一、如何做好社團(tuán)內(nèi)部建設(shè)

1.共同的愛好讓我們走到一起，興趣愛好是關(guān)鍵。作為大學(xué)的社團(tuán)，較之于以前的社團(tuán)有了更多的自主性以及選擇性。我社

屬于學(xué)術(shù)科技類的社團(tuán)，我們吸納新社員就是本著對(duì)軟件的熱愛

為原則，新入社的成員會(huì)按照具體的愛好由各部部長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)，我們

不僅僅交流討論關(guān)于感興趣的東西，作為學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐，我們也會(huì)盡

自己最大的努力為新社員們提供學(xué)習(xí)生活上的幫助，讓整個(gè)社團(tuán)

成為一個(gè)溫暖的大家庭。

2、一個(gè)社團(tuán)的成功運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)離不開完善的制度，“沒有規(guī)矩，不

成方圓”。社團(tuán)是一個(gè)小社會(huì)的縮影，如同沒有法律的社會(huì)就無

法生存，同樣的沒有制度的社團(tuán)就無法的發(fā)展。創(chuàng)建軟件愛好者

協(xié)會(huì)三年多來，我們協(xié)會(huì)的管理制度還有待的修改和完善，每一

個(gè)部門都應(yīng)有自己明確的任務(wù)以及責(zé)任，同時(shí)各部門有一定的自

主權(quán)，在完成社團(tuán)工作的前提下，可以適當(dāng)?shù)拈_展自己的活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)內(nèi)容要上報(bào)社聯(lián)審核批準(zhǔn)，不辦未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的活動(dòng)。社團(tuán)管理

層開會(huì)，我們有明確的出勤制度，確保活動(dòng)能夠正常有序的進(jìn)行。

二、社團(tuán)如何做好活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新工作

1、集思廣益，認(rèn)真聽取社團(tuán)成員對(duì)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)以及發(fā)展的建議。定

期舉行全社大會(huì)，對(duì)上一階段活動(dòng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，同時(shí)對(duì)下一階段活

動(dòng)進(jìn)行介紹，活動(dòng)負(fù)責(zé)人積極同成員們進(jìn)行交流，聽取成員們的意見以及建議。同時(shí)帶領(lǐng)大家進(jìn)行活動(dòng)的前期策劃籌備。

2、定期公布社團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)狀況，做到公平、公正、公開。由專人負(fù)責(zé)

社團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)賬物的管理，認(rèn)真記錄每一筆花費(fèi)，作到有收據(jù)，有依

據(jù)，在每次社團(tuán)大會(huì)中公布，讓會(huì)員及時(shí)了解社團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況。

3、讓社團(tuán)每一個(gè)人參與到活動(dòng)中來。我們會(huì)定期召開社團(tuán)集會(huì)，帶領(lǐng)大家交流最新動(dòng)態(tài)，教授軟件知識(shí)，如c#、java等。同時(shí)

我們會(huì)不定期的舉行趣味性的比賽，軟件知識(shí)問答等。

三、如何打造學(xué)生社團(tuán)品牌

1、明確社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的宗旨，把握社團(tuán)發(fā)展的正確方向。作為學(xué)生社

團(tuán)，我們需要對(duì)社團(tuán)進(jìn)行正確的定位，豐富同學(xué)們的校園文化生

活，讓更多的人參與到我們的活動(dòng)中來為目的，積極進(jìn)行一系列

健康向上的活動(dòng)。

2、積極做好社團(tuán)宣傳，擴(kuò)大我社在校內(nèi)以及校外的知名度以及影

響力。我們協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)通過合肥學(xué)院社區(qū)，合肥學(xué)院網(wǎng)站，以及展板，海報(bào)，傳單的形式向外公布。作到及時(shí)更新，以及確保信息的準(zhǔn)

確性。

3、積極參與到合肥同類社團(tuán)的活動(dòng)中去。

四、社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的素質(zhì)

1、熱愛社團(tuán)，有責(zé)任感，是社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人最基本的素質(zhì)。因?yàn)閷?duì)軟

件的愛，讓我加入了軟件愛好者協(xié)會(huì)。因?yàn)閷?duì)軟件的愛，讓我能

夠擔(dān)負(fù)起作為社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人所需要承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人不一定

是能力最高的，但他肯定是對(duì)社團(tuán)傾注心血最多的。只要熱愛社

團(tuán)，有責(zé)任感，他就會(huì)去克服一切的困難，努力將所有的事做的最好。

2、良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，是社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人不可缺少的素質(zhì)。社團(tuán)負(fù)

責(zé)人，是一個(gè)社團(tuán)的靈魂人物，一個(gè)高素質(zhì)的負(fù)責(zé)人可以帶動(dòng)一

個(gè)社團(tuán)的發(fā)展。作為軟件愛好者協(xié)會(huì)擬任的社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人，我要學(xué)習(xí)的東西還有很多，我會(huì)虛心向社團(tuán)的前任負(fù)責(zé)人以及其他社團(tuán)的負(fù)責(zé)人學(xué)習(xí)如何管理運(yùn)作好社團(tuán)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不斷的提高自己的能

力，為社團(tuán)取得長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的更好發(fā)展做出自己的一份貢獻(xiàn)。

五、如何促進(jìn)社團(tuán)之間的交流與合作

1.密切同各個(gè)社團(tuán)之間的聯(lián)系，加強(qiáng)彼此間的活動(dòng)交流社團(tuán)在舉辦各種活動(dòng)中，應(yīng)積極邀請(qǐng)相關(guān)社團(tuán)參與進(jìn)來，在活動(dòng)

中培養(yǎng)感情，促進(jìn)共同的發(fā)展以及進(jìn)步。作為社團(tuán)的負(fù)責(zé)人，應(yīng)

當(dāng)積極同其他社團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人聯(lián)系，保持社團(tuán)間的友好關(guān)系。

此次社團(tuán)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)活動(dòng)，讓我從中學(xué)到了很多寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，讓
