      第三冊 Unit 7 Christmas Part A說課

      一、說教材

      本課是閩教版第三冊,第七單元PartA 部分內容,本課圍繞慶賀西方最重要的節(jié)日,圣誕節(jié)這一話題展開各項語言活動。本課主要學習句型What presents do you want? 學生在已學習過的基礎上,進一步深入應用該句型表達。同時也為讓學生了解西方文化,與第八單元中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日—春節(jié)對比,加深學生對本國傳統(tǒng)文化的熱愛。

      二、說學生

      四年級學生學習了一年的英語,已有了一定的語言基礎,頭腦較靈活,思維活躍,積極性高,參與意識強,因此我在教學過程中注意了保持其積極性,參與性,同時培養(yǎng)他們思維的深刻性和靈活性。

      三、說學法

      通過英語導讀法,精講巧練,由淺入深,循序漸進地深化教學內容。展開以教師為主導,以學生為主體的師生雙邊活動。利用多媒體輔助教學,從視,聽,說等方面使學生得到鍛煉,在愉快,輕松的氛圍中溫故而知新,達到初步運用英語交際的能力。

      四、教學目標及依據(jù)

      根據(jù)教學大綱及現(xiàn)階段小學英語教學素質教育的要求,確立以下教學目標: 語言知識

      五、說教學過程

      Step 1 Warming up 1.Greetings 2.Free talk Good morning.I like noodles.Do you like noodles/potatoes/tomatoes?? I like my presents.Do you like your presents? 教師出示禮物盒,復習單詞present及其復數(shù)形式presents。

      Step 2 Revision 1.游戲—What’s in the box? 游戲規(guī)則:教師將部分已學過的可作為禮物的物品或圖片,放入一個禮物盒中,請學生猜盒中的禮物,以此復習單詞,如:computer, football, sweater, violin, pen, pencil, ruler, crayon, bag等。

      2.欣賞歌曲:A Merry Christmas!教師播放歌曲,并出示一些圣誕節(jié)物品,如圣誕帽、圣誕賀卡等,引導學生明白這首歌曲的意思。

      3.揭示并板書課題:Unit 7 Christmas Part A 【設計意圖:通過實物直接呈現(xiàn),便于學生清楚的記憶,而且把所學融入句中?!?/p>

      Step 3 Presentation

      (一)詞匯教學

      1.教學單詞Christmas。(1)教師介紹圣誕節(jié),如: 時間:December 25, 代表人物:Santa, 風俗習慣:exchange presents, send Christmas cards等。

      (2)教師出示單詞卡片Christmas,示范發(fā)音,請學生認真傾聽,引導其發(fā)現(xiàn)字母t不發(fā)音,然后用升降調朗讀。

      (3)教師指向課題Christmas,學生識字,告訴學生節(jié)日名稱的首字母要大寫。2.教學詞組a Christmas tree和a Christmas card。

      (1)教師出示圣誕樹的圖片說:“Look!A Christmas tree!It’s beautiful!” 由詞組a Christmas tree,引出tree教學。

      教師示范朗讀tree,請學生觀察教師的嘴型,特別強調【i:】的正確發(fā)音,快速交替出示詞組卡片a green tree, a yellow tree, a Christmas tree等,請學生朗讀。

      (2)出示單詞卡片three和tree,區(qū)別three和tree的音和形。

      (3)復習字母組合ee的發(fā)音,引導學生說出已學過的含有字母組合ee且讀成【i:】的單詞,如:sheep, green, queen, three等。

      (二)句型教學 1.教師說:“Christmas is a big holiday in the USA.How does Sally spend Christmas? Let’s have a look.”

      2.翻開課本第50頁,教師播放課文教學光盤,學生認真聽。教師問學生:“When is Christmas? Can you tell me?”學生可以用漢語回答。教師出示12月份的日歷,用紅筆圈出25號,板書句子Christmas is coming.并教學。

      游戲—搖頭晃腦

      游戲規(guī)則:全班同學跟著教師的指令,搖頭晃腦地說句子。當教師立正時,全班要起立說句子。教師獎勵做得好的小組。

      2.教師說:“Christmas is coming.What presents does Sally/Ben/Kate want? What presents do they want?”再次播放錄音給學生聽,然后請學生說一說對話中的三種禮物,引出新詞robot的教學。

      (1)教師出示單詞卡片robot,示范發(fā)音,提醒學生注意字母o的不同發(fā)音,并請學生一邊模仿機器人的動作一邊讀robot。

      (2)游戲—不許動。

      游戲規(guī)則:全班同學一起邊用升降調朗讀robot,邊做機器人的動作。當教師讀降調的時候,必須將動作“定格”下來,教師表揚及時“定格”的同學。

      4.教師戴上圣誕節(jié)的帽子,說:“Hello, kids.I’m Santa.Christmas is coming.I have many presents for you.What presents do you want?”板書:What presents do you want? 教師背上禮物袋,全班反復說句子What presents do you want? 教師在某位學生面前停住,引導該學生用I want a ?.來回答。

      游戲—夢想成真。

      游戲規(guī)則:教師將部分學過可作為禮物的圖片和今天所學的a Christmas tree, a Christmas card, robot等卡片放入袋中,引導全班同學一起問:“What presents do you want?”學生A回答:“I want a ?.”如果學生A抽中的正是他/她所說的禮物的圖片,教師要獎勵他/她兩顆星,未抽中的話,可獎勵一顆星。

      【設計意圖:在學習單詞的過程中適時呈現(xiàn)短語、句型,做到詞—詞組—句型的緊密結合與活學活用,避免單一的教學模式?!?/p>

      (三)課文教學

      1.教師播放課文錄音,學生逐句模仿跟讀。

      2.教師請一位學生扮演圣誕老人,完成課本第51頁的Look and say.部分。3.學唱歌曲:A Merry Christmas!(1)再次欣賞歌曲:A Merry Christmas!(2)出示wish和merry單詞卡片,初步教學。

      (3)全班翻開課本第54頁,教師播放歌曲錄音,學生跟錄音齊唱。

      (四)語音教學

      1.教師出示window和yellow的單詞卡片,反復朗讀,引導學生發(fā)現(xiàn)ow的讀音【?u】,嘗試聽音拼讀出slow, row, low, bowl等新詞,或出示這幾個新詞請學生嘗試朗讀。

      游戲—循聲尋跡。

      游戲規(guī)則:教師將window, yellow, slow, row, low, bowl等單詞卡片貼在黑板上,請兩位學生上臺來,教師讀詞,學生搶單詞卡片。教師獎勵拿到正確單詞卡片最多的學生。

      2.用同樣方法歸納出新詞cow, how中ow的讀音【?u】,嘗試聽音拼讀出bow, now, wow, pow, owl等新詞,或出示這幾個新詞請學生嘗試朗讀。

      游戲—手拉手。

      游戲規(guī)則:教師請六位學生到講臺前,請他們面對面站好,將單詞卡片window, yellow,cow, how, now, slow發(fā)給他們,要求他們將單詞卡放在胸前。教師舉起自己手中的單詞卡片window,全班齊讀,拿著單詞卡片yellow和slow的學生要迅速走過去,與手持window卡片的學生手拉手。教師更換卡片,游戲繼續(xù)。教師獎勵正確反應的學生。

      2、教師走到學生中間,指著一名學生的裙子:I like your skirt.It's nice.Is it new?(分別問穿新舊不同衣服的學生若干。)引導學生用thanks來回答。板書并領讀。

      三、完成任務,鞏固新知。

      1、①、聽第一部分錄音,學生跟讀。

      ②、玩“呼相同詞”游戲。

      規(guī)則:教師準備一套新舊物品詞匯卡片,每個單詞有兩張,打亂順序,學生人手一張,教師說Go!所有學生開始在教室里來回走動,一遍遍的說他們手中詞匯卡上的單詞。發(fā)現(xiàn)同他說一樣單詞的同學后,兩人站到一起,都找到伙伴后,師提問每一組:What's this?兩人一起回答:New sweater / Old chair /?

      ③、“我看見了某物”游戲。

      規(guī)則:一名自愿的學生面對大家,教師從他身后舉起一張新、舊衣服卡片,全體學生一起拍手說:I see something new /old.I see something new / old.這名學生試著猜,猜中為止。在換其他同學猜。

      (設計意圖:充分發(fā)揮學生視覺、聽覺、動覺的協(xié)同作用,做到了全員參與,鍛煉了全體學生運用語言的能力。)

      2、①聽第二部分錄音Let's chant.,跟讀。

      ②“開火車”游戲,操練第二部分所學句型:“I like your?Is it new?/ Are they new?”

      游戲方式如下:

      S1:I like your ? It's nice.S2:Thanks.S1:Is it new ? / Are they new?

      S2:Yes./ No.I like your?It's nice.S3:Thanks.S2:Is it new ? / Are they new?

      S3:Yes./ No.以此類推,為保證游戲效果,教師先與一個學生做示范。

      (設計意圖:有意操練旨在培養(yǎng)學生對知識的遷移能力,并為交際活動做鋪墊。)

      四、設置情境、活用交際。

      學生利用從家?guī)淼男屡f衣物或其它物品,任意創(chuàng)設情境編對話。

      (設計意圖:使學生在活動中提升對新知識的感悟和理解,培養(yǎng)學生的發(fā)散思維能力。)

      五、活動總結,給予鼓勵。

      評價學生在本節(jié)課活動情況,表揚每一名學生,并適當發(fā)小紅星給予鼓勵,激勵每個學生更加努力。

      (設計意圖:激發(fā)學生成就感,引導他們對英語產生持久、穩(wěn)定的興趣。)

      六、布置作業(yè)、適時反饋。

      1、完成2課《活動手冊》。

      2、錄音:讓學生把自己認為讀的最精彩的一段錄下來。

      (設計意圖:鞏固本課所學知識,調動學生課下學習英語的興趣。)

      本節(jié)課與學生簡單的交流后,把學生帶入英語的學習氛圍,接著進行了唱歌的活動,學生投入的唱 跳,給下面的教學做好了鋪墊。這一環(huán)節(jié)給學生創(chuàng)造了濃厚的興趣和往下探究的欲望。在新授學習中,利用形象直觀的實物把學生帶入新課中,結合老師的引導,學生以積極的心態(tài)迎合教師的問與答中,師生互動,生生互動,小組、男生、女生等多種方式的練讀完成了單詞的教與學,這一環(huán)節(jié)進行的輕松愉快,從學生的笑臉和踴躍的回答中看出對新內容的接受程度。對于學生最樂于的活動我設計了兩個游戲,以競猜的方式進行,學生是卯足了勁看、猜,活動進行的有效;接著是利用了學生開火車游戲,進行了句型練習,達到了我預設的效果。

      課堂中也存在著不足:有些學生對一般疑問句的單數(shù)和復數(shù)有點迷糊,分不清什么時候用Is it new ?什么時候用Are they new ?活動的設計不夠到位,教師的口語有待進一步的提高,不過,我會繼續(xù)努力,向各位優(yōu)秀的英語老師學習,希望同行們提出寶貴的意見與建議,更好、更快的提高自己的業(yè)務水平。
