大家好！首先，請允許我做一個自我介紹。我是來自A經(jīng)營體C2線的張杰，來海爾工作已經(jīng)5年了。很榮幸能得到這次實訓(xùn)的機會，通過這次實訓(xùn)，讓我學(xué)到了很多東西，讓我重新認(rèn)識現(xiàn)場管理的重要性 了解海爾現(xiàn)場管理的奧妙所在 學(xué)會如何現(xiàn)場管理，改善現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的質(zhì)量和員工思維方法，使企業(yè)能有效的邁向全面的質(zhì)量管理

我認(rèn)為生產(chǎn)過程中 員工安全是最重要的，人的生命只有一次，每一個人都想笑語長在，每一個家庭都愿幸福美滿，每一個企業(yè)都愿興旺發(fā)達，然而這一切都離不開安全，安全是企業(yè)發(fā)展的永恒主題。提升全員素質(zhì)，源頭消除隱患。職工是落實各項制度、完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的具體執(zhí)行者，其素質(zhì)高低決定著工作質(zhì)量的好壞。為此，強化教育培訓(xùn)，提升職工安全操作技能，培育本質(zhì)安全人，是源頭消除隱患的根本。

最后我覺得作為海爾的一份子，我們員工在工作中要嚴(yán)格要求自己。樂觀、自信、責(zé)任心強；樂于與人相處，與身邊的人相處融洽，具團體合作精神；工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，能吃苦耐勞，做事嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。還要熟練掌握自己的崗位技能，從自己做起。相信通過大家的一起努力，我們海爾會日日高升，越來越好！

My Life of Winter Vacation

演講人：王曉萌時間：2012年2月In some cities，more and more teenagers who still study in high school or college expect to take a part-time job in summer vacation or winter vacation.Surely, include me.In my opinion, students benefit more from a more balanced lifestyle, which include working at a part-time job.In this winter vacation, I tried to work in a factory.However, not everything was beautiful as my wish, but there was much inevitable trouble.It is true that the work is hard.At the beginning, I felt very tired, and often made mistakes.The idea that I can’t do it well, I want to give up even came to my mind.But after a little time I adapted to the busy life, I can do my work skillfully.Nevertheless, a life which consists of hard and sweet, some old stuffs didn't like me, no matter what I did, they always blamed us and never gave a hand.So I had to regenerate through my own efforts.This winter vacation experience gives me an insight into what work is about and prepared psychologically for my future jobs, and let me know whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well.As we all know, there was an argument if students should take a part-time job.From my experience, I think it is clearly that a part-time job is necessary.A part-time job not only help us learn how to regenerate through our own efforts, but also help us to develop a greater sense of responsibility.What’s more, it also can temper us and relieve our parents of expenditure burden.However, it also has some disadvantage that our safety cannot be ensure and easy to be cheated, so before we begin our part-time job, we must have a danger awareness and make sure the work is safety and learn enough massage about the place where you work and you also should make sure that your compact is effective and your agency is dependable.In a word, through the winter vacation I learn more and more knowledge which I couldn't gain from the class, so if you have the idea, try it, whereas must careful.

實訓(xùn)室開業(yè)講話稿

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位來賓、各位同學(xué)大家上午好！

今天我們在XXX隆重舉行XXX院與深圳風(fēng)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技服務(wù)有限公司校企共建物流專業(yè)實訓(xùn)實習(xí)基地的揭牌儀式，首先我謹(jǐn)代表深圳風(fēng)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技服務(wù)有限公司全體同仁對大家的到來表示熱烈的歡迎和衷心的感謝。校企共建實訓(xùn)室從最初想法到正式建成才短短的兩個月時間，建設(shè)過程中得到了學(xué)院各職能部門的大力支持，特別是工商學(xué)院的XXX院長為我們實訓(xùn)室的建設(shè)廢了不少心思，在這里我特別感謝你們！

今天我站在這里，心情非常激動！激動的不僅僅是因為我們校企共建的實訓(xùn)室成立了，更重要的是我作為曾經(jīng)的海經(jīng)學(xué)子，畢業(yè)十年后又回到母校并參與物流專業(yè)實訓(xùn)實習(xí)基地的建設(shè)中來，并為母校帶來一定的回饋而更加感到驕傲和自豪。在這里我特別感謝海經(jīng)院對我的培養(yǎng)。大家都知道現(xiàn)在我們國家總體經(jīng)濟形式不容樂觀，傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)發(fā)展受到很大沖擊，特別是我們海南省，依靠房地產(chǎn)和旅游為主體的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)受到?jīng)_擊更大！我一直是經(jīng)營傳統(tǒng)生意，感同身受，關(guān)系紅利的時代已經(jīng)結(jié)束了。為此傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)必須要轉(zhuǎn)型，適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的需要，當(dāng)前是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)盛行的春天，雖然互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟對我來說也比較陌生，但互聯(lián)網(wǎng)紅利時代來了，我必須學(xué)會去接受它、抓住機遇把握好時機。經(jīng)過前期市場調(diào)查，海南高校校園最后一公里服務(wù)領(lǐng)域相對發(fā)展比較滯后，潛力巨大，這對于我們來說是機遇更是挑戰(zhàn)。為此“校網(wǎng)通”

品牌應(yīng)運而生，“校網(wǎng)通”是致力于打通高校校園最后一公里物流，通過搭建線上平臺，整合線下資源，為學(xué)生提供便捷的購物、學(xué)習(xí)、生活乃至創(chuàng)業(yè)體驗。為此我們首先想到了母校海經(jīng)院，計劃把海經(jīng)院作為第一個試點，于是我們找到了工商管理學(xué)院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，匯報了相關(guān)方案，院方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視，經(jīng)過多次論證最終確定了建設(shè)方案，在院方各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的共同努力下，校企合作共同打造的物流實訓(xùn)實習(xí)基地終于成立了！快遞是我們的服務(wù)端口，所以我們必須要配合好工商學(xué)院搭建好物流平臺，為物流專業(yè)的學(xué)生提供一個良好的實訓(xùn)實習(xí)環(huán)境，解決學(xué)生的實習(xí)就業(yè)問題。海經(jīng)院只是我們的開始，我們企業(yè)的愿景是花一年時間覆蓋省內(nèi)其他高校，一年后能順利走出島外進入內(nèi)陸高校。在今后的日子里，我們要打造好平臺，做好服務(wù)窗口，在遵守學(xué)校相關(guān)規(guī)定的同時把我們的“校網(wǎng)通”品牌做大！做強！

The past, present and future

Dear friends,My name is Chai Xiaohui, an ordinary college student in the world.It’s my honor to give a speech here.What I mainly want to talk about is something about my past, present and future.Before entering the college, I have been studying for 12 years to be admitted into a satisfying university and live up to what my families expect of me.Then, I went through the College Entrance Examination and finally became one of the students of the Henna University of Urban Construction in 2011.In the past one and half years, I have made several good friends with whom I can share happiness and sorrow.Because of them, I had so much unforgettable memories and experience I never had before.Besides, I learned how to bravely communicate with others in English and also realized my dream to be an English teacher in the summer holiday in 2012.To be brief, my present college life is full of happiness and meaning and it must have a great influence on my life.When it comes to the future, I hope to be an English teacher who can have enough time and energy to do whatever I like, such as, travalling and buying my family all I am fond of.In addition, I’m looking forward to a thoughtful husband that can stay with me forever no matter when and where we are.Where there is a will, there is a way.As long as I work enough in the future, I think, all my dreams can come true.You bet.Thanks.Thanks for your listening.
