁入21世紀(jì)第二個(gè)十年，各種全球性挑戰(zhàn)和熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題層出不窮。無(wú)論是實(shí)現(xiàn)各自發(fā)展，應(yīng)對(duì)全球性問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)，還是維護(hù)世界和平、促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展，中歐均需攜手并肩，同舟共濟(jì)。雙方未來(lái)發(fā)展需要中歐成為更緊密的戰(zhàn)略伙伴。中國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃和“歐洲2020戰(zhàn)略”同時(shí)啟動(dòng)。雙方利益更加契合，既為務(wù)實(shí)合作提供新的機(jī)遇，也要求中歐更加緊密合作，深挖合作潛力。

The year 2011 also bears great significance on China-EU relations.In the second decade of the 21st century, it is even more imperative for China and Europe to strengthen our strategic partnership.This partnership is essential for our respective development, and it will contribute an active part to peace, development, and effective response to global challenges and hotspot issues.As Europe begins to ground its 2020 Strategy, we should work more closely to tap the potential of our increased converging interest for new development opportunities.借此機(jī)會(huì)，我還想特別指出，新的一年，中歐人文合作將成為中歐合作的又一根有力的支柱。兩周前，我們共同見證了中歐青年交流年正式拉開序幕。明年已被確定為中歐文化間對(duì)話年。我們相信，通過(guò)密切人文交流，中歐關(guān)系將得到雙方人民的更多理解和更堅(jiān)定的支持。

I am particularly pleased to say that people-to-people exchange has become another main pillar of China-EU cooperation in the New Year.Two weeks ago, we have together witnessed the opening of EU-China Year of Youth.And year 2012 has already been designated as the Year of Intercultural Dialogue.We believe that these people-to-people exchanges will help us build more understanding and support for China-EU relations between our two peoples.各位尊敬的來(lái)賓，你們都是中歐關(guān)系的參與者、貢獻(xiàn)者和見證者，為中歐關(guān)系的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展付出了辛勤的勞動(dòng)，我謹(jǐn)代表中國(guó)駐歐盟使團(tuán)向大家表示感謝。使團(tuán)將一如既往地同大家一道，在新的一年里為推動(dòng)中歐關(guān)系邁上新臺(tái)階而共同努力。
