————記啟東市紫薇小學(xué)語(yǔ)文基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽

2月28日中午，啟東市紫薇小學(xué)的全體學(xué)生參加了語(yǔ)文基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽，本次比賽由學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)室組織，由紫薇小學(xué)青年教師發(fā)展中心的成員命題，學(xué)校的每位孩子都參與，真正體現(xiàn)了從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到教師到學(xué)生對(duì)于語(yǔ)文基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的重視。

語(yǔ)文是一門(mén)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科，它有極為重要的地位，是所有學(xué)科的工具，學(xué)好語(yǔ)文基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，打好扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)文基本功，對(duì)于一個(gè)孩子來(lái)說(shuō)，可能是一輩子都受益的事情。通過(guò)這次的比賽，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生在原有的基礎(chǔ)上，都得到了最大程度的提高。紫薇小學(xué)在這次活動(dòng)中，每位教師思想上都特別重視，開(kāi)學(xué)伊始，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就召開(kāi)了全體教師的動(dòng)員大會(huì)，明確了考試的范圍，考試的方法，教師就以教研組為單位，共同研究方法，怎樣才能提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)文基本功呢？首先，“興趣是最好的老師”，讓學(xué)生自覺(jué)主動(dòng)地學(xué)習(xí)，這是學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文的關(guān)鍵，所以在課堂教學(xué)中教師重在啟發(fā)學(xué)生思考，以平等對(duì)話(huà)的形式激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法，使其主觀能動(dòng)性得以更充分的發(fā)揮，使其學(xué)習(xí)變?yōu)閻?ài)學(xué)樂(lè)學(xué)，學(xué)生上課積極主動(dòng)回答問(wèn)題，課堂效率高。其次，多讀多練，培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。語(yǔ)文是一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，是重要的交際工具，語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力是語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)，在平時(shí)的課堂教學(xué)中，教師經(jīng)常以此作為教學(xué)重點(diǎn)來(lái)訓(xùn)練，但課堂時(shí)間畢竟有限，這必須靠生活點(diǎn)滴積累，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中教師發(fā)現(xiàn)有的孩子讀書(shū)能力差，這就無(wú)形地成為學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文的障礙，所以讀書(shū)能力的培養(yǎng)勢(shì)在必行，教師積極和家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)系，讓家長(zhǎng)重視讀說(shuō)訓(xùn)練，并可以時(shí)刻注意培養(yǎng)孩子的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，建議家長(zhǎng)在用心傾聽(tīng)孩子讀書(shū)的同時(shí)，給他一些掌聲，一句鼓勵(lì)，一份自信。

一個(gè)多月下來(lái)，通過(guò)這次的基本知識(shí)競(jìng)賽，看到孩子們的進(jìn)步，讓每位教師感到欣慰，但也讓每位教師感到了更多的責(zé)任，在今后的教學(xué)中，更應(yīng)讓學(xué)生扎扎實(shí)實(shí)打好語(yǔ)文基礎(chǔ)。

老師們、同學(xué)們：

新學(xué)年好！我非常高興能到深南中學(xué)工作。我作為深南教師的一員，將與全體師生一道，為深南的發(fā)展而努力。

伴隨雅典奧運(yùn)會(huì)的勝利閉幕和深圳市教育強(qiáng)市的通過(guò)，我們又迎來(lái)了新的學(xué)年。在此首先讓我代表學(xué)校向辛勤工作、無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)的全體教職工和頑強(qiáng)拼搏、刻苦學(xué)習(xí)的廣大同學(xué)致以親切的問(wèn)候。

剛剛結(jié)束的第28屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)，我國(guó)體育健兒不畏強(qiáng)手，奮力拼搏，取得了前所未有的優(yōu)異成績(jī)，獲得32枚金牌，金牌榜上位列第二，實(shí)現(xiàn)了我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育在奧運(yùn)會(huì)上新的歷史突破，為祖國(guó)和人民贏得了榮譽(yù)。我國(guó)體育健兒在奧運(yùn)會(huì)的出色表現(xiàn)，再一次向全世界展示了新世紀(jì)中華兒女積極進(jìn)取、蓬勃向上的朝氣和活力。我們要學(xué)習(xí)奧運(yùn)健兒熱愛(ài)祖國(guó)、為國(guó)爭(zhēng)光的高尚情懷，不畏強(qiáng)手、奮力拼搏的旺盛斗志，團(tuán)結(jié)合作、同心協(xié)力的集體意識(shí)，科學(xué)訓(xùn)練、吃苦耐勞的務(wù)實(shí)精神，讓奧運(yùn)精神激勵(lì)我們的學(xué)習(xí)和工作。

At the same time, the world remains under the impact of the financial crisis and the prospects for an economic recovery are still not clear.Unemployment and poverty worldwide are worsening and development imbalances are more acute.Global issues such as climate change, food security, energy and resource security and public health security have been thrown into sharp relief.Non-traditional security threats, including terrorism, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, transnational organized crime and major communicable diseases, are menacing our world.Some long-standing hotspot issues remain unresolved, and regional or local conflicts keep flaring up.The instability and uncertainties in the international landscape pose severe challenges to world peace and development.面對(duì)前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，國(guó)際社會(huì)應(yīng)該繼續(xù)攜手并進(jìn)，秉持和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏、包容

First, we should view security in a broader perspective and safeguard world peace and stability.The security of all countries has never been as closely interconnected as it is today, and security now covers more areas than ever before.Traditional and non-traditional security threats are intertwined, involving political, military, economic, cultural and other fields.They are our common challenges that require a joint and comprehensive response.Security is not a zero-sum game, and there is no isolated or absolute security.No country can be safe and stable in the absence of world and regional peace and stability.我們應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持互信、互利、平等、協(xié)作的新安全觀，既維護(hù)本國(guó)安全，又 尊重別國(guó)安全關(guān)切，促進(jìn)人類(lèi)共同安全。堅(jiān)持聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章宗旨和原則，堅(jiān)持用和平方式解決地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題和國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端，反對(duì)任意使用武力或以武力相威脅。支持聯(lián)合 國(guó)在國(guó)際安全領(lǐng)域繼續(xù)發(fā)揮重要作用。堅(jiān)持平等、互利、合作精神，保障全球經(jīng)濟(jì)金融穩(wěn)定。堅(jiān)持反對(duì)一切形式的恐怖主義、分裂主義、極端主義，不斷深化國(guó)際安 全合作。

We should embrace a new security thinking of mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and coordination.While maintaining one's own national security, we should also respect the security concerns of other countries and advance the common security of mankind.We should adhere to the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and seek peaceful solutions to regional hotspot issues and international disputes.There should be no willful use or threat of force.We should support the United Nations in continuing to play an important role in the field of international security.We should follow the spirit of equality, mutual benefit and cooperation to preserve global economic and financial stability.And we should oppose terrorism, separatism and extremism in all manifestations and deepen international security cooperation.全面禁止和徹底銷(xiāo)毀核武器，建立無(wú)核武器世界，是中國(guó)的一貫主張。國(guó)際社會(huì)應(yīng)該切實(shí)推進(jìn)核裁軍進(jìn)程，消除核武器擴(kuò)散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，促進(jìn)核能和平利用及其國(guó)際合作。

China has consistently stood for the complete prohibition and thorough destruction of nuclear weapons and a world without nuclear weapons.We call on the international community to take credible steps to push forward the nuclear disarmament process, eradicate the risks of nuclear weapons proliferation and promote peaceful use of nuclear energy and related international cooperation.第二，用更全面的觀點(diǎn)看待發(fā)展，促進(jìn)共同繁榮。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化深入發(fā)展的大背景下，各國(guó)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。沒(méi)有發(fā) 展中國(guó)家普遍發(fā)展和平等參與，就沒(méi)有世界共同繁榮，就無(wú)法建立更加公正合理的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。受?chē)?guó)際金融危機(jī)沖擊，發(fā)展中國(guó)家外部發(fā)展環(huán)境惡化，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)普 遍減速，發(fā)展遇到嚴(yán)重困難。

Second, we should take a more holistic approach to development and promote common prosperity.The deepening economic globalization has linked the development of all countries closely together.Without the development and equal participation of developing countries, there cannot be common prosperity in the world, nor a more just and equitable international economic order.The developing countries now face a deteriorating external environment, brought about by the international financial crisis.Their economies are slowing down and their development endeavors are beset by serious difficulties.我們應(yīng)該把促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展作為解決全球發(fā)展不平衡和實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。聯(lián)合國(guó)應(yīng)該加大對(duì)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的 投入，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化朝著均衡、普惠、共贏方向發(fā)展，努力營(yíng)造有利于發(fā)展中國(guó)家發(fā)展的國(guó)際環(huán)境。國(guó)際金融機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該把新增資源首先用于幫助發(fā)展中國(guó)家脫困，以更加靈活多樣、更加便利快捷的方式提供貸款支持。國(guó)際金融體系改革應(yīng)該著力提高發(fā)展中國(guó)家代表性和發(fā)言權(quán)。

We believe that common development is an important way to redressing global development imbalances and achieving sustainable development.The United Nations should increase its input in development, advance economic globalization in the direction of balanced development, shared benefits and win-win progress, and foster an international environment conducive to the development of developing countries.The international financial institutions should use their newly increased resources, first and foremost, to help developing countries move out of poverty and provide loans to them in a more flexible, diverse, convenient and efficient manner.Great effort should be made to increase the representation and voice of developing countries in reforming the international financial system.我們應(yīng)該采取負(fù)責(zé)任的應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)舉措，堅(jiān)定反對(duì)保護(hù)主義，積極推動(dòng)多哈回合談判早日取得全面、均衡的 成果。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家應(yīng)該向發(fā)展中國(guó)家開(kāi)放市場(chǎng)、減免關(guān)稅，兌現(xiàn)官方發(fā)展援助和減債承諾，特別是加大對(duì)最不發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家援助力度，重點(diǎn)解決其面臨的饑餓、醫(yī)療、教育 等問(wèn)題。

We should take responsible measures to counter the international financial crisis, firmly oppose protectionism and actively work for an early, comprehensive and balanced outcome of the Doha Round negotiations.Developed countries should open their markets to developing countries and reduce or exempt tariffs for those countries.They should honor their ODA and debt relief commitments, and in particular, increase assistance for the least developed countries with a focus on tackling issues like hunger, health care and education.發(fā)展中國(guó)家應(yīng)該立足自主發(fā)展，探索有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展、消除貧困的發(fā)展模式。發(fā)展中國(guó)家之間 應(yīng)該擴(kuò)大貿(mào)易和投資合作，相互開(kāi)放市場(chǎng)，提升南南合作水平。

For developing countries, self-reliance is essential.They should explore development models conducive to their development and poverty eradication efforts.It is also in their interest to increase trade and investment cooperation and open markets to each other and upgrade South-South cooperation.第三，用更開(kāi)放的態(tài)度開(kāi)展合作，推動(dòng)互利共贏。在氣候變化、糧食安全、能源資源安全、公共衛(wèi)生安全等全球性 挑戰(zhàn)面前，任何國(guó)家都不可能獨(dú)善其身。加強(qiáng)國(guó)際合作，是應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)、確保和睦安寧的必由之路。我們應(yīng)該樹(shù)立共贏理念，把本國(guó)人民利益同世界人民共同利益結(jié)合 起來(lái)，擴(kuò)大各方利益匯合點(diǎn)。

Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis, despite great difficulties, we have kept the RMB exchange rate basically stable, which is important to maintaining healthy international trade.We have taken an active part in the trade finance program of the International Finance Corporation and provided financing support to the IMF, which will be mainly used to help developing countries.We have signed bilateral currency swap agreements with some developing countries.We have established the China-ASEAN Investment Fund, provided credit support to the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and actively contributed to the building of an East Asian foreign currency reserve pool.為進(jìn)一步幫助發(fā)展中國(guó)家，中國(guó)還將采取以下舉措。

眾所周知，2003年對(duì)于我們冠亞集團(tuán)有著特別的意義，作為一名普通員工，在具體的工作崗位上親眼目睹了公司在一年來(lái)的巨大變化，并從內(nèi)心深處為公司的快速發(fā)展而驕傲。
