《藍(lán)箭》這本書，講的是發(fā)生在意大利主顯節(jié)前夜的故事，貝發(fā)那太太玩具店里的玩具，集體乘座名叫“藍(lán)箭”的電火車逃跑了，《藍(lán)箭》讀后感。

故事圍繞一個(gè)名叫方齊谷的小孩寫的，因?yàn)樗依锔F，買不起玩具，只能在櫥窗外眼巴巴地看著，于是在玩具布狗(斯畢喬拉)的提議下，玩具們成群結(jié)隊(duì)地乘坐漂亮的藍(lán)色電火車，開始了尋找方齊谷的旅程。它們經(jīng)歷了許多奇遇，終于在黎明前找到了方齊谷的家，可方齊谷卻不在家。

原來，方齊谷從電影院工作結(jié)束時(shí)，在回家的路上，遇見了小偷，小偷因?yàn)樯聿奶螅瑹o法從窗口鉆進(jìn)屋里偷東西，所以逼迫方齊谷從窗口鉆進(jìn)屋里去給他倆開門，可是方齊谷一動(dòng)不動(dòng)，惡毒的小偷卻把他踹了進(jìn)去，聰明的方齊谷立刻想了一個(gè)好辦法，他用手敲墻，弄出聲音讓人把他們捉了起來，這樣小偷就被警察捉了起來，可是也把方齊谷錯(cuò)當(dāng)小偷也抓了起來，在夜警和貝發(fā)娜的幫助下把方齊谷救了出來，讀后感《《藍(lán)箭》讀后感》。

方齊谷這么小就要工作，還要照顧弟弟，想想我們的生活多么好，我們要好好珍惜我們的生活。

不過，故事的結(jié)局很完美，小布狗成了真正的狗，和方齊谷成了形影不離的好朋友，其它的玩具也找到了自己的主人，給他們帶去了幸福和歡樂。

去冬今春以來，聯(lián)合苗族鄉(xiāng)高度重視竹林基地建設(shè)工作，結(jié)合實(shí)際，采取“七項(xiàng)”措施，強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)2011年竹林基地建設(shè)工作。

一是強(qiáng)化責(zé)任落實(shí)。鄉(xiāng)政府作為責(zé)任主體，把竹林基地建設(shè)納入重要議事日程，并與各村民委員會簽訂了《2011聯(lián)合苗族鄉(xiāng)竹林基地建設(shè)目標(biāo)責(zé)任書》，把竹林基地建設(shè)納入目標(biāo)責(zé)任考核內(nèi)容，建立責(zé)任保證金制度。二是重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃，成片打造。按照適地適竹和相對成片的原則，以荒山荒坡為重點(diǎn)區(qū)域，科學(xué)規(guī)劃竹基地示范片建設(shè)，以成片林為帶動(dòng)促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶在路邊、溝邊、河邊、房前屋后發(fā)展零星造竹，擴(kuò)大造林面積。三是搞好宣傳發(fā)動(dòng)。利用發(fā)放宣傳資料、召開現(xiàn)場會等多種形式，加大宣傳力度，充分調(diào)動(dòng)了群眾發(fā)展竹子的積極性，形成“政府鼓動(dòng)、群眾主動(dòng)、利益驅(qū)動(dòng)，全民參與”的良好發(fā)展氛圍。八個(gè)村落懸掛標(biāo)語18副，發(fā)放方法方竹陪護(hù)手冊1000余份。四是紅春、紅竹、光明、茶園四個(gè)村落聯(lián)合開展封山育林，充分保護(hù)現(xiàn)有竹林和新育竹林；共設(shè)置12個(gè)監(jiān)測點(diǎn)，由各村村支兩委負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)人員監(jiān)控。五是重視管護(hù)。按照相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范要求組織農(nóng)戶搞好幼林撫育、防火、病蟲害防治等后期管理，并提倡和鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)戶在不損害竹子正常生長的情況下，實(shí)行以耕代撫，促進(jìn)竹林撫育工作保障基地建設(shè)有序開展。六是成立雪山方竹專業(yè)合作社一個(gè)，并抓緊時(shí)間搶注雪山方竹商標(biāo)。七是聯(lián)系片區(qū)林業(yè)站專業(yè)技術(shù)人員通過集中培訓(xùn)、深入種竹戶家中等形式做好造竹技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，現(xiàn)已培訓(xùn)2000余人次。
