TCK國際部 國外客戶接待流程
為了完善國際部外事活動的程序,提高對外接待的水平和效率,降低部門及個(gè)人的成本費(fèi)用,特制訂以下流程。
一、接待上報(bào)
1.國際銷售業(yè)務(wù)員在跟客戶確定來訪后,需要提前一周上報(bào)給部門主管。內(nèi)容包括來訪客戶公司名稱,國家或地區(qū),來訪時(shí)間,預(yù)估來訪目的,公司情況簡介,來訪客戶人數(shù)、姓名、職務(wù)等(把這些做成一個(gè)WORD即可);并附上日程表或培訓(xùn)表(時(shí)間,內(nèi)容,培訓(xùn)人或陪同人員都要寫清楚)。若沒有此2項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,部門主管將不給予批準(zhǔn)。
2.部門主管批準(zhǔn)后,由部門主管統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)需要陪同接待的人員。3.若是部門主管的客戶來訪,也需向本部門內(nèi)相關(guān)人員發(fā)送培訓(xùn)表,以便讓相關(guān)人員提前做好準(zhǔn)備。
二、接待申請
1.部門主管批準(zhǔn)業(yè)務(wù)員的客戶來訪計(jì)劃后,該業(yè)務(wù)員須填報(bào)公司的用車計(jì)劃單,客戶到公司考察審批單,費(fèi)用申請單,經(jīng)部門主管和營銷總監(jiān)簽字后,一并送到行政辦和總監(jiān)審批。2.部門主管批準(zhǔn)上報(bào)后,業(yè)務(wù)員向副總裁(楊總)或技術(shù)總監(jiān)或總工辦申請培訓(xùn)需配合的技術(shù)人員。
三、接待前準(zhǔn)備
1.業(yè)務(wù)員全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)給客戶預(yù)定賓館,預(yù)定餐廳??蛻舻淖∷拶M(fèi)用
由客戶自行解決,餐飲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)根據(jù)客戶的級別參照公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。2.車輛使用:市內(nèi)接送客戶用公司的轎車、商務(wù)車或的士。原則上使用轎車或商務(wù)車接送客戶往返洛陽機(jī)場,酒店和公司,市內(nèi)一般打的士??蛻敉掂嵵輽C(jī)場和公司的,請業(yè)務(wù)員詳細(xì)告知客戶自己乘坐大巴到市內(nèi),公司派車到市內(nèi)接送客戶。
四、接待原則
1.國外商人講究談判對等的原則,根據(jù)來訪客戶的人數(shù),國際部不要每次所有人都去接待,尤其是在商務(wù)談判時(shí),董事長、部長、副部長(看對方人數(shù)定)、業(yè)務(wù)員出席即可。
2.請客費(fèi)用要控制。中午吃快餐,晚上可以請客戶去餐廳。第一天和最后一天或有董事長參加的晚宴可以豐盛。
3.娛樂費(fèi)用??蛻羧绻朐谕聿秃笥袏蕵坊顒?,一般情況下自費(fèi)。培訓(xùn)后,出外旅游盡量避免。旅游費(fèi)用由客戶自費(fèi),特殊情況上報(bào)審批。
4.接待結(jié)束后,要提交一個(gè)簡單的匯報(bào)。主要闡明來訪效果、總結(jié)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

第四篇:接待國外客戶流程及細(xì)節(jié)
接待外國客戶技巧
客戶來中國, 做好接待工作是比較關(guān)鍵的。但由于風(fēng)俗,習(xí)慣等各方面的不同, 會造成很多麻煩。
提前做好詳細(xì)的資料搜集和準(zhǔn)備是非常必要的。
1.敲定客戶訪問時(shí)間訪問人員名單、職位、手機(jī)號碼等信息,以便安排相應(yīng)接待。
2.同客戶商討參觀訪問行程表, 同工廠(公司接待部門)溝通, 一切敲定之后, 發(fā)送郵件讓客戶確認(rèn),同時(shí)讓工廠做好接待準(zhǔn)備。
3.安排酒店: 確認(rèn)該客戶是否需公司提供酒店。需提供的,和客戶敲定酒店星級、房間類型、房間位置及包含設(shè)施等細(xì)節(jié),要對酒店實(shí)地查看后方可確認(rèn)預(yù)定。位置選在工廠附近或機(jī)場附近等便利之處。不需提供的,至多根據(jù)客戶要求,提供信息,協(xié)助預(yù)定。確定后通知客戶確認(rèn)。4.打印訪問行程表, 準(zhǔn)備工廠資料和產(chǎn)品資料, 客戶所要求的資料等文件, 裝訂。5.根據(jù)客戶的國籍、宗教信仰準(zhǔn)備飲食和話題。6.安排接送車輛要合理、合適。(座數(shù)、重視度等)
7.接送至酒店后, 將訪問行程和工廠資料等文件交給客戶, 敲定第二天參觀訪問事項(xiàng), 也有客戶直接先去工廠參觀, 務(wù)必提前讓工廠準(zhǔn)備。
8.第二天準(zhǔn)時(shí)至酒店接客戶。(不同國家的客戶對時(shí)間的觀念會有不同, 我方一般提早10分鐘在酒店大堂等候)9.接到工廠或者辦公室之后, 根據(jù)行程表進(jìn)行參觀訪問和會談, 安排專人記錄會議內(nèi)容。
(如果第一次接觸, 應(yīng)安排多媒體會議室, 雙方可以用投影幻燈對各自的企業(yè)進(jìn)行介紹)10.訪問結(jié)束后, 準(zhǔn)備一份小禮品送給客戶, 一般挑有中國特色的, 比如茶葉, 工藝品等。
11.訪問以后, 根據(jù)客戶的意見, 適當(dāng)安排娛樂購物等活動, 很多不發(fā)達(dá)國家的客戶往往要求去購物, 特別是電子產(chǎn)品, 服裝等, 且對價(jià)格比較敏感。
有些客戶則希望去采購中國特色的商品, 如絲綢, 茶葉, 瓷器等等。另外有客戶想去酒吧等場所,了解附近的餐館, 酒吧, 購物,娛樂場所等。
有些客戶比較隨意,可以安排一些中國特色的活動, 比如喝茶,看戲,參觀景點(diǎn)等等。
12.送客戶, 一般送到機(jī)場。有些客戶不喜歡麻煩人, 送至酒店即可。在飛機(jī)起飛前,給客戶電話道別。13.收尾: 這個(gè)工作務(wù)必做好??蛻糇吆? 及時(shí)發(fā)郵件給客戶, 一是問候, 二是將本次訪問雙方達(dá)成的共識, 或者會議記錄, 備忘錄發(fā)給客戶, 敦促項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行。
幾個(gè)小點(diǎn): 1.著裝: 接機(jī)和會議時(shí)一般用正裝, 帶客戶娛樂購物時(shí)便裝。
2.參觀: 嚴(yán)格按照工廠的參觀制度, 涉及到安全,衛(wèi)生, 不讓進(jìn)去的地方就是不能進(jìn)去, 不然隨隨便便, 人家會對工廠的管理等產(chǎn)生疑問。
3.飲食:一般來說, 不用太隆重, 接待穆斯林, 最好是魚, 雖然他們也吃牛羊肉, 但是對加工的方法很講究,推薦中國菜, 海鮮比較好。印度人不吃牛肉.西方人最保險(xiǎn)是西餐, 大酒店自助餐一般不錯(cuò).韓國日本就比較好安排。
一般的接待
其實(shí)做接待也是很有技巧的。細(xì)節(jié)上多注意下會給客人留下非常好的印象,為之后的合作添加多一份成功的把握。
首先我們先談下一般的接待吧:
1.客人來到公司的時(shí)候,我們帶他到會議室或者展廳里面就座的時(shí)候,不妨詢問下:Can I bring you something to drink?(您想喝點(diǎn)什么?)或者簡單點(diǎn):coffee or tea?(咖啡還是茶?)一般來說,很多客人在中國的時(shí)間安排的比較緊,早餐都吃的比較倉促,有的餐廳早上沒有咖啡供應(yīng),對于他們來說是很難受的。(程度不亞于我們早上起來沒有刷牙就去上班的感覺)如果在正式談生意之前可以給他們來上杯咖啡的話,不但有助提神,而且他們會覺得很心情都會變的很好。當(dāng)然,很多外國人不喜歡速溶咖啡,就像我們也不是很多人喜歡茶包泡的茶。如果是水的話,瓶裝的礦泉水是最好的。(老外們崇尚健康比我們厲害的多)
2.會議室里與其放水果,不如放點(diǎn)小糖果(薄荷糖或者咖啡糖,小巧包裝的巧克力也不錯(cuò))。我所接觸到的外國人,基本上沒有不喜歡甜食的。在中國的飲食不習(xí)慣也導(dǎo)致他們比較容易有饑餓感。這個(gè)時(shí)候。小糖果就起了大作用了。其實(shí)我個(gè)人就搞不懂為什么用水果盤來誘惑人。一般的水果要吃的文雅那都要輔助以工具。但是你總不能在人家辦公室削蘋果吧?
3.如果他們來到的時(shí)間是下午3、4點(diǎn),那么沒有什么比做工精致的小蛋糕更好了舉個(gè)例子,有次在展會,我陪老外在一個(gè)展位洽談了很長時(shí)間,這個(gè)時(shí)候他們一個(gè)女孩子打包了一盒隔壁酒店做的巧克力慕絲蛋糕過來。而我看到老外們的臉剎那間就亮了起來。補(bǔ)充了“彈藥”以后,剩下的生意在愉快的氣氛中談完了。不能說蛋糕有絕對的作用,但是蛋糕所帶來的好心情和對公司的好印象是絕對功不可沒的。
之后我們再談下帶客戶出去吃飯吧。
1.餐廳的選擇:不一定豪華,但是一定要看起來干凈。因?yàn)橥獬龉ぷ?,身體非常重要。要是因?yàn)槔亲痈刹涣嘶?,他們的中國之行就虧大了?/p>
2.菜式的選擇:之前一定要問:Do you have anything that you don't eat?(有沒有什么你是不吃的?)這個(gè)問題其實(shí)是很關(guān)鍵的。老外的體質(zhì)跟中國人有很大的不同。他們對很多東西都會過敏。我之前接待過4個(gè)德國工程師。每個(gè)人都對很多種食物過敏。雞蛋,海鮮,貝殼都不可碰。吃了就渾身癢,嚴(yán)重的呼吸困難。對面粉類東西過敏聽說過嗎?我的一個(gè)意大利客戶就是。更離譜的是我還遇見過一個(gè)對茄子過敏的人~~~~ 還有就是印度人,要是你聽到他說他是個(gè)vegetarian(素食主義者)也別見怪,他們的宗教要求就是這樣的。對于他們,如果他沒有自己帶食物來中國吃,那就要給他特殊點(diǎn)全素的食物。在點(diǎn)菜的時(shí)候要特別關(guān)照下點(diǎn)菜員。而且最好不要給他們點(diǎn)過辣的食物。因?yàn)樗麄儗?shí)在是不耐中國的辣,吃點(diǎn)辣椒第二天就要拉肚子。(就算他在自己國家很能吃辣也不行)
3.吃飯的餐具:大城市大餐廳一般都有刀叉,但是如果你是個(gè)小地方,不妨請外國客戶吃飯的時(shí)候提前幫他們準(zhǔn)備套刀叉帶著。因?yàn)樽屗麄兪褂每曜铀麄儠悬c(diǎn)難堪。尤其是第一次使用筷子,如果弄臟了衣服對于商務(wù)出行人士是非常麻煩的一件事情。
4.上菜:上菜前要提醒下服務(wù)員,雞要去頭去腳再端上來。魚也盡量不要點(diǎn)魚頭之類的菜。(也別點(diǎn)什么吃活魚活蝦)對于他們來說,看見腦袋在盤子里面是非??植赖氖虑?。
5.夾菜:由于公筷的使用也不是很普遍。上菜的時(shí)候大家先別動筷子,讓服務(wù)員先用公共的筷子把菜撥到外國客人的盤子里。(當(dāng)然事先要詢問:do you want to try this ?)然后大家再一起吃。
6.甜點(diǎn):如果有甜食,放到最后上就最合適了。沒有的話,水果盤也可以湊合。
7.飲料:差點(diǎn)忘記說了。對于大部分人來說,中國的啤酒度數(shù)比他們那邊的高的多,要是飯后還有工作的話,不妨叫青島啤酒,度數(shù)低點(diǎn),口感也比較適合他們。要是你看他不喝酒,身體又比較胖的話,減肥可樂/健怡可樂(diet cola/light cola)就最好了。但是飯店不一定都有。那就要看你有沒有心了~~ 要是啤酒也不喝可樂也不要的,就上100%純果汁。絕對沒有錯(cuò):)但是無論什么時(shí)候都不要強(qiáng)迫客人喝白酒。我們的白酒對于他們來說都是非常烈的。
如何接待客戶
一 心理準(zhǔn)備:調(diào)整好心態(tài)
平時(shí)怎么跟人說話就怎么跟他們說就行。
外商是來跟你合伙賺錢的,賺錢永遠(yuǎn)是第一。只牢記一點(diǎn),大家合作賺錢,這樣心態(tài)就平和了,不卑不亢。
放松自己, 做個(gè)真實(shí)的而不是裝模作樣的人, 往往更能贏得外商的尊重,把事情辦好----外商和我們一樣,愿意跟一個(gè)看上去比較穩(wěn)重地道,而不是一個(gè)跑前跑后、慌張亢奮的家伙做生意。
STEP ONE:心理的準(zhǔn)備。

同客戶商討參觀訪問行程表, 同工廠(公司接待部門)溝通, 一切敲定之后, 發(fā)送郵件貨傳真讓客戶確認(rèn), 同時(shí)讓工廠做好接待準(zhǔn)備。
既然是來賺錢,而不是來旅游觀光,商務(wù)性的、務(wù)實(shí)的、緊湊的行程安排總是最受歡迎的。大擺宴席以及陪他們旅游反而不一定能促成交易。
因此,事先跟外商詳細(xì)商量好他的行程,但外商訪廠/公司階段的安排則最好由你自己做出, 看哪些產(chǎn)品和車間, 揚(yáng)長避短, 把你想展示給外商的東西充分安排進(jìn)去??梢哉髑笸馍痰囊庖姡部梢园炎约涸O(shè)想成外商,“如果我到一個(gè)陌生國度的陌生供貨廠去考察,希望看到什么?”
實(shí)際到訪的時(shí)候,嚴(yán)格按照行程計(jì)劃來做(甚至故意嚴(yán)格去做也無妨),常能給外商以好印象。---道理很簡單,采購商并不討厭古板的供貨商,最怕說了不算、無明確計(jì)劃的廠家。
STEP TWO:如果可以,實(shí)現(xiàn)跟客人商量好行程安排,至少應(yīng)該知道客人來中國的時(shí)間和班次和聯(lián)系方式。
三公司信息的把握
這個(gè)前面已經(jīng)說過,你首先應(yīng)該對公司產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)流程,技術(shù)參數(shù)了解了才有可能帶領(lǐng)客人參觀。
STEP THREE:事前最好準(zhǔn)備一些關(guān)于公司的英文介紹,整個(gè)生產(chǎn)流程的英文,省的到時(shí)候翻譯出現(xiàn)困難。另外,對于一些客人可能問到的問題要提前準(zhǔn)備好。
四 客人信息的打探
1、了解客戶,包括客戶的詳細(xì)聯(lián)系資料,公司背景,公司實(shí)力,經(jīng)營狀況,經(jīng)營范圍,客戶此次來訪的目的,主要對什么感興趣。還包括外商公司的股份結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,技術(shù)水平,近三年的資產(chǎn)負(fù)債數(shù)字。
2.詳細(xì)了解外商的談判代表的具體情況,包括年齡,學(xué)歷,愛好,身體健康狀況,他在外商公司中的位置,他在經(jīng)商履歷中的業(yè)績,他對投資項(xiàng)目的興奮點(diǎn)。調(diào)查客戶性質(zhì):客戶來之前你就需要對客戶進(jìn)行一些評估,是哪國人?是零售還是批發(fā)?網(wǎng)站是什么內(nèi)容?針對于哪些產(chǎn)品?區(qū)域市場在哪等等。了解客人的宗教問題,以方便接待。多了解客人國家習(xí)俗,習(xí)慣和喜好,注意細(xì)節(jié),對自己所在城市文化以及景點(diǎn)也盡可能多了解,對本國文化當(dāng)然應(yīng)該多了解,客人問及時(shí)至少也應(yīng)知道一點(diǎn),不要 這些都能贏得客人對你的尊敬。不僅在工作上,在其它方面都是這樣。

數(shù)碼相機(jī)、預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好的CD盤刻錄的產(chǎn)品目錄和企業(yè)介紹(包括你們常用的付款方式,生產(chǎn)周期等),產(chǎn)品冊子,易于攜帶的小樣品;
色板,計(jì)算器,尺,筆記本,訂書機(jī),圖冊還有針對性的報(bào)價(jià)單。記得要在客人來之前回顧一下以前的來往郵件,作好基本的準(zhǔn)備。

最好選用有活頁的夾子。過一段時(shí)間可以整理一下,但是,已經(jīng)記錄的不能隨便扔掉,整理好備查。
2、公司大廳的歡迎客戶來訪之類的接待牌,讓客人感覺其受到重視。提前告訴前臺接待有XX公司客來訪,若接待能記住來訪的客人名字就更好了。
3、會議室的安排,談判資料的預(yù)備,包括企業(yè)演示文稿的準(zhǔn)備,以及相關(guān)需要展示客戶的文件資料以證明公司實(shí)力。企業(yè)演示文稿內(nèi)容要美觀詳盡,至少包括: 企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,市場分析,往年的業(yè)績 清晰的組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖,客戶服務(wù)流程,企業(yè)服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),投訴渠道,處理流程
研發(fā)隊(duì)伍的實(shí)力,歷史榮譽(yù),開發(fā)的項(xiàng)目介紹,實(shí)驗(yàn)室的參觀,負(fù)責(zé)人的資力介紹,榮譽(yù)證書,各種認(rèn)證 咖啡茶及一些小食品糖果的準(zhǔn)備??腿诵《Y物及樣品的準(zhǔn)備。
6.提前確定與外商談判的三個(gè)方案,最佳方案,折中方案和妥協(xié)方案;準(zhǔn)備好為達(dá)到上述三個(gè)方案的策略和手段。
注意:有時(shí)候需要打印接待通知,下發(fā)給相關(guān)部門或工廠!
七 安排參觀和談判 第二天準(zhǔn)時(shí)至酒店接客戶(不同國家的客戶對時(shí)間的觀念會有不同, 我方一般提早10分鐘在酒店大堂等候。(STEP NINE)接到工廠或者辦公室之后, 根據(jù)行程表進(jìn)行參觀訪問和會談, 安排專人記錄會議內(nèi)容, 如果第一次接觸, 應(yīng)安排多媒體會議室, 雙方可以用投影幻燈對各自的企業(yè)進(jìn)行介紹。(STEP TEN)談判
談判技能主要是練出來的,不是學(xué)習(xí)或者理論可以造就的。你需要多與人交流,包括多去一些市場進(jìn)行買賣訓(xùn)練,甚至討價(jià)還價(jià)的訓(xùn)練。談判的基礎(chǔ)上互信互利,要保證自己的盈利基礎(chǔ)上想辦法為客戶盈利是很重要的。談判的順序,參觀公司工廠的順序,陪同人員的級別,產(chǎn)品介紹的專業(yè)性和正確性,務(wù)必給客人留下專業(yè)的好印象,切忌不能一問三不知,當(dāng)然這些都來源于平時(shí)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累和學(xué)習(xí)。(STEP ELEVEN)
4,一定要隨身帶著筆記本隨時(shí)記錄客戶的要求,詢問的款式,以便在郵件回訪時(shí)有針對性。讓所有客人了解自己公司的操作方式,能使客人更傾向于合作,對于敏感問題保持沉默,矜持的習(xí)慣應(yīng)該避免。更不要對客人撒謊,自己是工廠,自己制造產(chǎn)品。客人的一些評估方式關(guān)鍵是在于如何和你合作,你如何和他互動操作等,你的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量競爭優(yōu)勢和你交貨期穩(wěn)定性等。聊天,這很重要,幾句話就打消他的矜持。講的內(nèi)容可以是匯率,建設(shè),基金,家庭,房價(jià),收入等成人問題。通過這些對對方性格充分了解,然后在談生意時(shí)在有分歧的地方進(jìn)行具體交流。6 打印談判報(bào)價(jià)單或合同給客人。(STEP TWELVE)客人走時(shí)要送到門口,當(dāng)然最好是送到電梯口,等客人上了電梯,道了再見,電梯門關(guān)上后再回到辦公室。實(shí)際操作中直接去一起吃飯了?。⊿TEP THIRTEEN)八 餐飲安排 訪問洽談結(jié)束,仍有時(shí)間,可以征詢外商意見,并主動提出宴請。宴請時(shí),人越少越好。如果你英語很好,則無妨;英語不大好的,盡量避免什么特色菜---這類菜往往很詭異,而且頗費(fèi)時(shí)間,等待的冷場尷尬局面,會讓宴會成為一種折磨,無論對你或?qū)ν馍獭?傊?,以“大家一起做生意”的平常心態(tài),而不是“接待貴賓”的夸張方式,去接待你的第一個(gè)到訪外商,事情會更好辦。
3.客人來到公司的時(shí)候,我們帶他到會議室或者展廳里面就座的時(shí)候,不妨詢問下:Can I bring you something to drink?(您想喝點(diǎn)什么?)或者簡單點(diǎn):coffee or tea?(咖啡還是茶?)如果是水的話,瓶裝的礦泉水是最好的。(老外們崇尚健康比我們厲害的多)
2.會議室里與其放水果,不如放點(diǎn)小糖果(薄荷糖或者咖啡糖,小巧包裝的巧克力也不錯(cuò))。我所接觸到的外國人,基本上沒有不喜歡甜食的。在中國的飲食不習(xí)慣也導(dǎo)致他們比較容易有饑餓感。個(gè)時(shí)候。小糖果就起了大作用了。
3.如果他們來到的時(shí)間是下午3.4點(diǎn),那么沒有什么比做工精致的小蛋糕更好了舉個(gè)例。餐廳的選擇:不一定豪華,但是一定要看起來干凈。因?yàn)橥獬龉ぷ?,身體非常重要。要是因?yàn)槔亲痈刹涣嘶?,他們的中國之行就虧大了?/p>
5.菜式的選擇:之前一定要問:Do you have anything that you don't eat?(有沒有什么你是不吃的?)這個(gè)問題其實(shí)是很關(guān)鍵的。老外的體質(zhì)跟中國人有很大的不同。他們對很多東西都會過敏。
6.吃飯的餐具:大城市大餐廳一般都有刀叉,但是如果你是個(gè)小地方,不妨請外國客戶吃飯的時(shí)候提前幫他們準(zhǔn)備套刀叉帶著。因?yàn)樽屗麄兪褂每曜铀麄儠悬c(diǎn)難堪。尤其是第一次使用筷子,如果弄臟了衣服對于商務(wù)出行人士是非常麻煩的一件事情。
7.上菜:上菜前要提醒下服務(wù)員,雞一定一定一定要去頭去腳再端上來。魚也盡量不要點(diǎn)魚頭之類的菜。(也別點(diǎn)什么吃活魚活蝦)對于他們來說,看見腦袋在盤子里面是非??植赖氖虑?。狗啊貓啊蛇啊一般不要點(diǎn)。也不要和他們說我們吃這些。要不他們家里在家里寶貝孩子一樣的狗,看到咱們吃狗肉,心里別扭。琉璃寶寶就干過這樣的笨蛋事情:對方是個(gè)美籍韓國女人。吃飯的時(shí)候討論到吃狗貓的問題,我以為她是韓國人(他們吃狗肉是傳統(tǒng))應(yīng)該不忌諱這個(gè),誰知道她聽了臉色都變了,跑去一邊眼淚汪汪的干嘔起來。
7.夾菜:由于公筷的使用也不是很普遍。上菜的時(shí)候大家先別動筷子,讓服務(wù)員先用公共的筷子把菜撥到外國客人的盤子里。(當(dāng)然事先要詢問:do you want to try this ?)然后大家再一起吃。
8.甜點(diǎn):如果有甜食,放到最后上就最合適了。沒有的話,水果盤也可以湊合。
9.飲料:差點(diǎn)忘記說了。對于大部分人來說,中國的啤酒度數(shù)比他們那邊的高的多,要是飯后還有工作的話,不妨叫青島啤酒,度數(shù)低點(diǎn),口感也比較適合他們。要是你看他不喝酒,身體又比較胖的話,減肥可樂/健怡可樂(diet cola/light cola)就最好了。!
10、餐飲方面最好了解客戶的一些信仰問題,談話應(yīng)該是輕松自然的,也可以談工作,也可以談其它,可以根據(jù)客人的興趣順其自然,不必刻意拘束
九 送走客人及掃尾工作 訪問結(jié)束后, 準(zhǔn)備一份小禮品送給客戶, 一般挑有中國特色的, 比如茶葉, 工藝品等(最牛比是一次去東北, 工廠送客戶人參, 看起來價(jià)值不菲).如果你是中間商, 最好自己準(zhǔn)備禮品, 隨機(jī)應(yīng)變, 以免客戶贈送禮品而工廠未準(zhǔn)備禮品而找成尷尬.(STEP FOURTEEN)
可能的話不妨多拍照,包括人員合影,外商與你們公司/廠銘牌的合影等, 這些資料以后常有用處。
2.訪問以后, 根據(jù)客戶的意見, 適當(dāng)安排娛樂購物等活動, 很多不發(fā)達(dá)國家的客戶往往要求去購物, 特別是電子產(chǎn)品, 服裝等, 且對價(jià)格比較敏感.另外有客戶想去酒吧等場所, 因此在接待之前務(wù)必做好功課, 了解附近的餐館, 酒吧, 購物,娛樂場所等.有些客戶比較隨意, 可以安排一些中國特色的活動, 比如喝茶, 看戲, 參觀景點(diǎn)等等.(STEP FIFTEEN)
3.送客戶, 一般送到機(jī)場.有些客戶不喜歡麻煩人, 自己搞定, 這樣送至酒店即可.在飛機(jī)起飛前,應(yīng)給客戶打電話道別.(STEP SIXTEEN)
4.收尾: 這個(gè)工作務(wù)必做好.客戶走后, 及時(shí)發(fā)郵件給客戶, 一是問候, 二是將本次訪問雙方達(dá)成的共識, 或者會議記錄, 備忘錄發(fā)給客戶, 敦促這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行.客人走后寫一封感謝函感謝其來訪。另將要準(zhǔn)備的樣品或待回復(fù)事宜列出并告之回復(fù)或跟辦的日期。這樣還有另外一個(gè)好處,若你有會談中漏記的客人還可及時(shí)指出。

中國政府一向重視亞歐會議進(jìn)程,是進(jìn)程的積極參與者和推動者。中國國務(wù)院總理出席了歷屆亞歐首腦會議,積極倡導(dǎo)和平、開放、協(xié)作、發(fā)展的理念,闡明建立亞歐新型伙伴關(guān)系的基本原則,提出關(guān)于加強(qiáng)亞歐政治對話與磋商、深化和提升經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系、加強(qiáng)環(huán)境與農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作、拓展文化文明對話、推動青年交流等倡議和主張。中國發(fā)起和主辦了多項(xiàng)部長級會議和其他重要活動,內(nèi)容涉及環(huán)境、文化、科技、中小企業(yè)、海關(guān)、農(nóng)業(yè)、司法等眾多領(lǐng)域,是首倡部長級會議最多的成員,為推動亞歐政策對話與務(wù)實(shí)合作做出了積極努力。
今年20xx年xx月xx日至xx日,中國將在北京主辦第七屆亞歐首腦會議。本屆首腦會議是亞歐會議實(shí)現(xiàn)第二輪擴(kuò)大后45方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人首次聚會。會議主題為“對話合作、互利共贏”,將圍繞政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會文化三個(gè)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行深入討論,包括與可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)的問題。我們希望借此次首腦會議,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與亞歐國家的友好關(guān)系,深化亞歐雙方在各領(lǐng)域的平等對話與互利合作,創(chuàng)造共贏局面,造福兩大洲人民。
為推動亞歐會議進(jìn)程進(jìn)一步深入發(fā)展,我愿在此談?wù)勔韵聨c(diǎn)看法:
第一,亞歐會議應(yīng)成為成員間增進(jìn)互信、理解和協(xié)調(diào)、配合的渠道。為不斷適應(yīng)新的`形勢發(fā)展,應(yīng)對當(dāng)前各種傳統(tǒng)和非傳統(tǒng)安全挑戰(zhàn),亞歐各方應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)與配合,共同推進(jìn)和平與發(fā)展的事業(yè),共同推動國際熱點(diǎn)問題和地區(qū)爭端的妥善解決,在國際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮更大的建設(shè)性作用。
第二,亞歐會議應(yīng)成為地區(qū)間開展全方位、多領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作的平臺。亞歐各方同為全球化的重要參與者,應(yīng)繼續(xù)探求有效的具體途徑,加強(qiáng)在經(jīng)貿(mào)、金融、科技、文化、教育等領(lǐng)域的全面交流和務(wù)實(shí)合作,從對話走向行動,使亞歐人民切實(shí)受益,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。
第三,亞歐合作應(yīng)成為國家間實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧共處的典范。亞歐各國在歷史背景、社會制度、文化傳統(tǒng)和經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展等方面的多樣性和互補(bǔ)性應(yīng)成為各方相互借鑒、共同進(jìn)步的基礎(chǔ)和動力。亞歐各方應(yīng)繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持相互尊重、平等互利的原則,開放包容,和諧共處。
